I have been to Mariah several times now after getting lashes for over a year somewhere else in town. The difference is absolutely priceless. She is so gentle, there is no glue build up, the enviroment is so cozy, and she has such a peaceful gentle way of making you feel comfortable and beautiful. She is number one for sure!! I have had severely irritated eyes until I started seeing Mariah and now I can not even tell I have extensions as they feel and look so natural. I had a very terrible experience and I am sharing to try and help others so that they are in the know prior to receiving services. I reached out to the owner, Mariah 3 months prior to my appointment asking a very specific question about the type of lashes she used for a mega volume set. She replied that she in fact did not use the type of lash I was talking about and so, I went ahead and booked with her. As soon as I got my lashes on and got home to look, I knew she had used the specific type I had asked about. When I confronted her about this, asking if I could have at least partial refund for the service her response was that #1. She didn’t understand my Instagram message 3 months prior with the initial question regarding the lash type although she had answered with a “no I do not use those” response #2. She said that 3 months ago that statement WAS true, that she didn’t use pre made fans but NOW she does. My response to this was, how was I supposed to know to ask if her technique had changed when I had already received her answer and went forth with booking? Mariah now refuses to even partially refund my services. I will not be going back to her and I highly suggest people to go elsewhere where the artist truly cares about the satisfaction of their clients. Not only did these lashes look terrible on, she also used an excessive amount of glue and clumped the fans together making it extremely difficult for the next artist to get them off. Please, please make sure you know what you’re getting into before booking with her.
