Had no problems. I was there day and night and have no problems with the way my mom and all patients were treated. They were there for me mentally and explained anything I didnt understand. Very happy with there staff.

Never had a an issue with them til now i am/was an employee that had been with them for so many years my family has had services with them as well for. A long time. Had an issue with my clock ins. They said i never called in my #s they called me irresponsible. I went to the work place to show them all my token numbers for the week and the whole month and i even showed my screen shots of the phone calls that i made cause apparently they wanted proof, but they still denied to pay me they robbed me of 22 hours. They said they couldnt do anything i asked to speak to the owner they said they didnt have her number and they couldnt give me info.

Worst ever. Let my Papa just sit to die in a chair when legs should be up. Head of place verbally abused my elderly mother after she complained his staff was ignoring my Papa.
