You can tell they are trying really hard. They are really busy. I had to wait for my script so I asked what was going on. They have tests in drive thru plus covid and flu shots. With every thing going on i had not even realized that flu season had started. You could see everyone working really hard. I did not mind waiting. It is very easy to understand why things are taking longer especially after the tech explained to me all the additional things they offer now. I have patience which less and less people seem to have.

Walgreens pharmacy is the worst right now the one lady is rude with a bad attitude. The window lines are so long . I don’t know there so bad now . The one lady needs a new job if she don’t like what she is doing . They don’t get my wife’s medicine filled quick enough when she needs it . When the doctor clearly gets sent in . Got a text saying her medicine was filled and it wasn’t. They didn’t use to this bad when we first started using them . They need to do something

I really appreciate how everyone goes above and beyond at this Walgreens. Especially with how busy they. I have patience because i know that they are trying their best. Still has the best hours, location, and employees in town

Pretty incredible how this location is such a giant pile of steaming hot garbage, time and time again. Somehow there’s always a huge line and they constantly make billing mistakes. Staff isn’t very friendly. It’s just astonishing how disappointing this location is.

I love this location.Their hours rock. Every other place in town closes earlier due to covid - example Wal-Mart closes at7:00 pmI take responsibility for my own stuff tracking it on website making sure everything is done so I dont waste my time and employees time making multiple trips especially since I live 45 minutes away.I wish though that people would use drive thru properly. I drop my scripts off and pick them up. Any issues I call or go into store to deal with. I like dealing with issues face to face. Which I rarely have any issues at this location. If my stuff is not ready I come back I dont insist on staying in drive thru refusing to leave like the gray car in front of me today. People need to use the drive thru for what it is intended. Not waste everyone time while acting like a little baby.

Easily the worst Walgreens I have ever visited for medications. There is always a line of cars in the drive-thru and it often takes 20mins to make it through. They forget to fill things, lose paperwork. It’s nutz

I love this Walgreens. With Covid they handling things efficiently and fast. I can understand waiting on drive thru because everyone is going thru drive thru due to Covid. But he technicians are so nice. I call ahead a have some over the counter things pulled for me it saves a trip going inside. This is something they are offering during Covid, I have even asked for those item while at the drive thru window and the technician do not hesitate to grab those items for me. They always great me very well. I am a loyal customer for life!!!!

I don’t understand what’s going on with my medications that I’ve been getting at Walgreens for the past few years now! I’m disabled and can’t stand or let alone walk with out epidural and my medication. I got a call from Walgreens pharmacy yesterday two days before my prescriptions are due to be filled, all they told me is they won’t fill my prescriptions anymore because they’re too dangerous?! My Dr has been weaning me off of one of my medications slowly! I don’t understand what’s going on but I guess my family will be going else where and I don’t really want to do that because I’ve been with Walgreens for years now! I also never write bad reviews but my Doctors know what they’re doing with me, I would hope!

Waited 25 minutes in line just to drop off. Than came back where the male pharmacist and another guy were more interested in flirting with each other than helping. Than told me my doctor wasnt approved through Medicaid( even though I had just been there the week before and filled meds from same doctor without a problem) Than when I told him this, he raised his voice and stormed off. So it was another 20 minutes while they talked and joked. I had a broken foot, and was just needing to get home. You guys only get away with this because its a small town. Its really sad actually that you choose to treat customers this way. I will go back to Walmart.

Harrisonville Walgreens lost my business last night. I was discharged from the emergency room and rushed to Walgreens arriving 15mins before the pharmacys posted closing time. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescriptions and told me to go some where else; she said I am done taking prescriptions for the day - youll have to try another location. I know no one wants to do more work when they think their day is over, but when youre the only Walgreens within 30-40 minutes and refuse a customer - thats it for me. Walmart was very accommodating and according to the hospital cheaper anyways.

I came here with my mother after she was released late from the hospital. It was about 20 minutes til closing time.. My mothers social worker from the hospital had called them in front of us to make sure that they had her medicines in stock and we would be able to get them...When we arrived they lied to us and told us no one there had spoken to anyone. Yeah, okay. Will never frequent this location again. It was life or death and they refused to help us. Ill go to Walmart who helped us even though they WERE closed when I arrived. If you or any loved one has cancer DONT GO HERE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL.
