This place is disgusting I wouldn’t send my pet there. There were bugs and dust and filth not related to the construction that looks like has been started with no finish time. Then the staff was not masked. It’s a pandemic and you’re in the medical field. The doctor was a useful as watching paint dry. If I told you I pulled something why are you talking about an infection; did you not listen to me. Worst experience and if they charge my insurance I will dispute with subpar health and safety of this place and will report them to Oakland county health department

I LOVE THEM. They are so caring and so sweet to me and my daughter. They really care about you as a person, they dont treat you like youre just another number. I highly recommend you using them for a PCP or even if you need help with your drug abuse. They are absolutely amazing, plus its always nice to have a pharmacy right inside. From the point of entering in to leaving I felt nothing more than accepted and cared about. Doctor was amazing and thorough. He really seemed to care about what was bothering me and the support staff/nurses were great as well. I will be looking into making this my PCP location since my insurance has changed. All the doctors and NPs are all wonderful and caring. No matter what issue you have, they make it easy to discuss with them. Their service hours are amazing, and the pharmacy located inside makes life so much easier and saves time.

Do not, by ANY means, go here. Staff wasn’t masked, patients weren’t masked either, waited almost an hour for a COVID TEST, just ended up storming out of the place. They obviously don’t take covid seriously here, and they obviously aren’t properly medically trained. Would give 0 stars if i could.

I was experiencing unbearable back/neck/shoulder pain all last month. I went in and I was seen quickly and administered 2 shots in my lower back. The doc doesnt mess around and I finally had relief. Office is clean, staff is polite. If I need anything, Ill be back.

My family and I have been using this urgent care for the past few months now. Every time that you walk in, the lovely ladies behind the desk greet you right away with a warm welcome. They are very quick to get you signed in. Wait time is very minimal, 10 to 15 minutes at the most. They offer Covid testing, and even have the test that just swabs your throat at no extra cost, you just have to ask for it. They will continue to be my go to place for urgent care needs. The entire staff is extremely nice and willing to help. The waiting room and exam rooms are very clean as well!

I love this place! Dr. Moe and Dr. Marcos are wonderful and the other care providers and staff are so friendly. Youre always in and out quickly and they have a pharmacy right in the office. This place takes the stress right out of going to the drs.

This was a great place! I was able to go in the same day I needed to go in. They were also doing rapid covid tests very quickly in here! The PA was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Prior to coming here I googled several urgent care facilities in the area. When I 1st arrived it was clean & no one was waiting in the lobby. They had me sign in asked for my ID & insurance I completed paper work & was waiting a min by that time more people arrived. They assisted those people & called me to the front desk and explained there was a issue with my insurance. The lady I forgot her name provided me with the contact number to get the situation resolved. I didnt have time for that at the moment & asked what were my other options and was told cash & a few other options. I paid the amount which was reasonable for everything they did. They called me to the back & was treated well 1st I saw the MA who took my vitals. Then was sent to a room where the Physician Assistant saw me & was very thorough through the entire process. The Awesome Guy that took my xrays & administered my COVID test which I didnt come there for but they where concerned do to my symptoms. I forgot his name he was absolutely the best. This is the go to place if your in need of any urgent care situation.

My appointment was for 2:30 for a Covid swab, and I was out by 2:40. Everyone was kind and respectful, they worked quickly and professionally. They said Ill have my results tomorrow, which is a relief. 5/5 would recommend.

Speedy service. I was told I will get a phone call in about 3 days about my test results. I do hope I will also get a way to print out a hard copy of my test result as well. When the test was performed, a nasal swab was done on both nostrils, opposed to a single nostril as in my previous two test experiences. I hope that using both nostrils to collect test specimen is more thorough, and if so, then I approve of this technique.

Was taken in and seen to quickly, which is very important to me. Staff was easy to talk to and polite. Seen to by PA Brad, who was very friendly. Will most likely return if I need urgent care. Very efficient, basically no wait time, and was out within the hour.

Had to go for a non-rapid Covid test. Arrived just as they were setting up an electronic sign in system. I was their first tester and it was great. Super easy. Filled out all the paperwork quickly and easily thru the app on my phone.I went back for my first ever test and the nurse was gentle. Everyone there I spoke with were friendly. The office is clean and welcoming. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I have had many amazing visits to this doctors office and Shelby in particular has been most helpful! I love this place and highly recommend it!

BEST place to go for COVID testing. I have been to four different clinics for testing and this is the only one that I continue to have good customer service, honest communication, and quick results. They do everything they can to keep wait times down (personally I have never waited more than 10 minutes), and they get the results back to you faster than anywhere in the area.

