My 61-year-old mother was brought by ambulance here as a Covid patient whose oxygen was at 80%. The ambulance started her on oxygen, and they continued it, and she was coming up. She was severely dehydrated as she had barely ate or drank for 6 days. Didn’t even start an IV and give her fluids. Never offered her any water. She is diabetic, her sugars were 202 and they didn’t even give her insulin to correct it. She even told them she was due for her insulin and they didn’t do anything about it. after being there for four hours, they told her they were discharging her. I called the nurse directly and asked, since I work in healthcare and I know all about Covid, how they were just going to discharge her, I know she was doing well on the oxygen, but they haven’t given her the steroid yet, and they didn’t even try and wean her off to see how she would do without it. The nurse assured me they would walk her around without the oxygen and see how she did before she was discharged. She called me an hour later, said they gave her the steroid and they were discharging her! Didn’t do anything to make sure she was OK. Without the oxygen she was desating back into the 80s! Then the icing on the cake is they needed the room that she was in, so they put her in the General ER waiting room to wait for me! A Covid patient, with only a little blue surgical mask in the main ER waiting room with all of the other people! This place is disgusting, and I am so beyond furious, I’ve left a message with patient affairs line, but still no callback! Do not go here!

Completely rude staff. Everyone should be fired. Don’t go to this hospital even if your dying.

I currently have a relative there. This place is horrible and I agree with the other reviewers here on Advocate South Suburban Medical; these people do not care about their patients….. these so called staff straight from the ghetto really need to go back there, and get really decent people there who are not interested in making friends at work— go to the club if you want to make friends…. They left my relative with bloodied hospital gown from the feeding tube room is never clean these women have nasty attitudes I could go on something really need to be done about ASSMC.

This place is beyond terrible took my 90 yr old grandfather here for chest pains and we waited about 6 hours before we could even see a doctor. The staff upfront is rude and illiterate! Please consider going somewhere elseUpdate we didn’t see a doctor we finally got in the back around 2:00 and it was so cold he couldn’t take it so we left.

STOP, don’t do it! My mother was sent here from the rehab center and I ended up losing my mother due to these people incompetence. Honestly, I wouldn’t even let my dog Diamond come here. I don’t even know where to begin on how horrible the care was here for my mother. I regret to this day that she was ever sent here. She might still be alive if I was able to transfer her out sooner. However, it will turn out to be your worst nightmare! Very unprofessional. This one Dr had the audacity to call my mother an interesting case ! Wow..no empathy for an actual human being.This place deserves NO Stars, just horrible, which is an understatement.

I came here for an outpatient procedure. I was nervous but from the moment that I walked in the door of the Center for Advanced Care I was greeted and treated with kindness and compassion.From the greeter at the front door to the information desk to the place I was to report for my procedure everybody was kind and caring. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone they made the process so much easier. Thank you Advocate!

I really wanted to love this place but working here Ive realized compassion and taking your time with patients is not allowed. Everything is hurried, rushed... Workers are timed here even if whatever theyre doing isnt STAT, its a shame that a patient asking for a little extra can land a worker in hot water, this isnt what healthcare should be about

Had a bad experience. I was mad of the inconsideration both nurses had. Both talking to me at the same time. I yelled at them to stop. They did. The nurse taking blood was hurting my hand and said she is suppose to take blood from the right hand. She read the instructions wrong. The IV was suppose to go on the right hand. Later they said I need to get blood drawn because the nurse did it wrong, I refused. 5 19 2021 Olivier. Those 2 nurses need to be retrained on how to treat people. The other nurse was suppose to tell me after the procedure follow the instruction given. But instead she said, when you get home do what ever.Director of the hospital please dont let this happen to other patients. I came there happy and left mad and hurt. I had my first ever surgery scheduled for Friday, and cant be more thankful to Doctor James ODonnell, Doctor Mohammad Qasim, and whole staff that took care of me during the whole process. Since it was my first surgery, I was anxious but medical personnel made me feel very comfortable and safe during the whole process.The facility is clean, quiet, and all people I interacted with seem to be very friendly and love their job!thank you Advocate!

WOULDN’T RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!If it’s an EMERGENCY DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!Friday night I waited over 8 hours in a freezing emergency room. The Food is horrible and the silverware was never once cleaned that I received. And the room service is not good at all it took over an hour for lemon wedges and hot sauce.

