This place was wonderful! The lady was great and did a really personalized massage. My muscles in my neck get really tight in the winter and that causes me to pull them sometimes, which is why i went in to get them worked out. I didn’t even say anything about that but I could tell the lady was working on them a lot. She just knew what she was doing. Such a good deal too!

I asked for a thirty minute foot and thirty minute chair massage. I come here because its supposed to be hassle free, no appointment necessary, nearby and inexpensive. I received my message....very standard. I went to the counter to pay. My total was $40 and I added a 15% tip. The masseuse was leaning over me while I was filling out my receipt. He then raised his voice and told me my tip was wrong. I said, huh? He then repeated that he gave me the message and his tip should be $10!!! He did this in front of everyone. Ive never received services from him prior to today thank God. That is a 25% tip. They dont even charge that at a spa where you get quiet, private services and full use of the spa facilities for the day. I usually go in here at least 3 times a month and sadly, now I can never go back. The extreme lack of professionalism and customer service is something I cant deal with.

Oh boy where to start. So I took my mom here because she got a $50 gift card to get a full body massage, and she said she felt great after, which I was happy for her. The things we didnt particularly like, where quite a few. A woman came in with her children, I guess they were regulars. The kids started to yell and run around and make a lot of noise, okay kids will be kids I guess. But there were other people there trying to relax, and couldnt because no one would tell the children to quiet down. At the end I go to give the woman the gift card, and she demands a tip. The guy that massaged my mom was even hovering over me. My mom hands me 5 dollars to give to her, and the woman grabs my hand and points to a sign on the wall, and starts demanding I give her 10. At this point I could tell my mom didnt understand what was going on, as again her English isnt that great, and the staff have broken english as well. So my mom wouldnt feel put off, I gave the woman another 5 and walked out. Again Im glad she enjoyed the massage and all, but dont ruin the experience by demanding tips. As someone who works in a salon, it seems really unprofessional to demand tips from your clients. If they like your service, they will give you what they can.

Wonderful workers. Very honest. My mother left her phone there and we couldnt get it til the next day. They saved it and put it somewhere safe for us to get it!

Horrible masculine lady! I usually write very good reviews about anyone. I went to this center on July 22 and this woman did a foot massage for 15 minutes (price is 16$)and she charged me 20$. I was fine with it as I thought 4$ tip is good. Then she asked for more tip and I said I don’t have any cash and was happy to give more tip and gave her my Amex card. She said they don’t take Amex. I said I am sorry and will try to get more cash next time. She started abusing me in her own language and told it was a waste of time giving g me a massage . These kind of people should be banned and removed from work area who are toxic and ruined my massage experience even after paying her the price and the tip . I should have sued the store for this lady’s horrible behavior. If the owner see this please remove her from the store . She is such a spoiler .

Not bad for the money. Noisy location in the mall, open atmosphere with no privacy. The staff speaks little english. The massage itself was very good except that it is a clothes on place, and I prefer to have the oils on skin type massage.My massage therapist took the time to concentrate on the trouble spots.

I do not recommend this place I ordered full massage and they only massage my feet. In the end I paid 28 dollars for 15 minutes and the man demanded a tip. I said I did not like the service. And the woman was shouting in her language and the man was angry. terrible service.

Love this place! I have severe Fibromyalgia & the massages always hurt, but afterwards I feel so much better for the rest of the day! Ive never found any other place/thing that gives me so much relief!

I only go here when im desperate, they force and stalk you for tip, and if its not what they want they complain in their language. No privacy kind of hard to actually relax getting a massage out in the open... Yea so i dont recommend this place unless its your last resort.

The massage was lovely but the man got mad that I tipped him $5 and started an argument with me and told me to get out, Wich I felt $5 was appropriate for a foot massage in a mall , not to mention I was a repeat customer I had been there many times but no more , Im completely disgusted by that type of behavior and unprofessionalism

Really like their massage cant help if its open to public for people up there its a passerby type of massage place lolz

The man who massaged me rushed through the whole hour massage I paid for and it ended up being only a 30 minute massage....on top of that he was really sloppy with his hands which was unprofessional and demanded a 10 dollar tip at the end cause he was tired.....what a joke!!!!......stay away from this dump and find another massage parlor guys..
