It has been awhile since i had been there. There tanning beds are awesome. I love this place. It takes the stress out of my life. Very clean and with an awesome group of employees. I truly recommend this tanning salon. They make my life less stress free and relaxing.

Very homey gym. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Dionne is very rude unprofessional and arrogant. Customer service is expected when I pay a fee every month and for him to be the assistant manager he isnt to personable, respectful, or professional could use an attitude adjustment or new career choice.

I have been a paying member of this gym for approximatly 4 months....i also PERSONALLY pay for around 6-8 other members ...ive also PERSONALLY brought in another 3-4 membersNow...you would THINK a gym would highly appreciate me for bringing them over 10 more members besides myselfNopeInstead EVERY SINGLE WEEK we are nitpicked for everything...thhey have accused us of not putting equipment back wich was FALSE because we did...then the manager complains because we were bringing in guests on their free guests deal because they had to come upsatirs and tell me when my guests arrived (again....a member is single handedly paying his membership as well as 6-8 others, id think coming downstairs a couple times for his guests would be a VERY minor inconvenice, yet they acted like it was the worst thing on earthNow they basically told me that they would need to come in each time before we leave and inspect our workout area to make sure its clean...wich again is OUTRAGEOUS and insultingWhen i called in to discuss this the manager didnt apologize, didnt say sorry you feel youre not being treated fairly, we appreciate you as a customer none of that..We all feel uncomfortable going there nowIf this situation is remedied and addressed ill gladly come back and update this review, but until then i WOULD NOT reccomend this gym

Great gym! Been coming here for years. Only downside is the staff doesnt enforce gym etiquette so theres quite a few inconsiderate people who take up multiple machines or stand in front of the weight rack to do their sets.

Miss Melissa is great with my 3 year old and I love the cardio cinema and functional training area upstairs.

This gym is amazing! It is super inclusive of all skill and ability levels. The coaches add options for members to reach individual goals they set. Everyone, members included, are encouraging and motivating! The staff are all invested in everyone and it’s just a great place to be! No shame, no intimidation, just one tribe getting stronger every day!

The name of this gym should be Harrisonburg 24/7 Adult Fitness. The tanning rooms feature provocative images that you would find in a Playboy magazine. I had asked for these posters to be moved to a position that would only be visible when inside the tanning room (a different wall, behind the door, there are lots of options to choose from). The GM, Brandon, unfortunately didnt care and the images seem to be important to the facility where they need to be seen by everyone. Very disturbing to find those vulgar photos in a fitness center who claim to be family fitness. Even more so, when the concern is brought up and is seen as a non-issue. Easy decision to cancel!

Friendly staff and a laid back atmosphere. I havent taken part in the classes, tanning or child care but I notice plenty of regulars who seem content with these services. Gym has plenty of equipment, some old but still functional, with new additions replacing them if they become too broken. My only gripe would be some patrons not using proper etiquette or replacing weights/equipment, which is by no means a fault of the facility or staff.

I was a contracted member of this gym from 2015 to early 2017 and I wish I had never joined.First of all, Im a mother of a young daughter. When I joined this gym, my daughter was only a few months old. I attempted to bring her to the childcare several times with Melissa. Every time I came back from my workout, my child was red faced with swollen eyes and had been crying the entire time! I was a staff member at another local gyms daycare for the last year and we had a 15 minute rule for crying children before we went and got their parents. No one ever came and got me here.At this point, I was sick of seeing my baby miserable and I called the manager to see what I could do about my contract. Clearly I would not be able to come to the gym if I was unable to feel like my child was well taken care of in the daycare. Brandon asked me if I had any family nearby who would watch her, which I didnt. My husband is active duty in the military and we are 600 miles from our closest family member. I told Brandon that my daughter was breastfeeding and wasnt able to go very long without wanting to nurse and he suggested that I try to wean her a little bit to come to the gym! Yes, suggested that I wean my child who was only a few months old.So apparently there was no fee or charge that I could take on to get myself out of this $30/month membership that I knew Id never be able to use. I finished out my unused contract in March and wasted more than $500 at a gym I was unable to use.I also came to get my haircut once at the salon attached to the gym, leaving my baby in the childcare again. As soon as I sat down in the chair, the stylist told me she didnt know how to do the highlights I asked for and asked me to reschedule with someone else. I went to go get my daughter from the daycare after FIVE MINUTES and a failed attempt to get my hair colored and they charged me for the literally 5 minutes I sat down and was told that I wouldnt be able to get my hair done today.Everything about this gym is unprofessional. Go to Valley Fitness.