I had my surgery done there and the nursing staff was amazing. Extremely nice, professional, and caring. The new surgery building is extremely updated with best equipment. However, rooms upstairs are a bit old. Overall great experience and I really appreciate it

I had both my COVID vaccines at Advocate SouthSuburban. Both visits went so well, they were so organized from thesecond you walk in the doors. All the staff is welcomingand kind. No long waiting and everything is immaculate! 👏🏼

I’ve been waiting in the ER to be seen since 4:00pm. (8hrs) This is utterly ridiculous!!!!! I’m having severe sharp pains in my left side and cannot take a deep breathe without pain. I guess that does not warrant an emergency!!! I see why people would rather stay home in pain than than go to the hospital. You will go to the hospital and still be in pain. I will NOT be returning to this hospital! I hate the ambulance brought me here!

Fell and hit my head on the side walk. No xray, MRI/CT scan of my head. Just an xray of rt side and back. Never made it into the ER, they had me waiting in the waiting room.

People waiting for more than 4 hours to see an ER Dr. No one came to talk to my mother or others. No communication for more than 4 hours. I was told she would be in in 1 hour... don’t make up times.... give me the truth! If we are going to wait 6 hours then tell me that.

They need to totally revamp this place. The rooms are outdated and extremely small. The whole atmosphere has an old timey feeling. They dont seem to clean regularly. I would never send a loved one here if I didnt have to.I did not feel comfortable the entire time my loved one was hospitalized here. The attending physicians that were on duty were LESS than mediocre and only there to get a check. I often wondered, who does the hiring.It wasnt until I started making phone calls, that I finally was able to get the help needed and proper tests run for answers. We finally got a black female doctor, who was EXCELLENT, empathic, and listened. If it werent for her and a few of the nurses, my loved one would still be suffering.ICU staff and IV Team are outstanding.I wouldve given it 1 star, but after finally getting assistance towards the end of the release, I raised it to 2 OVERALL.

Horrible ER! Wait time is over 10 hours. They should be ashamed of themselves. Their not gone be satisfied until someone die in that waiting room and the family sue! Its called an EMERGENCY room for a reason. No covid precautions besides mask and signage on the seating that ppl are ignoring and no sanitizing. Never ever go to the ER here!!! My doctor called for me to go there I was waiting for 6 hours and when I went to ask how much longer before I can get a roomI was told another 2-3 hours. Unfortunately I took some pain meds and left I definitely will never return there. I will call my doctor tomorrow for the test they ran on me!!

Had a procedure scheduled for Tuesday. Was told I needed to get COVID tested and was scheduled for Saturday at 5:30pm. I showed up at the location given (17850) and no staff were around. There were two other people at the same location for the COVID testing. I walked over to the main hospital with two people who appeared no interested in being their. Explained to them I had an appointment for COVID testing. She called the operator and the operator advised they were closed. I then asked what that meant for my Tuesday procedure and of course she could not help. The most unprofessional encounter. Why would you schedule people for a test, closed the test location and not contacting the people who possible had to shift things around to get to the appointments. I know we are at their mercy, and the hospital management probably dont give a care about my review, but I had to say something in the hope they will at least show more care to their customers.

My husbands step father was admitted for Covid. He was taken by ambulance this morning. They still have him in triage! They haven’t admitted him and he can’t breath. Horrible service!!! Super unprofessional. I will be reporting to the health department and other services as well.

I came in at 3:30 am with stomach, back & chest pain 3 and 1/2 hours still waiting to be seen. Staff rude and dont care about the those in waiting room do not come here if you can go anywhere else!!!!

I wanted to south suburban hospital Friday morning they have the worst nurses and doctors in the emergency room I lay in the bed for 3 hours before I seen the doctor another 2 hour for her to come back and tell me all my tests came back negative. Im telling her im still hurting. I got my blood transfusion done there about 3 weeks ago havent been feeling well since.

Great Hospital! Its a hospital with excellent services provided with up to date equipment. The name suburban shouldnt fool you. They have superspecialized doctors taking rounds providing best of care.

The labor and delivery department was so wonderful and attentive! I felt like I mattered, that I was their only patient, so important to a emotional, first time pregnant woman. Doctor Del Castillo performed my emergency C-section, he did an amazing job, the recovery was fast. I left there pampered and educated. They sent this wonderful massage therapist, a photographer to take photos of my newborn, a lactation consultant, new parent education paperwork, etc. They went above and beyond my expectations!

