Everyone is so nice and professional. Doctor Trieu speaks plain about your skin. Easy to get doctors who use medical terms and can be confusing. Trieu and her team makes sure you understand. Helps you have a better grasp on what your skin and body needs to heal.

Dr. Trieu was patient, informative, and sweet. Her staff however wasn’t as friendly as i would have liked. I didn’t feel welcomed by her staff. I also had a billing issue with them and it wasn’t resolved until 2 years later.

UPDATE: Dr. Trieu personally reached out to me after this to clear the air and explain why some things were done the way they were. She was very apologetic and if I were still in the area I would be open to seeing her again for future apts.I meant to write this review forever but it kept slipping my mind, however it was so awful I feel the need to warn my other TriCare users who have limited doctors available to them. I went to Dr. Trieu for a rash that kept appearing on my back every time I showered. That was the only reason for my apt. Somehow in the span of maybe 6 minutes (how long she spent with me) I got a full body check for moles that took about 45 seconds as I was still completely clothed, a whole new face care routine, and maybe 6 different medications for acne (I don’t have bad acne, just a couple breakouts every now and then). I was so confused about what was happening because I could not get a word in. She escorted me to the front to check out as I was still asking her questions about the medication while standing at the front desk. Honestly one of the worst experiences from a doctor I’ve ever had. In my opinion as someone who works in the medical field, the more things you do to a patient, the more you can bill to insurance. Please also keep in mind I am a 25 year old millennial, not a 50 year old Karen who complains about everything. I have never written a review like this, but please do yourself a favor and find yourself a different doctor.

The staff members are very welcoming . Doc is beyond the best . She listens , she helps and she doesnt leave you wondering. She has been treating me for 6 months and I am almost back to being a normal person . Lots of meds but all of them the correct meds . She never guessed when it came to my health. Im forever thankful

Went there yesterday to get a bump on my face removed. Couldnt be more happy. In and out in no time. Very knowledgeable!
