They are fine in person but rude by phone. Trying to get a simple question answered on the status of a form as they are my primary care. I have been put on hold 3 times in a row while in the middle of asking a question, hung up on and then the 3rd call again put on hold while asking a question. Ridiculous customer service.

My primary Doctor has office here. I will Recomend all in need of a great Physician in the Harvey are get Ur insurance 2 gether , Im glad i did .And Im truly a Satisfied Customer.

The office has a friendly feeling to it. The nurses and doctors are really nice.

I have been with family doctors for 20 plus yrs but recently chose to become a patient at the Manhattan location. I called on a Monday granted it was late afternoon and was told that my physician was gone for the day . No problem have her call me tomorrow. I called the following evening to be told she was gone for the day. I was told she has 72 hours to call patients back. Well, a week later still didnt hear from her so I called. I was told she called. I had no missed calls on my cell or work numbers. I was told make an appt ,she would not refill my meds for my chest muscle pain. Just sad.. I work for a physician and understand they have busy clinics but geesh what about patient care.

Had an appointment for a Wellness check up. When I arrived the desk clerk took my name and I was told I would be called. Waited 50 mins. When I approached the front desk the same desk clerk responded “I don’t work here.” Another clerk in the background responded by saying “... I just pulled your file.” By this time I was fed up and left. Very poor service.