My experience in the er was unacceptable! So bad that I need a manager or someone in charge to contact me PLEASE, Ive been trying to call and complain with no response....

Worst hospital ever they released my sister saying her foot was fine she went to another hospital come to find out her foot is broken.

It is now 1:30a.m. and we have been here since 6pm. My mom has a catheter that needs 2b checked & she is in pain and they are allowing her to sit in this agony!! I hear what they are saying but the are proving they do not care at this point.Im very disappointed.

A recent ER visit was surprisingly satisfactory. The wait time wasnt terribly long. The staff was professional, pleasant, attentitve, and knowledgeable. The one negative thing: CHANGE YOUR FOOD VENDOR ASAP! If there is a contract, it may behoove your organization to pay to be released early. Ive been there a few times with my elderly patient and Ive noticed the staff being rude and unprofessional. So, whatever training is taking place, keep it up.Note: patients have options. Your organization should ensure that EVERY issue is cleared up promptly to ensure the continued success of your facility. Any employee found being rude or disrespected should receive one warning and training, then out the door if the warning isnt adhered to. Any one that is concerned or suffering, hence the reason one comes to a hospital, should be treated with the utmost care, respect and empathy possible. And if your staff cannot accommodate patients from a medical AND personable perspective, then let other professionals take their places.

Well - first you dont know where to go when you first come in. They can be a bit rude, not enough space in the waiting room, the wait to even see a doctor was soooo long, unorganized. So.. there ya go.

Horrible condition. Nasty. Just nasty floors. Nasty walls. Patent room smell horrible. In wating room from 11am until 9:30 pm. Floors dont even look mopped. Caught an allergic reaction leaving.

I suffered from an acute pulmonary embolism in Sept 2019 - believe me something you only want the absolute top notch care. South Suburban delivered it truly. I cannot say enough for the nursing and medical doctors who treated me with expertise and compassion during my 48 hour stay in the ER and the ICU. Thanks South Sub!

This hospital takes stroke patient and it should not be allow. My husband went there walking and doing everything for his self. Three days later after being hospitalized there now he can’t walk or do nothing for himself. I feel concern when a person get worse in the hospital. I try to have him transferred and they refused to do that. Seriously South Suburban send stroke patient to another hospital who specializes in that. I heard several stories from other people and it is just not right.

The secretary named Mia of the Emergency Room has been rude and nasty toward me without provocation. She yelled at me over the phone after I asked to speak to my son. I then asked to speak to his nurse and she refused to transfer me to his nurse after I called and asked. She told me that she was busy. When I called back I found out that my son was discharged and moved somewhere else and the nurse was not aware of my call. I was left devastated because my son who was in critical condition had not heard from his mother. There is so much miscommunication among the staff here that I experienced since my son’s admittance to this hospital. Do NOT go here

The ER staff at SOUTH Suburban Hospital were fantastic! Tamara was our ERT and she addressed every need necessary to make our stay comfortable. Jamie was our RN, and she was very detailed and made sure everything was taken care to the highest standard... we will return if the need ever permits! Thank you so much!!!

I recently visited the ER and the staff was very kind and professional with me, everyone I talked to was extremely nice and understanding. Even when I had to give blood the nurse sang “Baby Shark” to me and helped me relax, and he did a great job it didn’t even hurt, and I usually cry tears over any shot, I wish I could remember his name, but he was in the ER Thursday, November 15, 2018 around 6:00pm. I am pregnant and I came in because I was having abdominal pain. I’m still very early on my pregnancy but I feel that this might be the place that will fulfill all of my maternity needs. Thanks!!!

This would be a much lower rating if it werent for the transportation staff. I had a several day hospital stay and the folks who transported me around the hospital were delightful, warm and caring. Most of my nurses were also great, but there was one nurse who went 8 hours without checking on me, then at the end of her shift initialed that she had done so every 2 hours. Completely unethical.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mom has her fair share of health problems so she has been in and out of South Suburban and Christ plenty of times over the last 2 years. Next time she has to come to the ER I am willing to drive the extra minutes and miles to get to Christ so the staff actually take care of her. The only positive thing about this dump is the Chemotherapy center which she really likes but as for the rest of the main hospital, take your loved one somewhere else you will only get mistreated and aggravated here.

