Love everything about them. When I bring in a photo of how I would like my nails. They always have no issue doing it. Okay have been going here for 9 years and love how they run there business

Unfortunately my nails did not come out the way I asked. I dont even know how to describe the shape I got, but I asked him to use a photo as a reference . I wanted that exact shape , and my nails look like little beans or something. Theyre so ugly and thick looking. I dont live in town and its too far from me to get the fixed so now I need to wait and get the fixed somewhere else. I paid 50 freaking dollars too which the sign says (gel polish 35$) I chose 2 plain polishes with no design. How does that equal out to 50? And I also got a fricked up shape never coming back.And also the owner or whoever spent most of the time on his phone.Heres the reference photo and my nails after.Sorry to write this but Im upset I wasted money.

First place Ive been to in years that does a manicure the right way. They soaked off my dip properly and scraped it off. They did not just use a dremel to shave it all off. They did not dremel my cuticles either. They soaked my hands in warm water and hand treated my cuticles. I left with no pain and no damage to my nail beds, AND a beautiful manicure. When I move I will still drive 45 minutes to come here. They are amazing!

The guy answering the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. I just went there with a family member and he attended her and was so rude threw her debit card at her and snatch the pen out of her hand. When doing her nails we asked him about a certain design and he was upset and once he started painting her nails we asked for we ask him to correct something and he got mad and started rushing her nails. Her nails came out Crooked and uneven painting.

The owner or guy that works there was very rude snactched the pen away from me and also gave me bad customer service mad because I decided to change my color before he even started painting my nails and started talking about us in there language very poor customer service and even worse he left my nails cricket and un even .

The technician that did my pedicure was thorough. I have problems with ingrown nails. She took care of one without me even asking or pointing it out to her. My feet feel good and I am happy.😊

We have come twice now, just to see if the first bad experience was a fluke. If you’re too busy to do a good job then maybe you should back off on clients. I said that I wasn’t happy and still nothing was done to fix how horrible mine and my daughters nails look. The sides aren’t covered nor are the tips of my nails. Both my daughter and I got burned with the little filing tool. Then to tell me you used $10 nail polish without even asking if that’s what I would like. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning.

Ive gone their 3 times. The first time my regular nail placed closed looking for a new nail place i got both manicure and pedicure. For the feet parti felt so relax and message was nice. Nail color was perfect loved it.... For the manicure well....... I asked for arclic on top of mine Since my nails were long naturally and didnt want fake nails also asked for a temperature color changing. The arclic portion was to much i felt like my nails were burning the color i did not like im a verry nice person decided to pay for their service and left two day after went somewere else to fix the manicure . i said to my self ok i will only go their for pedicures . i went second time loved it love the massage color Everything was ok.Now for the third time 😶 i can say they lost me i got their on a saturday website states closing time is at 6 i called at 430ish to ask if they werent busy They said no you can come now no one is here AWSOME SALON TO MY SELF i guess they were planing to leave early i get it maybe business was slow but why take me only to rush with me ......the reason why i continue to go becouse i liked how they took their time in the message part. Ok so they rushed and on the time of cutting my nail i fel a harsh cut on my pinky (remember this) i usually dont get gel but i felt like this time i was pushed to getting gel. She kept saying is this gel i said no she did gel anyways (extra 15$) ok she continued. Finished some nails werent fully covered with the nail polished i dndt noticed thill i got home and i felt sooooo rushed. Why take someone in if you are in a hurry i could have gone the next day or made an appointment no big deal (soooooooo i dnt know if it was becouse she was rushing) she cut my pinky finger nail but left a piece of my nail and it was poking my finger at nigth time it was bleeding and swollen $50. For my pedicure and a painfull pinky and some nails werent fully painted sorry not coming back

Tim has been wonderful! Always very sweet and makes you feel comfortable like you are family. He does an amazing job always never had a bad experience.

I just dont appreciate Tim making personal calls while doing my nails. Make sure to make an appointment. They rush you and dont give the best service if you are a walk-in.

I love this new nail and spa salon in Harvard!!! The people here are so friendly and funny..They make you feel at home.. They always have time for you and never rush..they take theyre time with you. And the work shows.. They also welcome your ideas for designs. I will always be a loyal customer there. This is what Harvard needed... My Coworker and I had a very bad experience in this place.First the guy dong my nail was very rude.Second he was making my nails look too fat when I asked him to make file my nails because the shape was uneven he said he was gonna charge me $5 more, So i disagreed on that i told him I was just asking him to fix his mistake. I believe he wasnt understanding what I was saying, so I had to tell another worker the problem so he could fix my nail.Then he grabbed my had very rudely which he actually hurt me and started fixing my nail very harshly, I stopped him and asked to do it gentle.I had a very bad experience, with this store, and I just wanted to let everyone know how rude this people are.

Worst experience I have ever had. My nails hurt for days. When she used the electric file on my nails that wasnt necessary and took her razor sharp nails to push into my skin to force the glue to remove from my skin. I was sore for almost a week later. I didnt know getting nails would be so painful.The young woman had a scar on her right hand. Was so unfriendly. I tried making conversation with her and she was so rude gave me one word answers.So painful with horrible service. Go somewhere that doesnt put you in pain over nails.....

This place is terrible! My no chip lasted 5 days and I went in before the 2 weeks was up so he could fix it and he said it was older than 2 weeks and was lecturing me on how I need to go in as soon as it starts chipping. I dont have time to go in and get them fixed every time one starts chipping. I will never go there again!