My urgent care of choice, they have all the services you need in one location. Always able to get in and out even without having made an appointment. They were even open Christmas Day for a few hrs. Very knowledgeable and friendly. 👍🏻

Went here for a COVID test and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was able to get both an NP swab and antibodies test without having to wait even 10 minutes! Got my results the next morning!

I scheduled my appointment, walked in and was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. The staff was very friendly and the office was very clean. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Highly recommended! We walked in and were immediately tended to and taken to a room. Our PA, Krista, took great care of us. She picked up on the fact that my partner was a little skittish of needles and made him feel more comfortable. She explained the process of the required testing and assigned him the best phlebotomist. After he had his blood taken, she came back to make sure he was doing well. She clearly cares about her patients having the best experience they can. Overall a great place.

I took the test in the morning and got the result in the afternoon. London was such a great specimen collector I did not feel a thing when the swab went into my nose. Desh also provided us the electronic copies so we didn’t need to drive back to get the copies. Overall the best urgent care for Covid testing site.

Great place, awesome staff, overall good experience! Did not have to wait long, and I felt like they actually cared about me. However, one nurse practitioner gave me the creeps while checking my eyes. If were both wearing masks I should not be able to smell your breath (or cologne)! Made me very uncomfortable. Other than that, I would recommend this place for all your urgent care needs.

All of the doctors and the nurses are so wonderful and friendly this place is always super clean and I never had to wait longer than expected I was always in and out with no problems. And I love the fact they have a self serve coffee machine in the front lobby. it’s always quiet and peaceful. The only thing that would make it perfect is if they had some nice mellow music in the background. Other than that I love this place.

They were awful I paid $75 to be seen I had a cyst in my private area the doctor didnt really even look at it, I pulled down pance just to show her the swelling and that was it , she gave me a script said it would go away, got worse went to hospital and was told it wouldnt have gone away it would just get bigger 🤬🤬

I’ve been here twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first time I went in for a covid test and was in and out in less than twenty minutes. The test was free and I received my results two days later, as expected. I “shopped around” today for pricing on a doctor visit and chest X-ray (I have no insurance) and this office was much cheaper than the other Urgent Cares in the area. Again, there was almost no wait time to see a doctor and I was quite pleased with the care I received.

DR.Mohamed Saleh is a pretty good doctor. Ive been going there ever since they opened. If you tell them what you need they have always taken care of it. If you ask questions they give you good answers.Dr Saleh will explain it to you if you dont understand. Thank you very much for the gift card. I have been able to be honest with them and theres no judgement.

I had a really good experience at Neu Urgent Care. The staff is all so sweet and helpful. Even when they were clearly swamped with work, they kept a smile on their faces and helped everyone. Im glad I found an urgent care that doesnt suck!

I went there for a COVID test. I was able to schedule an appointment the day before, the staff was very nice and organized. I would definitely recommend!

Avoid this clinic. They allowed the waiting area to fill up with people. There were 6-8 in the waiting room with patients coming and going the entire time we were there. So I stood outside.Also, one of the people working behind the desk pulled her mask down under her chin. She proceeded to repeatedly touch her face and talk to the various coworkers who were seated behind the desk, as well as coworkers (doctors, nurses, techs) who were coming in and out of the office.After five full minutes, not one of her coworkers including the medical staff told her to put her mask back on. I had come back inside to turn in a clipboard and I was waiting to be given more paperwork. So I was inside the waiting room with at least six other people and this maskless employee.When they called me back, I pointed out the person without the mask. She was told to put it back on but she wasn’t sent to wash her hands.If my test from Neu comes back negative, I’m probably going to need to find a different clinic and get a follow-up test to make sure I wasn’t infected while at Neu.