I would rather die than come here ever again. Brought my wife in because she couldnt breathe. It took four times of me informing the worst nurse staff ever, and a call to the hospitals regular phone number, to get my wife the help that she needed. Im sorry. Did I say she got the help she needed? Thats my fault. What I meant to say was a lady from the hospital came and gave my wife a two minute breathing treatment. This is something that takes at least TEN MINUTES. Then we were left in the waiting room again. Then when they finally did call her name, after waiting for over two and a half hours in an empty waiting room, the nurse wouldnt come and get her. I HAD TO BRING MY WIFE TO THE NURSE! What kind of nursing staff is this? I have never seen so much attitude thrown around by people who are supposed to be helping you. I told my wife that if I ever have to go to the hospital that she might as well thrown me into a hole in the ground because at least the hole will take me in without judgment.

I Have my doctor order to do ultrasound and i did called to make appointment for thurs july 30 at 12 ,the lady on the phone asked me to do some instructions,drink 32 0z of water 2 hours before the ultrasound and i can’t go to bathroom .when I arrived they said I don’t have appointment with them.i show the registration lady my phone that i did Called to make appointment,it’s took me 8 minutes just to make this appointment !!! Me and my husband took 40 minute away drive to this hospital

I’ve been here for over three hours having a miscarriage in the waiting room. How does this not constitute as an EMERGENCY

OMG THE WORST! I arrived to the ER at about 9:45pm and it’s currently 3:45am and still haven’t been seen. According, to the ER nurse other people have waited for up to 8hrs! REALLY I’ve NEVER experienced this at Christ Hospital.The waiting room is packed and the staff seemed unconcerned. There should be no way in the code of health people have to wait this long. This is sad!!!!!!

I’m currently in the waiting area. I have been seen for a few things, but not seated in a private room. The waiting is iffy I’ve been here since 3:17 and it is now 6:43. I can’t complain too much since I’ve waited longer and spent 10 hours in Ingalls Hospital before so but because I have at least been tested and analyze the wait isn’t bad

It is one of the worst management and nursing hospitals, putting elderly patients suffering from urination and involuntary prominence, who need special care. Patients with normal surgeries and urinary tract surgeries, and the smell of rooms of defecation are foul, and very bad, other patients are dissatisfied with that humiliating behavior, nursing team some of them do not wear a protector of the hands when giving the patient water and medicine. This hospital needs to arrange from the inside to be clean and to provide better service to patients and visitors.

This place didnt take my symptoms serious. When i asked for a specific test. The doctor ask me for what. My symptoms should have been enough. The doctor and nurses are very unprofessional. I went to a different hospital and was treated how i should have been in the first place. South surburban hospital is a joke.

This hospital is so exceptional in various ways. Its extremely difficult to pinpoint one flaw throughout our stay here. The professionalism exbited here was above our expectations. Starting from Dr. Anoina Dorothy and her team who said a moving word of prayer before every procedures. That was classic. The Nurses who were always present and prompt with solutions to all inquiries. This is absolutely a hygiene conscious facility and I highly recommend this place.

In my experience as a father with five children and a resident of Homewood for 43 years, whenever we had true medical emergencies, we headed straight for the E. R. I think most people deal with emergencies in this way.Emergency services can be quite expensive, even though our insurance pays for all or most of the care.Over the past week, I’ve had to use the Advocate South Suburban E. R. twice. Both visits were truly emergencies. Seeing my primary care doctor was not an option.I can say without reservation, the care I received was exceptional. The nurses and doctors were kind, professional and caring. They patiently answered my questions and did their best to give me outstanding care – even though they had other patients to care for.I highly recommend Advocate South Suburban Hospital.Stewart Scott, Homewood, IL

When I went in on a slow Monday night about 930 I asked how long was the wait because I had a disabled kid at home. They said it’s slow you will get in right away. I said like what a hour they said oh no it won’t be that long. Ok so no emergencies, no gun shot victims really not many people came after me at all. 3 hours later I laid in a bed still in pain and never even talked to the doctor. They forgot all about me. Forgot I was even there. When I walked out and asked if there was a emergency or something they said no when have you been. I told them I was in room 18. The girl looked lost. I left. Never did get to see a doctor. 930 to 1230. Even after asking. Wasted time. This is the only hospital I have walked out of and this was the second time doing it. This place sucks. And they had the radio on super loud. A sports game. I live a mile away from here. St James in ch. heights was better then this hole.

