A very special place for your loved ones suffering from dementia and Alzheimers. The staff is awesome and it is a very modern and clean facility, and prepares excellent food. Many activities for clients to participate in and planned get togethers for family. You can be rest assured that your loved ones are being well taken care of. I highly recommend Desert Hills Memory Care Center to anyone in need and I will greatly miss the staff as I have grown to love them all very much.

I dont write reviews very often, but I could not be more happy with the care my loved one receives at Desert Hills. Anyone who has cared for someone with Dementia will understand the extreme amount of stress involved.Desert Hills has completely removed that stress for me. I never have to worry if my loved one is being well cared for, or if Im going to receive a late night call about something she did that puts her place there in jeopardy. Id give them ten stars if I could.

Not sure why someone who didnt get a job should be posting a review🙄. If you look, those are the only bad reviews! You didnt get the job for a reason! The staff at Desert Hills is AMAZING. Im glad they go through such a rigorous interview process! I cannot say enough about the care and compassion ALL of the staff has for not only the residents, but the family as well!! Brittany, Breanna, Jane, Chantel, you are shining stars! Thank you for making this transition the best it could be in such a difficult time for our family. Desert Hills was where I chose to place my mother, after having a bad experience at another facility. Mom was not easy to care for, however, their staff is highly trained in all areas of dementia and did a wonderful job in caring for mom during her 2+ years at Desert Hills. Not only did they care for mom, but for our family as well. I attended their educational Support Group meetings which helped me understand more about the disease.

My husband has been well cared for at Desert Hills Memory Care in Hemet for a year and a half. The staff seems to respect the residents and they do their best to keep our loved ones safe, clean and active to the best of their abilities. Families are offered educational and social opportunities. I very much appreciate Desert Hills.

My dad was admitted to this facility after being denied twice because of his aggressive behavior due to the dementia. They were able to redirect his behavior and did an awesome job with for the 2 years he was there. He just passed in March and they were very caring and loving and i give them high praises for the work they do.

Thanks for giving Dolores Walker a world that she seemed to enjoy she was a people person. I am truly thankful to your staff at Desert Hills that brought it to her. Bill Walker.

Desert hills is a wonderful community who specializes in the different behaviors often displayed by residents with dementia. Our community has a great partnership with them and absolutely adore the management team!

I had an interview here, and I have never felt my time has been wasted as much as it was here. They asked questions about penguins and sombreros. They asked about the music I was listening to on the way there. Never did our qualifications come up. They look a little ghetto, and were drawn to the alcoholics in the room. I felt this interview was condescending, and honestly, I wouldnt put anyone I cared for here. Why would you not get to know someone instead of playing games. I have too much experience for anything like this. Oh and $9 an hour.

I totally agree with coco TOTALLY OFF THE WALL QUESTIONS!!!!what does pengins have to do with a job of a CNA??? I felt like running out of the facility with this kind of questions...but i kept calm...oh wait there is a second part to an interview wich i would never attend....Craziest interview ever been to
