When I made the appointment all of the office procedures were fully explained and I also received a follow up which made me feel very comfortable going to the office. Dr. Perillo and his wonderful staff are kind, professional, and are outstanding with patient care. Very accommodating when any repair is needed on any type of orthodontic issue. Office is very clean and pristine. The office procedures were on point with COVID. They took every precaution even disposing of pencils upon usage. Dr. Perillo and his staff are outstanding in normal times. In Covid times, they’re off the charts. They have kept communication open throughout these trying times. When opening, they made everyone aware of they’re newer policies and procedures going forward to accommodate new regulations. They email, text and call. When they call, they ask health questions. You call from your car when you arrive for your appointment , they immediately take temps when walking in, and have plexiglass around the front desk along with wearing the appropriate PPE. We have recommended Dr. Perillo to many people and will continue to do so. He gets to know his patients on a personal level and you can tell right away, he isn’t just about the money.

The staff is terrible! I had an appointment for March 5th and when we got there the receptionist said it was for 19th and said it was a misunderstood! How can I get confused from 5th to 19th?? This is terrible, I was so disappointed, and she didn’t even apologize. The worst staff ever!
