Went to my appointment. Said I needed help. Requested to see the therapist and psychiatrist. Was told I would be contacted for an appointment. 2 weeks later not one person has contacted me. I could have committed suicide and been dead in my home for a week already. Nice to see how seriously they take mental health.

Always fast service with pleasant attitudes & smiles. The staff is efficient & professional. My PCP knows me & my patient profile & I never feel rushed. I get to express all of my concerns & am made to feel that my health is important.

My appointments at Oak Street are always Timely and effective. I am always treated very well and I enjoy the visits with the nurses and Dr. Kristina.

I have never been treated so badly!! They never return calls. Was told referrals were sent that I never received. After several calls and going there I finally received 1 of the 2 referrals. Cant make an appointment only can call every week to see if they have any cancelations. I have been in severe pain and need help now. This is totally outrageous! I have twin autistic boys that will be out of school very soon and have no sitters. Wanted to get my health issues resolved before that. Now Im screwed!!! Thanks for nothing. Would NEVER RECOMMEND OAK STREET HEALTH.

The pcp that I saw 7-14-21 was very informative about my medical condition.

Good experience medically.Very bad experience administratively.They would not give me an appt for July.Why not? I get the feeling Oak St is a failing business. I needed to change a June appt. Not possible that day, no callback yet. You may be like PACE, growing too fast to take care of the existing patients.I will most likely be changing medical providers. Too bad. Kristina is professional and easy to talk to.

Im not happy about getting a script through the mail where I have to call and make my own apps. For a test. Ive called three times to make an appointment. And sat on the phone for 30 minutes. I gave up trying. Oak street Health should make test apps. For their patients

The best dr appt EVER Katurah Rice and team were so thorough and professional that one of the doctors she referred me took note of it. I had a lot!!! of trouble with Oak Street on numerous occasions in the past. So glad I gave them one more chance. She 1) listened to me. 2) did a thorough exam. 3) Asked questions. 4) Paid attention to my medical history. All of that should be routine, but you know it isnt. But she went beyond: she managed to get all my labs and tests and appointments scheduled and followed up on important info immediately. She paid attention to me and treated me like a human being, not just a checklist. Thank God for Katurah Rice!

This place has turned into a nightmare. They have complete disregard towards human life! They lose requisitions they send out and when you finally get the tests done they take several months at times to finally share the results! They have even gone as far as insisting that the patient never had the procedure done so they dont have to take responsibility for never retrieving the results! DO NOT GO TO THE HAZEL PARK LOCATION! IF SO DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. IF YOU TRULY CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO TAKE THEM ANY WHERE BUT THERE..... NOT EVEN AS A LAST RESORT!!!!!!

Whoever drives your green vans should have their. Drivers license revoked. Ive seen them run through red lights and fly through stop signs endangering others.

Hazel Park Oak Street Health is not just a Dr s Office, they have a community room open five and sometimes six days a week.They have a calendar of events for each day of the month. Their classes are offered to the seniors for free. There is a bingo each week where you can win prizes selected for seniors. Some of the classes offered are ancestry, arts and crafts, and exercises called Seniors in Motion and other classes and events to help us seniors lead a healthier and more active life. The community room is open daily if you just want to come in and watch a movie or just visit with others. Each day they offer coffee, tea, and water, also healthy snacks for us to enjoy while we are at Hazel Park Oak Street Health.I even am learning how to do the Hustle!

Oak Street Health is what they say they are. I have been searching for a doctor for several years since my PC of my years died. I feel I have finally found a doctor with Oak Street Health. I am receiving the check I need in a responsible way. I can not ask for any thing more. However, if I do I believe that Oak Street Will provide. FIVE STARS FROM ME!!!

This place is terrible they do unessicary test to bill insurance. They send you to there other providers for nothing . there pain clinic,s dont give u your pain meds. Your not even seeing a doctor your seeing a nurse practitioner. My appointment was at 1 i didnt even get in to see any till after 2. Its not a good place for your elderly or loved ones ive had nothing but problems . im currently looking for a real honest an good primary care doctor

I enjoy coming to Oak Street Health in Hazel Park. It gives me something to do so I dont have to stay home and watch television. I exercise and I take computer lessons. I meet a lot of new people each time I come.

Used to like taking my mom here but not anymore. Seems they dont return calls when they say they will and everyone seems to pass the buck when something needs to be done for my mom. Have been waiting a long time for things to be done for her. Im really ready to find her another office. One that knows how to take care of business.
