I’m very skeptical about Consiling, I have tried multiple different techniques. This technique just seems to work with me. This place is very patient and easy to work with.I already am starting to see the benefits in doing this. I highly recommend anyone with past trauma or issues they seem not get past to try this out.Big fan!

I recently attended a Mindfulness and Brainspotting presentation given by Patrice and Dereck at Ottawa University. Their approach was informative and engaging and it was amazing to find out in that short time why I may have certain behaviors. I would highly recommend their service to any organization, community or family to help bring awareness regarding mental health impact and trauma adverse experiences.