Just sent my dad and brother there and they drove over 30 minutes to this specific urgent care because of the great service I told them they would receive, and they were not disappointed. Absolute garbage urgent care. By far the worst experience ever. Went for Covid tests because my family and I were traveling internationally. This office made a clerical error on our hard copy test results and backdated the date that our specimen was collected. This caused our airline to not accept the result thus making us retest at the airport for a fee, have to stay 2 days here, rebook our tickets and caused more and more fees to be added on. Such a major inconvenience from this urgent care. Absolute GARBAGE. Unbelievable amount of unexpected fees arises due to this clerical error. If they are able to make these clerical errors, how is one supposed to even trust their results and work ethic? $2000+ have resulted from this clerical error.Update: Upon calling management to resolve this clerical error and get written statement of their mistake so we can show the airline, the manager stated it is an admission of guilt and he is not willing to do that. He KNOWS they did wrong and are not willing to help. He had the audacity to smirk and laugh at his urgent care’s faults. UNACCEPTABLE. We are now having to pay difference in fares and we of course are not getting the same flight rate we paid because we planned this trip accordingly to the flight fares. He also had the audacity to tell me, it was MY responsibility to check paperwork and I could have caught the issue. This place is a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL OFFICE. It is THEIR responsibility to check if they are giving correct paper work to their patients especially when this facility is state approved as a covid conducting site for travelers. Some professionals they are - unbelievable.

Shelby and the front desk staff at Neu Urgent Care are absolutely wonderful. I had traveled to LA for a week in the middle of COVID and had to get a COVID test in order to see my friends/family again. Having just switched insurance companies I was waiting for my member number still to go through because it was pending. Shelby was SO amazing because I was struggling to find a place that I could pay out of pocket (to get reimburse) or that was free and administered the rapid 2-3 day results test (you get results in like 14 day with the MI Fair Grounds testing center- that was too long). I am TERRIFIED of needles and Shelby literally calmed my fears over the phone and assured me that she would make sure the doctors and nurses knew I was nervous. I seriously was going to take a day to sleep on it and get the courage to go but instead she convinced me to come in and get the rapid nasal and antibody tests. She also went above and beyond in ensuring me that I could pay the cost out of pocket day of, but when I got my member number to call back and she would write me a check to refund the cost (because I knew my insurance would cover). I got the test, and she literally came to my room to make sure I was okay and gave me two lollipops- such a sweetheart, honestly so thankful to have met her and had her support. I am sure she sees hundreds of patients that are nervous but she treated me like I was her friend. Thank you, thank you Shelby!

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and they go above and beyond for the patients. They are open 7 days a week and have a pharmacy in the building too. I usually see Krista and have been very happy with the care I’ve received. The only bad reviews on here are fake news.

I highly recommend this place as it’s one of the BEST Urgent Cares I have ever been. I really love this place and love the people work their. They are so friendly and professional. It’s my fourth time to go their and every time I go their never get disappointed with my expectations. Doctors are really professionals and they really care about there patients. I went there twice for myself and one time for my wife and one time for my son every time I go there the staff recognise me and call me by my name. I am really happy with this place.

If scheduling a COVID test, call in advance. I arrived for a pre-scheduled 9a test. A line of folks were there waiting for their scheduled tests. Doors didn’t open until 9:45a and front desk phone was off. Once they were open it was very fast and efficient - but I worry about the folks that left bc the place was closed initially during their scheduled time.

Im so Greatful to my Sister who told me about this facility as i left a place in Troy where I would have to take a whole day off for a simple appointment but I would be there no less than 3 hours. But not Neu Urgent Care, in and out for no longer than a half hour. The staff there are very professional and treat you with the utmost respect, and I would recommend this place to anyone. Hats off to them 👏

The providers here are great. I first came here and saw Krista for addiction treatment, and after a few visits I decided that I wanted to make them my primary care doctors. Krista is very professional and diligent. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my medical needs!

Highly recommend as this is one of the BEST Urgent Cares for a variety of reasons. The minute we walk in we were immediately attended to by at the front desk and taken in to see the doctor. Have been in several times and always have the same courteous, kind, and professional service. The Doctors always take their time and are truly concerned of the patients needs. Definitely 2 thumbs up and 5 stars (if not more).

I highly recommend going here. The office was very clean. The staff were very nice. And I didnt have to wait a long time to be seen. I was able to quickly get a refill on my prescriptions, and the doctor was so nice and helpful!

I went in for covid testing, it was really fast. Less than 20 mins all together and they called me with the results the next day. Last time I got tested I waited for an hour to get in. I recommend this place they also have pcp doctor and other specialities

First off, soon as I walked in I noticed it was a Very Clean Environment, and was greeted right away by Rachel at the front desk. Staff was very curtious and seemed caring. The nurse who did my IV (sorry forgot her name) was very soft handed and definitely skilled as well, as she had no problems setting the IV into my arm the very first time, and I experienced very minimal pain what so ever.The doctor seeing me at the time was also very curtious, kind, and knowledgeable. They rushed me right in, but then took the time to really check me out properly. It was a very professional, yet very caring experience at the same time. Definitely recommend this Urgent Care Office!!