If I could give negative stars to this place I would. I am 35 weeks pregnant, called to make an appointment for an ultrasound. Who ever I spoke with did not even let me finish my sentence when she said they were booked until the second week of October which will be my due date. I explained the situation, still didn’t even attempt to help me. I said my concerns & all she said was well then go to the emergency room or call your doctor. Some people shouldn’t be working for health providers or hospitals if they don’t care about people. Definitely do not recommend.

This hospital is filthy and despicable. First and last time here. Took my 3 year old into the ER for medical attention. It was as empty as the desert. It took 20 minutes to get a room. Once in the room I noticed food droppings under the seat. My daughter had to use the washroom twice and never was I acknowledged by the chatty nurses at the nurse station who used foul language. By this time, 45 minutes being in a room, never did a nurse come in to say anything. After another 10 minutes had passed I decided to go ask someone about the nurse coming in. She was just now starting to do her rounds. I was over it! Never, ever going back Advocate Christ will forever by my favorite hospital!

A close relative had surgery here. The staff was EXTREMELY KIND and they checked on us multiple times in the waiting room. They gave us consistent updates on my relatives operation. The facility is very clean. The staff is calm and we’re willing to go over any questions we had. I wish I could give this place ten stars! Bravo!

Went to the ER last night having an asthma attack and the guard told me it was 4 people ahead of me and for me to sit down. My finger start tingling so I know I was not getting oxygen. Nobody came to help me I had to go to another hospital. When I moved here I use to love this hospital but after last night I will not never come back again. Very disappointed Im was an asthma patient and I could have died.

No sense of urgency in the Emergency Room. Took 30 min to be seen and then had to wait another 1 hour and 50min for a few stitches and a tetanus shot. Truly disappointing. Will find another ER in the future

Came from specialist with a STAT script for doppler on both legs. We checked in & were directed to outpatient services within 15 minutes. Another 15 minutes & the ultra sound was underway! Everyone was friendly & helpful & speedy beyond belief! Thought wed be hours but was literally minutes! Thank You So Sub!

Emergency Room Staff is great! Most of the other hospital staff does try its best to accommodate your needs. Better than I expected.

Don’t come to this hospital if you’re suffering from a mental health emergency because they’re extremely abusive.

Worst emergency room experience I have had. I prefer Advocate Lutheran, Masonic way better. They have patients in the emergency room wait to see a Dr. in the main waiting room, for lab work, x-rays and all other necessary examinations. If you don’t mind being called up a million times while you’re sick to walk to several places then feel free to come here.

I have used South Suburban Hospitals services since 1972. I have been very happy with my treatment and level of expertise. I know live in an area where I am required to go to another hospital if I am taken by ambulance. I understand the rules that require this BUT I AM NO PLEASED! I will take myself to South Sub when it is not a life or death situation.

My dad was removed from life support and taken to their hospice floor. The nurses were wonderful. They took great care of my dad and were so helpful. They took a hundred phone calls a day from our family and never acted annoyed. I live in Oregon so after I left Chicago, the nurses would take a phone in and hold it up to his ear so that I could talk to him. They were the best.

Best oB labor and deliver ever all the ladies are amazing I really liked there care and help idk why so many negative reviews but i loved it felt helped and treated right just how it’s suppose to be 🙏❤️

I am currently in the ER waiting for 5hr for a family member to be seen who is withering in pain. I am extremely disappointed in the service. I will drive into the city and encourage others to do the same

Rude staff and they dont have no professional manners for patients or people. My mom been there 5 days with an infected foot and she has diabetes they havent determined anything yet. People in charge of cleaning the beds and room dont do their job they get mad when I called to tell them to do so.

I work for advocate at another facility in the emergency room & I know for a fact that we do not allow our patients to walk in unacknowledged & just standing around waiting to be acknowledged. The person that I brought into the er to be seen was not feeling well at all & I literally stood for 5 minutes before anyone approached us, I’ve never personally came here for myself so I didn’t know how the er here operated or where we even checked in at, but nobody said anything or asked did we need help. Finally public safety came his name was Christopher & he assisted us w/ a wheel chair etc which I greatly appreciated him helping us . As for the registration guy with glasses that had his phone out watching football on the night shift did not acknowledge us nor the nurse until public safety wheeled the patient over smh. Truly disappointed .

There is no sense of urgency at all from staff. They don’t advise of how long it may take. There are literally people in the lobby, coughing like crazy. And we have to sit with them for hours possibly catching a cold or covid.

