Review №1

The one other review (as of today’s date of 08/20/18) is absolutely ridiculous. If everyone could hear this alleged abuse taking place, don’t you think someone, including the security guard, would have said something or followed up? It’s really easy to call the local authorities to intervene in such allegations. I have been a patient of the clinic for nearly five years. The staff, although I think the front desk could be a bit warmer and friendlier, I have never seen them as abusive. Nor have I seen this exist at any level in the pain clinic. The staff is, for the most part friendly, but most importantly, behaves beyond professional. Dr. Nemo’s head nurse, Deb, goes above and beyond at all levels of service right down to calling, your home phone, cell phone and your work phone to convey information. Most places call one number, leave a message, and that’s it. I find the pain clinic to be superior to any similar place I’ve been to for treatment. I give them a five star rating, hands down!

Review №2

I have had back problems for years, degenerative disk disease, herniated disks, pinched nerves, I had back surgery in 2009, I also have nerve damage. I was there for a epidural injection in my neck. I was Abused the moment I walked in the door. The nurses and a guy named Rudy poked me 6 times before they got an IV in, they blew out 3 veins in my hand. and instead of pushing it in strait they all pointed it down into my flesh. I new something was up after the third one.. Rudy turned my arm over and shoved one in there and pulled it out then pushed it in 4 times. Hurt like hell! my blood sugar was high and the pain Dr. Nemerovski came in screaming at me. He was inches in my face yelling and spitting, everyone could hear him. he called me stupid, he said Duh to me. screamed at me for 15 minutes and nobody did a thing. They were all in on it. I hope they all slept good. Ill never go back for a procedure there. How can a Dr treat people like that? If you cant do your job without abusing people maybe you should retire! I actually went through with the epidural and it helped for about 3 days. Who knows what he injected me with. they probably abused me after they sedated me. nobody checked my blood sugar or pressure after the procedure, I just got dressed and they wheeled me out the front door. no compassion or care. So if you want to be abused go to Harvard Illinois Mercy hospital... And See Dr. Evil Nemerovski and his group of abusive nurses...
