I thought I had a good experience but today I went to a new salon and they seemed to have more knowledge on hair. I noticed the last two times my results would never truly end up like my inspiration pictures however I would ultimately somewhat like the end result. If you are going for a specific look, know what they’re going to say isn’t going to be truly accurate. Also at the salon today I had multiple people look at my hair and tell me my hair was so dangerously over processed and what they did to my hair would take a lot of time/work to heal. Please be careful when coming here.

I will begin saying I really wanted to love their service.I researched a lot around my area for the best hair and nails salon. And found this. And had high hopes but was disappointed.I got gel manicure, which was well done.Then I wanted hair coloring and hair cut.I had asked the hair stylist to go with my natural hair color for coloring. Which is dark brown. And she went jet black. It looked so artificial to my natural color. First disappointment.Secondly, I asked if we could avoid heat. since we all know how heat can damage our skin and scalp. Whether its blow drying or coloring. But She literally refused to agree the hair will ever get damaged. (would have preferred no heat but just leaving me with the color for 40mins instead of 25 mins. )Thirdly, after I came home. So much of the product was deposited on my scalp and looked ugly black. After all the hair cut and styling for an hour. I had to wash my hair again at home the same day. Big bummer. .Lastly, I have a pretty long hair and asked the hair stylist her to do 3 inches down. She conveniently blunt cut 3 inches and went for hair coloring. Which I have no problem. But when it came to cutting my hair and styling she again went 3 inches down. Which is a big disappointment. It takes very long to grow hair that length. And going 6 inches down. You know how it feels.Im not someone who goes to parlor and salons very often. Its been 2 years since I ever got anything done. And when we finally decide to go I wanted the best service. But its very unfortunate that it was not up to the reviews and ratings I expected.Please listen to your customers.

Carina is the eyebrow queen. She is the first technician to actually give me hope about regrowing a beautiful, symmetrical brow. In the past, technicians have just worked with my brows as is. So happy and motivated. Gonna be back so soon!

The shampoo treatment is amazing at Elite. Its separated from the bright salon, in a nice, dimly lit room. The staff is clearly well educated on this treatment because its so much more than a shampoo. The head massage is out of this world, and Im left feeling relaxed and peaceful...just in time for my fresh new do!

Usually my reviews are short and straight to the point but I must tell my experience. My hair was a mess because of a man who believed he was a stylist, and he destroyed a perfect canvas since my hair was totally free of any color that was not natural. I looked for a solution with my trusted stylist who could not assist me and he told me what I had to do to fix this damage. I started my search on the internet and I got the elite salon almost 5 min from my house, I went to the place, I made an appointment and from the moment that you enter in to the place you can see that the priority is the health of its staff and customers, its health guidelines were the most successful! the day of my appointment it was the same procedure to be attended, temperature taking and hand washing I proceed to meet my new stylist the miracle girl iryna! She is fabulous very sweet and most importantly PROFESSIONAL knows what she does, the girl who washed my hair and did the nuance work, used professional products with a sublime smell and texture, always looking for my comfort in the temperature of the water, she made me a massage on my scalp and neck that almost fell asleep and when I went to the magic place where your hair is dried to shape it, almost my tears came out when I saw the beauty of these girls work! It may seem ridiculous or silly but hair and eyebrows are very important in a woman! its price seemed super suitable for the quality of the staff en work done on my hair! Don’t waste your money or time going to anywhere else the place that you have to go is elite salon and spa! Thank you girls!

First of all, she is one of the sweetest, kindest people that you can ever come across - talking to her was a great pleasure. She listened carefully to what I want and did exactly as I wanted which is a huge plus. Paid attention to even the tiniest detail. I am so glad that I’ve met her - definitely coming back to Natalia for my next visit.

Love the look and feel of this salon. Very professional and clean. My mom owned 3 salons for almost 50 years and had to retire due to medical conditions. This was my 1st time at any other salon. I had a pleasant experience and have already scheduled appointments for my husband and I to return. Dora was awesome! I have very curly hair which Dora blow dried. She asked if I wanted it flat ironed which I chose not to but should have because it frizzed right away. Next time I will take her advice!Merry Christmas!

Everyones always very careful, which is so reassuring during the pandemic, and even moreso as were (hopefully) nearing the end and some places are taking shortcuts.. but not Elite! Syliva is always just amazing and friendly. And the staff at the front counter is so helpful, especially when scheduling multiple procedures, like pedicures, facials and hair cuts together, so make sure its as efficient as possible for the customer.

I called same day to make a future appt. And was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fit me in same day . Mind you my color, cut and style was over a 3 hr process. During the pandemic my hair was neglected and had to resort to box color. So I was beyond happy for Agnes ( master stylist color specialist) to do her magic.
