The receptionist is rude and condescending. She treats you as if you are beneath her if you are unfamiliar with the location of Oyster House. She seems very pleased with the fact that they are located across from this restaurant and is unable to give directions without using it as a reference. As for prepaying $100 just to make an appt I am very uncomfortable giving my cc information over the phone to someone who also have my DOB and other critical information. I recommend you adopt a policy and email an invoice that potential customers can pay safely online.

Felicia did a great job with my massage. I have had a lot of massages over the years and I can say hands down she is one of the top massage therapist I have had. She was very professional, friendly, and knowledge about her job. I will be definitely be going back to her. I also would recommend her if you want a great massage!!

I went in for a consultation this a week ago and I immediately felt so welcomed. My skin has not been ideal in a long time, and it was time to do something about it. After meeting with Taylor and discussing what I wanted out of a facial, she recommended the hydrafacial. I went back Tuesday for my hydrafacial, and my goodness there aren’t enough words! Taylor talked me through the process, and it was so relaxing. My face felt 100% better immediately, and it was practically glowing. I haven’t felt this good about my skin in a long time. This was my first facial, but it definitely won’t be my last!

I started at RR in Dec of 2015. I was ~190lbs (Im 56 with a stocky build) and in less than 6 months I was down to ~165lbs. The prescription simply curbed my appetite so that I was not overeating, and it does so without the jittery side effects of similar products. I feel much healthier now, I am more motivated, and happier now that I no longer have to struggle and fight with constant hunger. The staff at RR is amazing. Dr. O is the best and will keep you on track with accurate and very honest (she is not afraid to look you in the eye and tell you exactly what you need to hear, not what you want to hear) appraisals of you progress. 5 years later and I am still a patron. I do 100% recommend RR to anyone who is struggling to controll their eating habits, curb their appetite, and feel better about the body they are in.

I had the best experience at this spa. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and warm. I was spending a whole day at the spa receiving several services and everything was delightful and professional.... from my massage with Blue (the best!) to my facial, manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax, I was treated and made to feel like a queen. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the spa, as well as the all natural methods they use in their treatments. I would highly recommend to anyone who would listen. If there were ten stars, Id give ELEVEN!!! Ive had a handful of massages at other places (all chain businesses) and I NEVER actually got anything out of the sessions beyond a halfway decent borderline nap and a a lot of awkward silence. when I woke up yesterday morning, I had zero intention of ending up here. Ive always had issues with knots and tension, usually just lower back and shoulders, but for some reason a spot in my neck so I am really bothering me to the point I started... its almost like it was trying to seize up and just kept twitching but in a very painful way and when it was at its worst and almost felt like someone was pulling my neck with a rope and I had no control. Ive never searched Google for so many massage places so fast but nothing was even open yet, it would be at least 25 or 30 minutes before anyone oven. trying to save money, I was looking for any place that did just a quickie massage because I only one of the pain gone. When I saw that radiant reflections does a neck rub for an amazing price, I was prepared to call non stop until SOMEONE did something with my neck, I wouldve let the receptionist put her elbow in my neck at this point...Id waited as long as I could, but started calling at 8:43 just praying someone was there and telling myself just knowing I had an appt booked might make me feel a little better. Little did I know, the lady that answered the phone WOULD soon be the absolute miracle worker that saved my neck and my sanity!!! Blue said she could squeeze me in at 10, but if I wanted the full hour I would have to be there early to do paperwork and be ready to start at 10...I handed Blue the medical tablet with all my new patient info submitted at 9:57. This is already long enough so Ill get straight to the point. Blue is hands down THE most knowledgeable massage therapist I have ever come in contact with. I always thought I knew what my issues were, what caused them, and it was just a couple of knots that flared up when I wasnt taking care of myself. Just a few minutes with Blue and I realized I knew absolutely nothing and that I was about to do everything in my power to be Blues newest most frequent patient. I absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her ability. I was comfortable, her playlist was out of this world, and I walked out of that room feeling like a completely different person and headed down a path of healing that I didnt even know existed. Call me crazy, dramatic, whatever you want to, I dont care, but when youve been in pain for so long that you forgot what its like NOT to hurt and then you suddenly realize you might not have to be like that forever is definitely a life-changing experience and I cant thank her enough for that!!!

The process of cool sculpting was simple and as described, but it literally created the bottom of my stomach to burge out and it gave me stretch marks. I was told it shouldnt have and the person who I brought this too also acknowledged that they werent there before I did the process but are there now and still did nothing. They mentioned to me a massage they do that could possibly help, but instead of offering it to me for messing up my stomach worse I wouldve had to pay for that too. I was told she would look into the pictures taken of me further and havent heard from her since that day. About 2 weeks ago.
