Dr. Joppa takes the time to explain all the procedures before they are going to happen and gives you options on how to proceed. All the staff is outgoing and friendly to their clients. Makes getting your teeth worked on very enjoyable.

I have been seeing Dr. Japa for many years and she is a wonderful dentist. She is extremely kind and caring. Dr. Japa always makes sure to take her time with each patient and provides detailed explanations when administering dental work. She and her entire staff are extremely professional and accommodating. I look forward to seeing them for my regular cleanings. I have already recommended Dr. Japa to several family members and will continue to do so. Recently I had dental implant surgery to replace missing adult teeth. Dr. Japa took care of having the crowns made for the implants and she did an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier with my new smile! Thank you Dr. Japa and team!

Spoke with Dr. Japa about a filling that came out. The office no longer accepts my insurance but possibly accepts my wifes which Im covered under as well with dental. Stopping in Thursday to see if they accept my wifes insurance and will get my tooth refilled

Dr. Japa is awesome! She comes in on her time off if you have a dental emergency! She has fixed several of my previously botched fillings. She cares about you and your family, not just your teeth! The hours are flexible and the staff are always pleasant. I highly recommend her dentist practice.

Dr. Japa was very understanding of my work schedule and the work I needed to get done. Her and her staff worked around my schedule. I did NOT have a single bad experience here and will continue to come here. She was also very good with my children. Sn. Ill be honest, went for 1 filling and she ended up doing 5. And I think she made a hole in my teeth for another one to do later. I could be wrong and thats not certain but I feel a hole in my teeth now. The fillings they did kind of hurt when now 6 months later and hard to chew on that side. They are Friendly tho and kind with good hours.

By far the worst experience with a dentist I’ve ever had. Not only did both fillings fall out within 3 months they never ran my insurance that was already in their system and charged me out of pocket cost a year later via mail. Insurance only paid part due to being submitted so late. They then sent me to collections due to their mistake which I had to pay full balance out of pocket while I fight the insurance companies now. Since the new owner took over this is a place I would avoid at all costs.

Dr. Joppa and her staff are very friendly and helpful. They make a visit to the dentist enjoyable. When having any issues they accommodate me as soon as they can. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

Hands down the best dental experience Ive ever had!! I was greeted right away by staff and was taken care of and brought back within 10 minutes (I had new patient forms to fill out). The office itself is BEAUTIFUL and the staff are some of the friendliest people I know. Dr. Jappas bedside manner should be talked about in dental school! Dr. Jappa explained every little step she was taking and answered of all my questions thoroughly. She was friendly and professional and she and her staff helped make this entire experience incredible. I will DEFINITELY be going to Dr. Jappa from here on out!
