My experience with the Doctor was good, however my experience with the front office attendant was extremely poor- As I waited for 75 mins in the waiting room-albeit it was not busy. And obviously there was not a shortage of staff members. After this extensive wait-I decided to ask the reason for the delay- and it was quite obvious that nothing was entered into the system to alert the applicable staff member, an apology was made- after I expressed my displeasure.

Dr. Immanuel is so very thorough in his examination and trying to help resolve eye issues, of which I have many. He is focused and thoughtful, and gentle in the eye area. Highly recommend this fine physician.

I am sure that most people are apprehensive when they are undergoing eye surgery for the first time. Yes, I was indeed very nervous, but both the surgeon Dr. David Immanuel and the surgical coordinator Joey Diaz alleviated my fears with their calm manner, comprehensive and informative explanation of the surgical process, and genuine concern for my well-being. They provided me with a detailed and thorough pre-op and post-op information package together with a user friendly schedule of appointments and medication schedule. Today is my second day after Lasik cataract surgery and I am amazed at the great improvement of my vision. Plus, there is NO pain.
