Absolutely hands down best massage experience Ive ever had EVER and I cant believe shes only been doing this for a little over a year. My masseuses name was Lan and her level of consideration and compassion were far and above the typical standard deep tissue massage. It was basically a spiritual experience that I never wanted to end. The only awkward part was when it was over because I somehow I had completely forgot about reality =)

Wow !! I moved out of state and haven’t been here in years ! I just went and Lan did a phenomenal job ! I got the Swedish massage . I had a killer knott in my shoulder and she worked it out , and also included a nice stretch . $50 is a steal most places want $80 Plus for a massage like this. Amazing job thank you Zen

Their prices in store are not as advertised. They have different prices once you arrive.On top of that they charge a mandatory $15 tip whether you want to tip or not. 😡 Thats some BS so a $45 massage that is advertised is not a $75 massage. I will definitely not go back.

They charged me 50 and ended up changing me 70 at the end and they forced me to give tip. And yes they giving happy ending there , seen a lot of stuff at this place so if you want to take your husband on a couples massage I suggest you don’t. They are unprofessional and will never go to this disgusting place

So far I have been to Zen 3 times, each time the service was friendly and the massage was great. They are located in a neighborhood so they are at the mercy of rowdy and messy neighbors but they do a great job regardless.

My wife and I had the couples massage. It was one of the best massages of my life. Prices are very reasonable. I have two friends that are massage therapist and they arent as good lol. Hope they dont read this.

This was my first massage ever. They welcomed me warmly and explained everything thoroughly. They used Covid precautions that were fine for everyones safety. The massage was fantastic. She was very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend this establishment.

This is one of my favorite massage spots in the area. Its clean, professional and they often have specials. The price of a 60 minute massage is very reasonable. The manager Joe is very friendly. A few things I would like to see improved are the efficiency of the website and the ability to book the same person each visit. Otherwise, its a solid place to get in your much needed relaxation time!

Just had a Swedish massage and body scrub. Its my first time going there. It was a great experience the masseuse did a great job. The couple that own it are so nice and the lady who owns it did my body scrub she did a great job, it felt great. One criticism would be that the music kept going out but thats a minor detail. Overall great relaxing experience would definitely go back and also recommend it to others. Oh yeah it also smelled great!

Hi it was my first time there. I go every 2 weeks for massage. I have never had a problem with my girl. I decided to go zen massage because of the special. Will my back was black and purple she really hurt my very bad on my right side. I ask for money to be return and they refunded me. Now lFeel much better.

I came here a few weeks ago for the first time and I was feeling sore/ tense especially in my shoulders Area. Right when I walked in they were very nice and the environment was calming! They let me chose the scrub I wanted because I had the Swedish and body scrub package deal. They made me feel so welcomed and explained everything to me! The massage lady which I forgot her name was absolutely amazing ! After the my session I was sat down in the front with some tea and a cookie ! I was not rushed in anyway and I am definitely going again next month but this time going to get the Swedish massage, body scrub and facial! They are that wonderful !!! I have been receiving massage from Zen Massage for about a year now and I theres nowhere else Id rather go. Not only are the massages wonderful but the atmosphere is lovely as well. Joe always greets me and all customers with a very warm welcome and customers are encouraged to relax a bit after the massage with tea and a little treat. Its an overall very warm and inviting environment.

Massage was ok, definitely had better. But what bothered me the most was the fact that 18% gratuity is expected. For that reason alone, I will not return. I usually tip more, but being told what to tip doesn’t sit well with me.

It was my First time coming here and I really like the lady that work on me(I feel bad cause I forgot her name)but she was sweet and years of experience i believe and by talk to her hearing she was passionate in what she does and knowing shes healing people and thats great to hear cause your getting your moneys worth, got treat for my birthday and wont definitely recommend this great place

The girls here are very kind and respectful. Their technique is quite good BUT communication is a real issue. I have fibromyalgia.. Deep tissue leaves me very much in pain and feeling ill for days afterwards. ( Yes I drink water after) I try and explain that I need very gentle massage but I havent had a girl who speaks English. Also their online site says if you make your appointment online you will receive a discount.. Thats never happened for me. But Ill keep trying to find someone who I can make understand me because their prices are reasonable

First time here. My masseuse was taila. She worked on all my knots I have on my lower back and legs aswell as finding some new ones. She did an excellent job. Gave a 10.00 tip total was 65.00. Thank you

I made a appointment for me and my daughter after work. My daughter has never had a message before, i have had many at different places. I explained to the old guy at the desk that i had a pinched nerve in my shoulder and really wanted it worked on he said no problem he told the lady in a different language so I went in the lady that did my message was at least 80 years old she was shaking the whole time her hands were not strong they shook due to age. The shoulder that I told him about was massaged for 30 seconds i kept asking her to massage harder and in the shoulder erea she did not understand a word I said. And at the end she said feel good I said no she just smiled. Now the reason I chose this place was 1 good reviews and 2 some of my co-workers said they had really good massage but Im 100 percent they didnt have this 80 year old woman that I had I was very disappointed. My hard earned money was wasted. So I will have to go back where I used to go in Fontana to get a massage. Really disappointed.