I have never enjoyed going to the gym before finding Harrisonburg 24/7 Fitness but I have truly come to look forward to my workouts! There is a huge variety in equipment and classes and I usually see an employee walking around cleaning something every time I’m there. The coaches are so awesome and knowledgeable, and I have felt at home since day one! We love Ms. Melissa and the other amazing childcare providers... my shy daughter actually gets excited to go to the gym! Wholeheartedly recommend this place, and specifically the Fitzone classes!

Love this place! Staff’s attention and interaction with gym members is beyond that of an average gym, makes you feel like family. Always expanding and making improvements to growing clientele and evolving in the best of ways. Been coming for over a year and one of the best choices that I’ve made!

This is a great gym it has something for everyone, the coaches become people you can talk to on a daily basis. They work hard keeping you motivated and on track with your goals. This staff is so nice and very helpful. If you are looking for a place to get fit/healthy this is where you need to be.

24/7 access with an atmosphere built towards serious fitness (as opposed to a purple and yellow brand I wont mention). Friendly staff. Hot tub and sauna! The indoor track is nice, too.

Harrisonburg 24/7 Family Fitness is exactly that, a place where I work on my fitness with my family. Its a community that encourages each other, pushes each other, and gets fit with each other. Whether its in a Group X class, a personal 1-on-1 coaching session, getting your sweat on in a heart-rate based FitZone Class, or hitting the free weights on the floor, there are is a workout available for everyone.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and wants to see you exceed your fitness goals.They also have a great daycare available for those that have little ones who sometimes make it a challenge to get a workout in at home.

The staff and coaches are awesome and so encouraging. Ive started and stopped my fitness journey so many times because Ive tried to do it by myself. Now with the help of the coaches, classes and friends its been so much fun and so rewarding. Its a new habit I plan to continue for life. If you need any help with your fitness journey, I would try out this gym.

This gym has it all. No matter your fitness level or athletic interest there is space and equipment to meet your needs. A Variety of classes, coaches and training options keep things fresh. Ive been a member for one year now and honestly have only great things to say. Fantastic staff, great facility, and a wide variety of classes and activities! FitZone has been an important part of my day since the beginning and I look forward to a great workout every time I go.

The staff are all great and so friendly BUT, for a gym the equipment sucks. It’s all old and most of the machines need upgrading. It seems they haven’t upgraded them since the 1900s which makes them come off as cheap. Their treadmills squeak and are very annoying (not all of them do though. You have to find the right one). Also their WiFi isn’t that great which makes watching shows on your phone difficult while working out.

Best Gym in the entire area , I have been to couple others including Golds and non of the gyms in the area are even close to the size, machines, etc.Gym is very clean thanks to the professional hardworking staff. the 24 hour area is good enough to still get a workout when its a holiday or any other occasion when all other gyms are closed.Love it..Thank you!

Nice family friendly gym. Locker room for the women is rather small but nicely done and gets the job done. Three equipment is also on the older side but functional. They also have child watch while you workout. Parents get a pager and are notified when they are needed or the two hr time window is up.

I have been working out at this gym for 7 Year’s now and I can say it’s one of the best gyms I have ever been apart of. This gym has went thru so many changes and upgrades that it willnot disappoint you. Plus the staff is friendly and super helpful. So check it out!

A great experience.

I have been attending this gym for the past year now.Their gym is always clean and well maintained. They have basically everything you need to have a solid workout. Their trainers and staff are great.They only have three squat racks and one dead lift area, so when the gym is packed, good luck trying to use them.Their 24/7 room is full of dumbbells, smith machines, a few other machines, and cardio equipment, so if youre trying to squat, bench press, or dead lift, you wont be able to do it.The price is okay. Personally, I think its a little high since most of their equipment is outdated and the gym isnt open on Sundays, which you would think they would be open since its called 24/7.Overall, its an average gym to go to. Just make sure you go during their nonpeak hours.

The best gym around. Their FitZone class is amazing - fantastic coaches, so inspiring and they motivate you to be the best you can be. The people I have met there are friendly and welcoming to everyone Definitely one of the better decisions I have made in my life.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here at the gym! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I take my two young children to childcare and they love going, which is actually rare for my daughter! They offer a lot of different Group X classes and other classes such as FitZone and EliteFit. As a stay at home mom, I enjoy getting in a great workout and socializing with many friends I have made at the gym! I highly recommend them!

I went here during Christmas time and was one of the better gyms I have ever been to. They have everything and a super friendly staff. I will be back.

