My husband was taken to the Hemet Valley emergency room by ambulance earlier this evening. The EMTs handed him off to the staff in the ER upon arrival then promptly forgot he existed. My husband had been wheeled to another part of the room and completely forgotten about. Then his pain became even more unbearable so they asked him who he was and why was he there. Really!!!??? Is this the Twilight Zone????? Can real life actually have such unprofessional and uncaring people work in an ER?This kind of thing should never happen in a civilized society. I will be contacting ALL the authorities who can do something about thisWatch out ER, I might send you MY bill

This hospital gave me bad service and they didnt help me in my situation. I dont usually say this about any place in my reviews, but this place sucks!! I came twice and both times they didnt help me. They didnt have to tools to help my situation. Its a hospital! They are supposed to be equipped with the tools that may be needed to use on patients. My situation is not a life or death matter. Its minor. I will not come back to this place.

It’s disappointing to say the only ER available in the Hemet Valley are uncaring and unprofessional. They all have attitudes and they blame you for being “aggressive”

My Husband was there for 7.5 weeks. The care he was given from the ER to ICU to the 5th floor was absolutely incredible. The staff made me feel like family. The nurses were amazing, caring, compassionate, Dr Mathur is excellent, Dr Gupta thank you so much, I am just without words in how to express how grateful I am to everyone for the quality of care Larry was given. Larry has ALS, and a multitude of issues that could easily not ended well, but no one gave up on him. Too many nurses to thank, respiratory care was the best. Larry came home 6 days ago and experienced an issue and was taken to the ER again June 19, 2021. I want to thank Cindy the charge nurse for her compassion and hugs, where can you go to that kind of care, no where, and Ashley his nurse, wow, the best, I feel so blessed by these two. I wish I could put into words how much there care and support meant to me. The ER was packed and yet they made me and my husband feel as tho we were the only ones there.

I’ve had good experiences here so far but have been taken in by ambulance which I know gets you cared for faster!!I’ve not had the walk-in experience yet!I received excellent care last time and spent the night in the ER! Nurses were very attentive and mine were caring and friendly I stayed through a shift change so had two separate groups. But only one Doctor and he was super thorough and very nice!

The type of care you get depends upon what shift is on duty. Some shifts are good and know what they are doing other shifts are clueless. The staff makes you sit in a small waiting next to phlebotomist room with covid-19 patients. I was knocked down by an employee. The fall broke my tail bone. They prescribed a medicine from my allergy list. Find another hospital. This one should be closed down. I never saw a doctor. If you ask what the medicine is they are giving you they get angry and call out to someone saying you are picking on them.

Gave a 1 only because zeros are not possible. Only send your family here if you want them to die. Immediate family member went in on a Friday with complications from diabetes, they were made to sit in the er waiting room in writhing pain for 8 hours before admitting. ER Pumped them full of saline then sent them home with a revised diet plan the next morning. Monday morning he was dead in his bed.Wednesday they called asking about a follow up consultation. 🙄If you can, PLEASE avoid this place at all costs. Especially if youre Black. You will NOT receive a standard of care expected and required. Run the other way.

Sharp pain left side. I thought I might just be a big baby. I was vomiting also. So I decided to go on a liquid diet. When I started vomiting the water I surrendered went to the er. The ER doctor was so kind. After I had blood drawn and a few test she came to talk with me. She had great news, good news and bad news! Great news I am not a big baby. I was passing a kidney stone. Good news I only have one kidney stone. Bad news I have a lot of gall stones. However, they are not inflamed at this time. Nice hospital ER, doctor and staff.

