If you like to wait forever and dare question why its been so long only to be told you can reschedule or sit and wait this is the place for you. Youll get more compassion and better customer service at the DMV.

Every time I come here they are closed. They are only open until 2:30 yet they take an hour lunch from 12-1. And often that time changes. They have also gotten my blood work wrong several times. Don’t bother going here they totally suck!

They are understaffed and unorganized. Wait time is an hour with 4 people in the waiting room. Staff is charged with both checking in and drawing blood. Too many distractions other than the clients to ensure a speedy process.

Good people , but very understaffed . same person checking you in also draws your blood. be prepared to stay an hour plus . this location needs help.

Ill start off my saying that Im a nervous nelly when it comes to needles, bloodwork etc. I was really impressed with this facility. At the time I went, there was no wait. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Yolanda did my blood draw. She made the experience pleasant, was so friendly & got my blood on the first shot which is not usual for me. Overall a great experience.

Thank you, Wendy! Wendy was excellent. No pain and kept the conversation going during to distract me. I have a history of syncope but she helped me work through it this visit.

Great Staff! Very patient & thorough. Always handle me as gently as possible. They get you in and out, so you can go about your business.

I am an absolute horrible patient when it comes to having my blood taken BUT I must say that I had a pleasant experience at the Hauppauge Sunrise Medical Lab. I walked in and explained my situation and was very happy that I got to work with Vanessa. Vanessa was kind, funny, and listened to my needs. I was about to run out of the office (see, I told you I was bad at this) but Vanessa was calming and did a great job. I really did not even feel the needle...now, if I could only say the same about this damn tape. I highly recommend this location for all of your blood test needs.

We took our 1.5 year old here for at 9am for bloodwork and won’t be returning. I called prior to make a appointment and to confirm we didn’t need to not feed him before. They said he could do everything as normal prior to arriving. I had been nervous for months prior to bringing my little one for bloodwork. The first women was having trouble, so another women came in to try, He was crying and it was a very sad moment as expected. To make it WORSE the nurse taking the bloodwork was yelling at me telling me i needed to make sure he drank extra fluids before coming in (in the middle of trying to take his blood). He had a full bottle before coming and i wasn’t told that i needed to over hydrate him when i called. So aside from making me more upset she was scaring my son by yelling who is already scared!! If i was told i needed to over hydrate him when i called i would of made a later appointment. Horrible experience. I would not bring children to this location.

Sitting in my car with a sleeping toddler. Watched an employee Juno in her car that was illegally parked in a handicap spot. Really? Handicap people go to your facility!!!!! You should be ashamed!
