WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! Absolute pain in the butt! They never took my insurance at the hospital, never asked for it either. I had to call up and give it to them when I got the bill. They never submitted the claim because they needed the insurance verified! They dont do that, YOU have to have your insurance call them. After back and forth calls between them and my insurance I finally got someone to call and verify. (6 call later) My insurance said they took my info down wrong and that was the issue, this was last week. I just received a call saying they cant submit the claim because the insurance isnt VERIFIED! Im on the phone now with my insurance trying to get these imbeciles to submit a claim! Would rate 0 stars if I could!
