Went the the ER and waited 7 hours for blood work results. Security guard named William was walking around with his mask under his chin and talking to patients. He told the elderly couple on the other side of my curtain that he hasnt seen a doctor and he works there. 26+ patients and only one doctor. EMTs and nurses flirting with each other. One nurse was openly complaining about her job to an EMT. Security guards were transporting patients and some patients were being treated in the open because there were no rooms available. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!

Went to the ER to see my son and the officer that was there is very rude to visitors and patient. He gave attitude to my wife and son. My son is only 7 years old and he was very rude to. If he mad cut he has to do a lot well he should look for a different job.
