The prices on meds are great. The workers are courteous. Check the times they are busiest to avoid lines. No complaints here.

A lot of the staff dont know the difference between Medicare Part B and Part D, which is important for transplant patients.

Techs and pharmacists are always helpful and polite. Wait time really isnt that bad!

I called with some questions about my medication and the side effects and Jace was so very extreamly helpful. I was really blown away by his customer service. And theres another girl there.. I forget her name but shes always working every time I go in and shes absolutly wonderful as well! I saw an older gentlemen basically scream at her during the covid pandemic where everybody is over stressed and she handled it so professionally! He left in a better mood than he came in because of her great attitude!! I sure hope the pharmacy techs read this review so they know how appreciated they are! They do great work here! Theyre friendly as all get out and my medications are filled quickly.. The same day even when i neglected to call them in in a timely manner. Thank you for all your help! You guys are awesome.

If youre expecting service with a smile forget it. Although its most likely due to the endless line of people waiting for that ONE clerk to help them. When I finally got to the checkout she couldnt read the numbers on the card so I got move to the help desk where that person entered the numbers in and then she sent me back to the back of the line. NOT HAPPY

Went in to return a set of dvds because they wouldn’t play and this stupid woman starts laughing at me. I will take my money elsewhere from now on and I’ll be filing a complaint against her.

Use to go to the Post Falls Walmart by pharmacy. I always had to wait and wait usually 1 to 2 hours so I switched. Recently switched to the Hayden Idaho and same problem. Yesterday they told me their machine for insurance cards wasnt working so come back. Today its another issue so I will never go back. Thank God the store isnt like this but the pharmacy needs more help or training but its not worth all the time to me.

I went in with my dads prescription to be filled so after I went to get him and got back hopefully they would be filled. I was treated rudely right off the beget go.then came back about 10 minutes after the time they said they would be doneandthey werent and again they where very rude.I m still waiting while my dad sits in the car 1 hour after I was told they would be done and still havent ben called. Mistake coming here.Will be talking with a supervisor.

I have recently had to switch pharmacies to this Wal-Mart due to moving to this area. I have never met a more rude group of people, and this is coming from a young adult. You stand in line forever, and then you have a question about something & it is almost as if you are inconveniencing the pharmacist by simply having a question. I’ll call in my prescriptions, they say they will be ready by this time & date and I get there and they haven’t even started. This pharmacy is an absolute joke.

After saying the prescription would only take 5 or ten minutes to fill I then proceeded to wait in line for about 30 minutes only to be turned away because my prescription wasn’t filled yet. I then had to try and sit down in agonizing pain for another hour before it was finally filled. One of the worst experiences ever and when I asked about help on the prescription there were rude and unhelpful never again will I go to this Walmart to fill a prescription, after having to watch countless people in pain and dieing while waiting for there medicine.

If a customer phones in a refill on a medication and it is refused by the insurance company Walmart Pharmacy should have a policy to contact the customer and inform him or her of this (a recorded message will do). Instead, I stood in a line of four to learn that my insurance refused to cover my medication. I was then told the only way to find out what had happened was to stand in another line of four. I went without my blood pressure med for a full day. This morning I made three phone calls to my insurance company and many “menus” to find my way to a person. In the end, I have to reach my doctor to get the medication I need to maintain my blood pressure and then hope I can get it from Walmart today. What a lousy way to treat your customers.

Worst pharmacy ever...refilled prescription, drive 100 miles to find they were out of the medicine. After I complained loudly low and behold they had at least two weeks worth in stock. Nasty attitude rounds out your visit...go anyplace else.

Worst ever. People are rude and slow.

Don’t use this pharmacy even if you’re just coming out of surgery they will not give you priority whatsoever been told it is going to be 45 - 60 minuet wait . What a bunch of baloney. There should be some sense of urgency for customers who are in excruciating pain or sick as a dog.

Horrible customer service. Nobody in line or waiting for the last 20 minutes and here I am still waiting for my wife’s prescriptions. So far going on an hr and 20 minutes... FYI, there’s 7 employees behind the counter. Only one at a register.

Took 2 days for them to get my prescriptions, after spending 2 hours in there yesterday, had to go back today, get home and they put the wrong instructions on the wrong packages 😡 Thank God I was smarter than them, and paying attention!
