This place does not even deserve one star. Two top doctors(Doctor from Spinecenter (MD) and another doctor of Osteopathy ( DO)from Naperville told me that the image was useless. They said not only the MRI did not have several images that they wanted to see but also of poor quality. These two doctors are from different offices and both said not to waste my money at this place. I told them to call my insurance and do pre authorization and yet i keep getting a bill for 1000 dollars for the images that are useful. Now i have to order another MRI to pay out of my pocket😭😭😭😭😭

The Staff was so kind and courteous! They went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They even took the time to call my Dr because their was A mix up with the codes. Ive been to so many clinics were they can be cold or aloof and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thankyou again for your kindness.

I tried to have the standard laying down MRI unfortunately I wasnt able to lay flat on my back long enough to completeSo I just had my vertical MRI today 7-6-19The young lady that took my info along with who I made the appointment with was very helpful in explaining what the process was and also needing my doc to write a new order and having my insurance except them as the new location which they handled all for meThe mri tech who took care of me was awsum he explained everything to me answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns, which was that I might not be able to sit with out moving for the duration of test, he said while I hear the noise of machine that was the most important time to stay still and in between if I needed to adjust myself that would be the time to do soHe said hed try to give extra time in between and try to get done as quickly as possibleHe was expedient, professional and compassionateWhat a wonderful experienceI apologize for not remembering his name or the young lady at the deskI dont write reviews very often but this definitely warranted one and if a mri is needed they are highly recommended

MRIs are not fun, but the staff is very clear on what is going on all throught the process. Also everytime i called from making an appointment to having questions they were all very helpful and thorough!!

So I have to have MRI’s done far tooOften. I have had to be sedated for the last 12 MRIs because I have panic attacks laying on my back going into a machine. Lately shoulder pain has been so bad that I can’t even do that because the sedation wears off too early because of the pain. So I decided to try out this vertical MRI. Best decision I ever decided to do. Staff was very nice, Helpful, and accommodating. 20 minute MRI on my shoulder where I was in a lot of pain still required no sedation or meds of any kind. Never had my panic attacks start. I really recommend this place to anybody who’s had problems laying on their back, for MRIs this is the way to go!

Great staff, very friendly I hate MRI hate them. This was by far the best experience. I had alot of room in the MRI machine and Im 66 tall I would recommend vertical plus MRI for anyone who doesnt like MRIs
