The building is nice. The bathrooms are clean. The only two negatives I have about it are that the air duct filter was very dirty and that causes inefficiency with the air conditioning. Also, the refrigerator was running warmer than the setting it was set at. The drinks ended up being put in the freezer after sitting in the fridge for three hours and still being hot.I was not the person renting the building, I only attended a party there, so I have no knowledge of the staff or how it went for making arrangements for the building.

Its an empty building. Nice enough, but still an empty building. Cant really review too much about it.

We had my Daughters Baby Shower here. Its was perfect.

I have photographed a wedding here, booked it myself for a birthday party and recently for a baby shower. Great small venue with a kitchen area, tables, chairs, and bathroom. Beautiful park in front and you get the venue the full day. Great for family reunions, parties, and smaller weddings.

Nice little place to have a get together. Has a little kitchen and bathrooms. Also has a gazebo that would be perfect for weddings.

Its a very wonderful place to exercise or just walk around

Some friends used this venue for their wedding, and it was a very pleasant day.
