I’ve only had bad experiences here. The first provider told me that only some of my medical conditions are real and others aren’t. The next provider I saw immediately seems super defensive and combative from the moment she walked into the room because I indicated on my intake forms I was interested in trying a new medication. They’re just generally not very nice. It doesn’t feel like we are working together, it feels like me versus them. I give 2 instead of 1 star only because it’s usually not too hard to get in for an appointment without waiting forever. But I guess now we know why.

Going to this clinic was the biggest mistake. They are inept in their knowledge of medicine and patien care. They are so out of touch with current diseases and treatments. All they do is medicate and treat you with pharmaceuticals. They are far away from being integrative they got me sicker and couldnt care less, never heard me, did not know anything about best treatment, they just keep picking blindly whatever medicine they want. Never, ever a personalized plan. Run away fast from this clinic.

Monica Clark has helped me through so much! I was truly blessed when I was recommended to her. She is very good at spending time with you and listening to your needs, but also has so much knowledge! I was recently diagnosed with Celiacs and if it hadnt been for Monica working with me to understand my body and symptoms, I dont think I would be on the road to recovery. Staff are all very nice too!

The care was decent when I became a patient years ago. However, I recently called to get an appointment because of cold/flu symptoms and learned that I had been kicked out of their system. They didnt have appointments for new patients even though I had been a patient for forever. Apparently, if you arent seen in 3 years you are removed from their system with no warning. The most frustrating part of the experience is that I called a year ago (within the 3 year time frame) and was referred to another doctor for a pregnancy related issue. Customer service goes a long way. I was penalized for not being sick/seeing a specialist. Disappointed to say the least.

I saw Monica today and I have never in my life been so satisfied with a doctors visit!! I had been referred to her by my best friend who like me has struggled finding good healthcare for our simple and mild healthcare needs. She was raving about her fun, kind, and energetic demeanor, including her amazing listening skills, so I just had to check her out! I was definitely NOT disappointed! The valley has yet to give me the medical knowledge and customer service that I was looking for and now Ive found my true medical home! She cleared up years worth of medical confusion and educated me on my body, how it works, and what I need to do to help me help myself! The nurses that helped me get comfortable and gave me my over due shots and front desk staff checking me in and seeing me out were so friendly, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for you no matter what the cost! They were all very thorough and knowledgable! Thank you so much for having this practice and such wonderful doctors running the show! If I could rate my experience today 100 stars I would!!
