Dr. McFarland was wonderful! I was referred here by the VA program for an eye exam. Very good experience. Clean office and friendly staff. Id highly recommend for any eye care needs.

I just got the most fantastic pair of prescription sunglasses from Heritage Vision Center. They are perfect for driving and for reading by the pool. This place has a great selection of frames and Kevin makes sure you walk out the door happy. The attention to detail and friendly service goes above and beyond any place else. This is 10/10 the best place to get your glasses in Hattiesburg! This was my first time ever needing glasses and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Mr. Kevin went above and beyond to get me the cutest pair of clear frames and even lenses with a coating to help with computer use because of online school! I would recommend this business to anyone!

Wow...everything they said on their commercials were so true!! Great service, super staff & they have a great selection of frames. Went in today for a second opinion and saw Dr. McFarland. She spends time with her clients and is very informative. I was frustrated upon arrival because of an issue I had with my prescription from another optometrist. I left with a peace of mind and an accurate prescription. Thanks, Heritage! This place is awesome. The clerk, the lab. Everyone. My mom is in the hospital 82 yrs young, broke her glasses and these great people went out of their way to put her lens in a new frame. Had to grind the lens to make them fit but was done in no time.thanks guys for bending over backwards to help my dear mom out. I wont forget what you did for us.

I have dealt first hand with just about every optical shop in Hattiesburg. This is by far the best. The level of professionalism is by far the best I’ve experienced . The optician that helped me was very knowledgeable and saved me lots of time. The selection of frames is great and the lens technology they sell is the best. I only bought contacts this time because I could only use my insurance materials benefit on glasses or contacts. I elected contacts. They arrived the next day. Super easy process. Highly recommended. I will go there for all of my optical needs for now on.

Absolutely wonderful service!! I was weary when I came to Heritage vision center to have my prescription filled since I previously had a very bad experience at Eye Mart. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Kerri sat down with me and explained every type of lense thoroughly to help me pick which lenses best suited my needs. She answered all of my questions and explained the prices of every piece. She was wonderful, and this was the best service for getting glasses I have ever received. I will definitely be back!

Worst in Hattiesburg had bought a pack of contacts only to have a problem 1 week later with them. Went back the first DR was not there so I seen the 2nd he disagreed and gave me another prescription and wants to charge me over $600 for the first DRs mistake.

Stopped in for an eyeglass repair. Kevin Harrison went above and beyond to take care of it. Great customer service is hard to come by these days but I promise you will not be disappointed by the service you receive with the staff at Heritage Vision Center. The owner and staff are very friendly And they really care about your needs. When helping you find glasses they take everything into consideration , ex. Your face shape, your lifestyle, your likes and dislikes . You the customer are most important to them. Friendly staff greets you as you walk in and makes you feel right at home. The nose piece on my glasses was missing, and they went over and above the call of duty to replace them. I highly reccomend them, their customer service is second to none.

Great service !!! I had military orders to fort benning and was told two days before I shipped that I couldnt wear contact lenses. My issued eyeglasses were broken ... Wal mart couldnt fix them but heritage fixed them in 5 minutes.