Im rating the MEDICAL RECORDS department. I was seen on March 1st 2020. Ive been in other hospitals before and have a extremely hard time getting my own Medical records to show my PCP. The workers in the medical records department went above and beyond to gather all my Records in Minutes. Had me Sign a release form and gave them all to me. I wish I would have Got her name she was really nice understand and Professional I needed some Labs resoults and she mailed them to me that same day and I received them the next day just like she said. That type of customer service deserves Acknowledgement very happy with the medical records department. Thank you. 🙂

Last night I went in because I had very low blood pressure and felt I was about to faint. I was very pleased and surprised with the medical attention. Dr. Tina was so amazing she got a lot of tests and made sure I didn’t have something worse, I felt she really cares about the patients. The nurses were really nice too! And I was also very surprised about the restrooms they were very clean. I expected very little because of the reviews but I guess they might be changing staff but I really liked it.!

DO NOT GO HERE! 🚫 It’s totally worth the 40 minute drive down to the new Temecula ER!This hospital is terrible: the waiting room is packed and loud. Once you finally make it to the back to see a nurse or doctor, they do not have any rooms or beds to lie down even if you’re nauseous or dizzy or feeling faint. They stick you in a hallway with a line of chairs next to a bunch of other sick people. And leave you there. EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. Nurses had attitudes too.

Worst emergency room in the country. The front staff are very rude, uncaring, and have terrible attitudes. They live to cater to other races that aren’t African American. They make you wait in the lobby for hours. The staff in general is extremely disrespectful. I would not recommend anybody go here if your in serious need for help. WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!!

This was one of My worse experiences of My life. I seen animals get treated better at a vets office than this place. I was diagnosed with collitis No bed in a chair for 6 hrs I didnt even see a Dr the nurses were all rude even rolling their eyes at you I seen people in tears leaving because sitting in a dirty hallway was unbareable... Beds are for patients who are being admitted I walked down the hallway and seen numerous open beds it was almost as if they didnt want to have to bother with changing out the bedding and cleaning a room. 👎👎👎

Came in at 6pm for active food poisoning while Im 24 weeks pregnant. Waited in the waiting room for another 2 hours until I started getting Braxton Hicks contractions due to being dehydrated. The front staff was extremely uncaring and told me to wait. Meanwhile my husband has been back for an hour with an IV and meds. I wasnt offered any help or relief for my contractions so now Im laying down in my car in hopes that they ease up soon.My husband was finally discharged at 11pm after sitting for an hour waiting for his paperwork. The nurse told him that they only had one doctor working that night and that they were also weeding out the junkies. Thats not a way to run any type of healthcare facility let alone the ER. The staff was very unprofessional and made me cringe several times. This is such a sad excuse for a hospital

A complete waste of time! The employees have no apathy for their patients. They are desensitized to people’s needs. They point the finger at each other and don’t take accountability. What a gross example of healthcare. They should be embarrassed to call themselves healthcare providers. Communication means nothing to them. The nurses we encountered this time lied, wouldn’t offer assistance and were combative with me. Who is running this place? The state needs to come in and audit Hemet Valley Hospital, aka Death Trap, and start with the emergency room. Don’t go there if you need anything, take your chances and go far away. You’ll have better odds.

Worst hospital ever. My boyfriends mother is suffering from severe pneumonia. She came into the hospital emergency room in hopes of getting the proper care, the staff saw how much she was suffering, hardly being able to breath as well has having major pain in her back and chest. Mind you she was admitted about two weeks ago, and given antibiotics. Just a couple days ago the symptoms came back. You could also hear the fluid build up in her chest when she’s breathing. She sat in the waiting room tonight for hours with no help, the only thing that she got done was getting her blood drawn, a chest x Ray and nothing more. She ended up leaving and being in more pain because of this!PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO HELP YOUR PATIENTS FROM CAUSING ANYMORE GREIF AND HELP THEM PROPERLY! We are livid about this!

The services arent bad all things considered but the bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Paper towels and dirty diapers were strewn about everywhere in the ladies room. God knows when the last time that toilet was cleaned. You have so many employees okay with that? Doesnt quite speak good health practices to me.

