This is a beautiful area to take kids and go swimming. We had so much fun. It was pretty quiet also. Costs $5 to park.

Nice place for a walk. Or nice place to fish, camp or launch a boat. Its a fee area though, so watch it! They will ticket and fine you if dont pay up.

The people that watch over this place are extremely rude. I asked them ahead of time what the rules were on dogs. She explained to me my dog could be here on a leash just not on the sand beach. When i showed up she immediatley chased me down yelling at me about my dog she told my the day before i could bring. She then sent me to the dog area and told me my children could swim there. We get to the area where there is a boat doc and a large no swimming sign. This place is filled with bird poop and the people are extremely rude. Find somewhere else to go.
