I so wanted to have a great experience!I went in with a full head of hair wanting a dramatic change. I had pictures of exactly the cut and color of what I wanted. Felt I made it pretty clear... the cut and color pretty much just as the picture.Though the cut I received wasnt exactly as I was wishing and showed stylist, I was not dissatisfied.What did disappoint was the color that I received (different stylist).The picture that was shown, exibiting what I wanted, was sparing blonde highlights throughout, what I got was all over big bird yellow.Ive had several weeks for the shock to wear off. After fighting the urge to just shave my head completely... I spent more money to try and fix color on my own. With the magic of toner and silver color, I tamed the yellow. Still too much blonde...I colored from a box back to brown.I will say, I was told that if I didnt like the color I could come back and she could fix it...I feel that so very unprofessional! She clearly knew she messed up! Given that fact, why on earth would I or anyone else let you touch my head again.Hair grows back...not the end of the world. However, when you pay money to have professionals screw up what you could have done at home for free...There is a problem!!Im not going to say dont got to this place...I will say, pay attention and speak up if something doesnt look or feel right!!!Sure wish I had!!!