I guess if you want prescribed drugs its a good place to be seen. I however, went in for severe pain in my neck and told them I didnt want painmeds, that I wanted to know why I was getting sever pain, and they told me to follow up with my primary care doctor and that they didnt do MRIs there and they didnt think a CT was proper for me because It was a lot of radiation. Um, its my body and Shouldnt I decide if yes or no? So they sent me home, along with some pain meds and didnt even get discharge papers. There were 3 other people getting discharged along with me with no discharge papers either, and pain meds. Seems like the easy way out of not having to find any causes and solutions. The healthcare system we live in. What happened to people getting jobs in the fields they loved. Its like theyre working for free that they dont want to do anything.

Hemet Valley Medical Center Emergency Department is a disease breeding, understaffed nightmare to say the least. My experience there was horrifying. From patients stacked in dirty hallways with IVs running while sitting right next to other infected patients to a complete lack of patient privacy to blood on the floor not being cleaned up to watching staff NOT wipe anything down before bringing in another patient, this place was a mess.I went in for dizziness, N/V/D, headaches, chest pain, shaking, hot/cold flashes, weightloss, medication withdrawal(I was unable to afford my medication for a few weeks due to a lull in my insurance), inability to eat much of anything for a few weeks, my body is literally shutting down. I need serious medical attention for this. The first thing I experienced when walking into the waiting room was a disgusting smell, the kind of smell that isnt healthy, and definitely not temporary. The place was completely packed and over capacity. The guy at the desk didnt wipe down his equipment before using it on me to check my vitals, I was surprised but thought it was a fluke. I was so sick to my stomach but no emesis bags were available. I used the restroom because of my stomach, the bathroom was a complete disaster. Although housekeeping was in there moments before, the bathroom was very dirty. Im assuming all housekeeping did was change out the paper towels. After returning to waiting room I sat for a very long time. Finally, triage called me in and said they had called me before but I didnt answer. I told them the only other place Ive been is in the bathroom throwing up. They couldnt have cared less. When I was taken back to have IV fluids started I was piled into the dirty hallway with many other patients. The tech dragged my IV line on the dirty floor where there was blood and other unidentifiable substances. Again, the place was extremely over capacity. There were far too many patients for the staff to accommodate. The Charge Nurse, Yvonne, was very rude to myself and other patients. She treated me as if I were some derilict, dirty, worthless person. As I watched her and her staff try to control their situation I only witnessed them fail. Some patients should have been deferred to other hospitals by ambulance due to the over capacity. Yvonne clearly was unable to fulfill the duty of her position and should never be placed there again. There were several patients who were very dissatisfied when their ambulance drivers brought them to this hospital, including an elderly man who requested to go to Temecula but the driver said No when patients do have rights. Many patients were signing themselves out AMA.While I was there I was in serious need of laying down. There was nowhere to lay down. The 96 year old woman sitting next to me needed to lie down but they had her just lean back in her chair unsupervised. While I was there I received a call saying that my father-in-law had to go to the hospital due to internal bleeding after his most recent heart surgery while my mother-in-law is unable to get out of bed because she has a NWB post op leg and her other leg is waiting for surgery for a break. I had to go so I could be there to help even though I am having a health crisis as well because there was no one else who could be there. I explained the situation to Yvonne. She was very rude and snapped at me in front of other patients about having to leave. At this time I still have not even been stabilized and I now had a family emergency on my hands to get to 3 hours away. Yvonne snapped at me in front of many other patients and staff which was very embarrassing and degrading. I was never rude, I never raised my voice. I was very polite, especially considering the circumstances.I could no longer tolerate the harassment causing my health crisis to become worse so I left.I went to another ER and was treated with respect and received proper care. I was diagnosed severely dehydrated and literally starving. My body was shutting down. If I had remained at HVMC I most definitely wouldve died.

Awful staff. Awful nurses. Security guards do the work of the medical team. Doctors don’t want to work if they are “bugged too much” per the nurse in duty too long. If you complain; they tell you to leave regardless of medical situations. Please do not go here.
