To begin with, Dr. Chiles has impeccable manners. I respect the fact that he chose not to automatically elect surgery, but suggested an optional plan consisting of weight loss and physical therapy. The plan worked like a charm. I would highly recommend anyone to Dr Chiles that is need of any neurological assistance. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Chiles performed an extensive lower lumbar surgery for me in August. It was not something I wanted to do, but he made me feel comfortable from the moment that I met him and his staff, Sara and Jessica. He explained everything thoroughly and was there every step of the way. His staff made dealing with scheduling and insurance as simple as possible for me. Dr. Chiles was always available by phone with any questions that I had (pre and post-operative). Most importantly, after over 5 years of back pain, I knew within a week or two of surgery that all of that pain was gone. He and his staff are extremely professional and diligent and I would highly recommend Dr. Chiles to anyone!
