I enjoyed my time here. The staff and residents became my family over the past year. Gods will blessed me with this place. The activities where great and i always had a good time with Mark and the activities ladies. Therapy worked with me and made sure i was safe to go back home.

I want to thank all of those who took care of my mom. Thanks for the care you gave to her. There has been so many wonderful memories made. God Bless each of you. I feel my mom was given the best care possible! Thank you for doing the best you could do!!

This place is a dump no bed rails. Food dogs wouldnt eat it. Walls are in real bad shape. Smells like strong urine even through mask.

I have worked at this facility for over 3 years now! My coworkers and residents are amazing!

The staff suck, my mother fell twice dont send your love ones here, the staff will keep you on hold for hours.

This place is a pit and is being accused by the State Attorney Generals Office of hundreds of complaints in regard to maltreatment of patients and rudeness to family members. Do not put your loved one in this prison like institution , or they will hate you for the rest of your life.It does not even deserve the one star the program forced me to give it.

16-18 inches of snow and the fire hydrant at the opening to their driveway has NOT been shoveled out. All those lives that are entrusted to their care and you can barely see the top of the hydrant!