I have been in and out of this hospital several times since July for various tests and an overnight stay. I would say that 95% of all my contacts with doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and also all the people working in registration was very positive. I felt a sincere approach of kindness, compassion and professionalism. None of us is perfect and certainly no hospital is perfect. However, mutual respect between patient and medical staff goes a long way in the healing process. Keep up the good work!

I had a very good experience at South Sub. They saved my life. I would like to thank the ER staff, drs, nurses, cnas, and staff on 3N who were assigned to care for me. Each and everyone of these professional caregivers were kind, sympathetic, went above and beyond to care for me. I would especially like to thank the 2 ER nurses whose names I cant remember, my nurse Jen, good luck with the new horse) in ICU various other staff, transport, food service (who sometimes oops) and Nicci the nurse who was mainly assigned to me on 3N (Rm 333-2) hope u had a great time in NY for the outstanding care that was given to me. I truly believe that I would not be here today without their outstanding knowledge and kindness that was bestowed upon me. Also special thanks to the doctors who were assigned to me and for pharmacy staff, respiratory and physical therapists who worked with me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Worst hospital ever. If you want to live, don’t go here. You can walk in and never walk out. Please keep driving so you can keep living. I wouldn’t trust them to groom my dog. So many deaths there - “they claim everyone has the flu or pneumonia” but really you’re dying of cancer. Oops... too late you’re dead.Misdiagnosis, failure to run tests correctly, failure to understand the damn test results. Going there is a suicide mission.... I petition them to close the doors before the kill another person. RIP 😔 gone to soon...

Been here since 11 o’clock last night an it 7 in the morning still in the waiting room haven’t been seen yet an it’s not that many people in here crazy

I can honestly say I am 100% satisfied with South Suburban. Just last week I gave birth there. From the very beginning all the staff was extremely kind and attentive. They made the check in process really easy which I am SO grateful for considering my circumstance. All my nurses were phenomenal. They checked on my consistantly, asked if I needed anything, and were very attentive. Although it was all really hectic, they made me feel extremely comfortable. I knew I was in good hands. I want to thank everyone who made my delivery as easy and smooth as possible. I was there for several days so I had several nurses/hospital personnel so I apologize if I miss someone but thanks you so much to Deb, Pam, Tina, Laura, Lauren, Sarah, Lisa and of course Dr. Arrington.I also wanted to mention that the hospital is extremely clean and the rooms are updated. My only suggestion would be to put a refrigerator in the rooms, not the biggest deal in the world, but it would make being at the hospital for several days a little easier.I will definitely be recommending this hospital to all my family and friends.

Worst place ever. Ive been here twice in two weeks. Service is slow, rude, and unprofessional. Treatment of elderly was awful. Left my elderly parent in waiting room for over 6 hours. Ordered a medical test for them and discharged then before reading it. Avoid this place if possible.

I had back Surgery The staff was awesome very caring people In the surgery department .

Ive had some good experiences there but every time my husband goes in there, the ER and other doctors try to extend his stay with test that he dont need just to create a larger bill.

I’m here now my mom can’t breathe . This is the rudest most unprofessional hospital I have ever been too ! The night “Dr.” T. Booker is yelling my moms information across the hospital. And when my mother told her she had a question she rolled her eyes . This hospital is dirty . My mother can not receive care because they don’t want to answer her questions . I would give them 0 stars if I could. Everyone was rude from ANA who is a nurse . I’m about ready to say forget it and walk out. With this kind of care my mother received I decided toGoogle them . I don’t see how they are still open with this many complaints! Someone said they would rather die ! Than come to this hospital. Investigation is needed!

Worst Hospital I have been in rude nurse and 7 hour wait when I was in sever pain I had to walk out wont be going back to that place no more.

This is the last place you want to go to when needing medical care. The intake process is ridiculous. You see registration, wait, take vitals, wait, take few test, wait.. Finally see a doctor and wait some more.. My sister arrived there at 10:30 am and did not leave there until after 7pm. Please dont think they were working on her all this time. They werent.. Under staffed. Dont bother.

I was there for 4 hours in labor and delivery getting tests done. When I called my doctor with my symptoms she told me come right away. I left work when I would usually go-to lunch arrived around 1:30 was there until 6. I stated I havent eaten I have low blood sugar Im really hungry they brought me crackers. Couldnt even bring a sandwich . I went 8 hours without eating (pregnant and low blood sugar) and left feeling dizzy. My old hospital would always feed me if I asked I couldnt believe it.