Although nice, the 24/7 area was limited and the cardio machines never worked correctly for me. Also, I was under contract and went a handful of times through the year, later found out none of the months I didnt go wasnt put on hold.Pretty steep prices considering that another place has a pool, sauna, tons of free weights, many cardio machines that work, and larger facilities to accommodate their clients.

This gym is the absolute best! For those who work in healthcare the 24/7 hours are great. The two locations make it easy to fit it in a workout. Group classes are suited to fit everyone!

We love this gym. It really has something for everyone. Ladies only room, cinema cardio room, tanning, hot tub and sauna in locker rooms. Smoothie bar and child care and tons of classes. Customer service is always great!!

Staff seems to always be rude as hell. The prices also seem to be a bit odd. Access to gym and classes for 39.99 and it jumps to 49.99 with access to many different things that includes tanning. Also, the owner seems to place the blame on the individual whos had bad experiences instead taking the blame and/or offering some sort of help afterward. What kind of lunatic is that?

Im a fairly new member (September 2018) and Im not someone that would be considered a gym rat. A gym was very intimidating, but Ive found my place! The staff & coaches are amazing it made such a difference that my husband decided to join!I started with a 6-week Fitzone challenge & added a BodyPump GroupX class not only am I getting healthier physically, but the regular exercise has done AMAZING things for me mentally! Highly Recommend!

This gym is ok I guess but the equipment is old and there isn’t enough of it...the place usually feels pretty packed and you have to wait to use things a lot of the time. Also the contracts are ridiculous. I moved so I had to cancel my membership for which I was charged over $100. I can only blame myself for signing it, but I wouldn’t do it again. Overall not the worst, but there is much better for the same price.

Good gym, just need to invest in having all the free weights and plates the same brand. Too many different brands of plates.

I love my gym! The two facilities, one in Harrisonburg and one in Bridgewater, are perfect locations for me to use. I especially appreciate the affordable daycare option for my youngest children; the daycare workers are always so kind to my children that they enjoy going there and I feel safe leaving them there. They have more than enough cardio and weight options, and the locker room facilities have everything you could need. I have no desire to even look at other gyms because this one has everything I need and is affordable.

Good sized gym with a lot of variety in equipment and room to spread out. Some of the equipment is a little outdated, but it seems to be in good order.

They have lots of equipment but it is mostly old. The hours of operation for those who dont have a 24 hour plan suck, theyre not even open on Sundays! There are different plans, theyre lowest plan you can only go during staff hours which as I said suck. The other plan is 24/7 but is not staffed and so therefore you can only use certain areas of the gym, the main area of the gym you cannot use when it is not staffed which kinda defeats the purpose of having a 24/7 gym!

Super friendly, amazing coaches, and great classes. The FitZone program has been lifechanging for me. I actually enjoy coming to the gym, which has never, ever been a priority for me.

I have been coming here since 2014 and love the atmosphere and the staff is amazing, I get my hair done at the same location I have only went to HALLIE MORGAN for the past year and a half and I wont let anyone else touch it, when you find someone who takes their time and truly cares you stick to them :) I drive out of my way to come here and have brought so many friends and family who enjoyed it as much and joined. They now are incorporating a fitbox (similar to cross fit) so if your into lifting like me you will love this place. They have so many areas to fit ANYONES NEEDS. CHECK IT OUT!

This gym will rob you if you arent on time 100% the monthly fee doubles for your late payment and the billing company will charge you several consecutive days so you will rack up late fees that are over $100 in a matter of days. Also make sure you read the contract completely because I got sucked into paying for an extra month because you have to give a 30 day notice when you want to cancel.

This place is really small but enough for starter in such low price .Recently it has been upgraded though those who love to do workout from 9 pm to 8 am can only acces small part of the gym.Overall its reallly good gym in that area

DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT. I had a membership with these guys and i signed up with my debit card. 3 months into my membership my bank canceled my card for fraudulent activity out of state. I got a letter in the mail saying if i didnt pay a $180 bill then they will take me to court and garnish my wages. I wasnt even 30 days late. I had a 6 month membership and they charged me a yearly maintenance fee of $64.

Nice gym but dont expect a down home family vibe. This place is all about the dollar!

Great price, but overcrowded. Good luck getting one of the 2 squat racks during peak hours. Gym employees do not enforce etiquette at all. People routinly use equipment like the squat racks for exercises that done need a rack like deadlift.

The facility is very nice and well kept. The staff is wonderful as well as the clientele, and I would highly recommend this gym to everyone!
