I am a Registered nurse and have been working for 33 years until I was injured while trying to calm an agitated patient. A lot have changed in my life because of the injury I sustained. Things that I have taken for granted like being able to do all the activities of daily living without pain.From the moment I stepped into Kessler of Hasbrouck Heights, I have felt a different vibe among the staff. They listen well to all the complaints of their patients, treat you with kindness and respect and encourage you to try and do your best to restore what was lost or find an acceptable “ new normal” while ensuring my safety during this pandemic. In the short time that I have been with them I don’t feel like I am inside a cold facility, I feel like I am with family. I don’t know if I will be able to achieve my goal of maybe totally alleviating the pain but I am sure Jessica, Lindsay, Paul, Ben, Ray and Kim will make sure I am on my way to do so. The staff at this location is very professional, caring, and attentive. The ladies are all friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and organized. Thank you Lindsay, Jess, and Kim for making my therapy experience a pleasant one!

I found the staff friendly and helpful during my rehabilitation. Always trying to get me to the next level and supportive, not pushy. Hope I never see them again, but was very happy to meet them

The two therapist that I deal with Renee & Gay are very Knowledgeable in there field they will work you very hard and the reward at the end of the session is great they listen to your concern and work on the situation there professionalism is outstanding

I did rehab for my knee last year and all went well at the hasbrook heights office . unfortunately this year I had back surgery . but I feel confident that this office will again come through and have me back to work by the deadline I imposed

My experience with Kessler Hasbrouck Heights was horrible! I made an appointment for what I thought was Wednesday November 13. When my son arrived for his appointment we were told rather rudely by the woman at the front desk that his appointment was for Friday November 15. I know I did not write down the wrong day when making the appointment, regardless of this ,mistakes happen and I would have been more than willing to come in on November 15. What I was very unhappy with was the attitude of the woman at the desk. She was extremely rude and did not apologize at all, which in my opinion would have put this matter to rest.. Nope she didnt and I wound up going elsewhere..

Excellent therapist
