Staff was super professional, friendly and helped my husband pick out the best frame choice for his progressive lenses. The outside lab took awhile. Chalking it up to Covid 19. Worth the wait. The optician was formerly with Shopko. We were disappointed when Shopko closed, yet delighted to find her at Quality Vision Care!! Highly recommended, five stars!!

I was referred here by my OT for new glasses and possibly sunglasses. I was looking forward to it after suffering two concussions and experiencing extreme light sensitivity. After talking to the front desk associates several times setting up the appointment, making sure I had vision insurance coverage, etc. and waiting over a month for the appointment. They informed over text message, two business days before the appointment that my insurance wouldn’t be covering any of the cost and I’d be responsible for the full payment at the time of the appointment. I had to cancel and was really upset they would tell me yes then no. Then, I was sent another text message the day before the appointment asking to confirm the appointment. The office associates do not seem organized, able to properly communicate and willing to genuinely help their customers. What a disappointment.

I had to switch to this eye care center due to time constraints and I must say I am impressed!!! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and VERY friendly. The optometrist here is absolutely amazing and cares for her patients. She took extra time to ensure I get the correct contact fit and made sure I was taken care of prior to my upcoming vacation. If you want a personal experience and thorough eye care, I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Dr. Melton has always provided a very thorough exam and superior customer service throughout the past 8+ years that both myself and my family have gone to Quality Vision. She takes her time in an exam, truly listens and works to find a solution that is best for your specific needs. I was recently in for an exam and received superior service from her and her staff after having difficulty with my eyes for some time. I recommend her to all friends and family!

It was such a pleasure to be treated with empathy, respect and warm by the highly professional staff at this vision care center. I was impressed with their willingness to share their knowledge and the patience it took to ensure I understood. They have very high standards and it shows in their treatment of their clients.

I received excellent service during my eye exam appointment. One of the staff spent quite a bit of time helping me pick out the right frames. All my questions were answered. I will continue using Quality Vision Care as my vision provider.

So the painter stills my glasses and leaves me has Walmart glasses which I think our mine and I fall asleep and I break what I believe are my glasses. I come in thinking theyre my glasses and these extremely nice people fix these cheap Walmart glasses for me so I could have glasses of course in the end we find out that theyre not my glasses and Ive got some cheap Walmart glasses that these ladies just spent an hour fixing. They did not even charge me for fixing these glasses and the best part of all this is Im not going blind like I thought and who could ask for more than a company or eye doctor that would fix a cheap pair of glasses for you!!! I would point out that I drove 1959 miles to get my eye exam done by Quality vision care, I live in Texas now but in the years past I always used QVC for my bi-yearly exam, I was over due this time but waited until I could go to Montana so I could get the exam while I was there on vacation. And I will continue too do so in the future, they give the best and most professional exam Ive ever had in the 60 + years Ive worn glasses.Try them, you wont be sorryTJ ReederTexas formerly of MT

We choose this place after moving to Helena because of the reviews, however Im not sure how this place has gotten so many good reviews because our experience was horrible. The staff was incredibly rude, with the exception of the young gentleman at the front desk, throughout our entire experience, between my husband and oldest son we had to go back about 5 times, one appointment for my husband taking over 3 hours because they were short handed. On top of the unpleasant nature, they will charge you for anything and everything they possibly can, upon turning down one of these extras they then refused to release my husbands prescription so we could go to our previous eye doctor. I could go on and on about our disgust with this place, just avoid!
