I always have a great experience when I take my two toddlers to Harlingen Heights dental. Everyone of the staff is amazing and great with children.Dr. Vargas is also amazing with my children as well he always goes out of his way to greet them and make them feel as comfortable as possible during each visit.And they have awesome toys that they give away at the end of the visit. My favorite is the alien toy👽

So had a really bad toothache from a filling that fell out and the nerve was exposed. I waited for SEVERAL weeks because I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. But let me tell you, they made me so comfortable and relaxed before and during my extraction!! I literally only even felt 1 of the injections in my gums and it wasn’t even THAT bad. I will NEVER go to another dentist!!

I haven’t even been to the place yet but you’re not allowed to speak to someone at the local office, They can’t give you an estimate or a price range for that matter. Should be considerate for people that are not insured. I don’t have time for run around when I have a dental emergency.

Brident always sees their patients at least an hour late even if you check in twenty minutes early and will take walk ins over appointments. Understaffed. I was not seen for three months because their orthodontist quit and they left all their patients with no clue or information. Brackets and wires were broken and worn and I had to wait for months yet I was still being charged. Have to wait at least 6 weeks for a normal braces tightening because they are short staffed. Worst dentistry and orthodontist I have EVER been to. The only reason I have not left is because I completely paid off my braces and do not want to pay all over again at another ortho. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible and front desk lies when they make mistakes. Harlingen, TX.

My kids had an amazing experience with Dr.Kaur they didn’t even have trouble with them cooperating while doing dental treatment.

I have been bringing my 14yr old granddaughter now for the past 3 years. She has never had any bad experiences.She is always the first ready with no hesitation.

Every time I have been to Brident, its been a great experience. Not only are the dental professionals nice and open to any questions I may have, but the dental work itself is a quick but thorough process that always shows noticeable improvement from when I first enter.

Worst experience ever!! First the customer service line scheduled my appointment during their lunch hour. Second, the xray machine broke down used for ortho earlier in the day and they failed to call me in rescheduling my sons ortho appointment. Switching to another dentist.

Had a wisdom pulled and it was quick and painless. Im glad I came here!

First time going to Brident Dental and let me tell you it was the best experience I ever had. The staff there is very kind friendly and very welcoming I would recommend my family and friends to check out the location in Harlingen.

Waited 3 weeks for the inital appointment. Drove from harlingen to pick up patient, 45 minutes both ways, to bring the patient to the appointment, just to find out its only for a consultation, they wont actually do any work on him that day. Meanwhile, hes in pain. 2nd appointment was scheduled a week later. Again, I drove 45 minutes both ways to bring the patient to harlingen for the appointment. Showed up 20 minutes early only to find a sign on the door saying no electricity, office closed. No one even bothered to call and notify us. No number to call the office directly. Called the 1800 # and the representatives were extremely rude and unhelpful. No resolution. Couldnt even reschedule the appointment for me. Just call back tomorrow. All the surrounding businesses had power, so did they just not pay the electric bill??? Yet again, had to drive 45 mins both ways to return him home. Wont be making that drive again to chance not getting seen again. The patient is living in pain and these people just keep pushing off the work.

Was a little nervous at first new doctor office, they took there time with me. In billing and with dental procedures, highly recommended!

I had initial appointment with them for cleaning and orthodontics. I waited about 30-40 minutes only to be told if I can reschedule my cleaning due to Dr. being overbooked I agreed and only had orthodontics appt that day. Then they rescheduled my cleaning to a Saturday and Saturday morning I get a call if they can reschedule my already rescheduled appt because the Dr. was overbooked. I don’t mind waiting but why take in more patients than you can see?

Love brident in Harlingen. Much better than the Brownsville location. The doc there is kind straightforward and attentive. The front desk is quick and helps with your paperwork where they are able.

I have had my braces for around 4 months and I just recently got a transplantal nance in my mouth around three months ago, however they have not had an orthodontist at this place for two months and i’m so concerned with my teeth right now. They scheduled me for an appointment on a day that was CLOSED and i did not even receive a call as to why or why not. I haven’t seen a dentist for my braces in two months yet they have absolutely no problem charging my card even though i haven’t even stepped inside. I have to already wear my braces for two years and now the time it will be to get them off will be even LONGER! I’ve never had this much of a bad experience at a dentist than this brident dental!!

I hate it here. I should of gone somewhere else. I just need one tooth fixed and they made me wear braces for 1 year and 7 months for that. (+$4,000) Then I wasn’t seen for almost 7 months because I wasn’t able to get an appointment, and when I did they called saying the orthodontist wasn’t in so I had to reschedule so I had to wait a whole other month. I had to order everything on Amazon to do it myself because I wasn’t being seen so I straightened out my tooth myself within those few months I wasn’t seen, honestly it only took 3 months. And if you aren’t seen one month you still have to pay that month of course.😑 I was scheduled to get my braces taken off in 2 days but since their orthodontist moved upstate they are making me wait till next month to get them off and get my retainers. Imma end up taking them off myself because it’s been to long for no reason. The orthodontist was great though so I kept going back but now he’s gone so nopeeee

Our first visit and everyone was very accommodating, helpful, and very clean. They allowed me back to keep my son with Aspergers calm. Venessa and other staff were very sweet and professional!

Overall the staff did a great job with my cleaning. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars was because I had scheduled my appointment a 2pm and confirmed with the office that morning that I would be going. When I showed up at 1:45 there was a sign on the door saying the were out to lunch till 2:30. When the entire staff returned i told then I had been waiting for 40 mins since my appointment was at 2pm. She said she left me a voicemail. When I checked the had called me at 1:10. 50 mins before my scheduled appointment. Apparently they all went out to celebrate a coworkers birthday. I did not even get an apology. Very inconsiderate in my opinion.

Brident has an amazing staff very professional and always there to happily offer great customer support . The dentist is awesome very thorough on the ortho treatment steps and really takes you to that desired smile you have been wanting ! I am super satisfied with the transformation of my new smile and highly recommend them to anyone wanting braces . Even now out Covid the staff is amazing and they offer a safe and healthy environment . Way to go Brident you all are number one in my book!

They dont go by their appointments we have been trying since December 2020 up till this day 2/24/2021 see a orthodontist for braces for my kid and they rescheduled us without notice on the days of the office being closed which we just found out cause it was posted on the door that Wednesday and Saturdays are the days the office is closed. What the hell would you schedule people to show up when the office is closed we werent the only ones waiting either. So far they are unprofessional and thinking if they cant keep up with thier appointments makes me think how they will keep track of our expenses. I dont recommend this place and will be looking for another orthodontist.

Just horrible!!! Corporate needs to investigate this location! Its 3:14 I scheduled appointments for my sons one at 2:30 and the other at 3:00 and they call in other patients to get seen who state that their appointments are at 3:30 I ask reception do you all take longer to prepare for children to be seen? and she replied they havent called you?- the sittin area is small she knows that they havent called my boys. With covid going on clinical facilities are to conduct by safety and schedule accordingly!!! Corporate needs to investigate Harlingen tx location in how they are conducting daily business mind you paperwork was submitted online and I arrived 15mins before 2:30 no excuses on that locations end for wasting and putting us in harm because those two last patient that went in they did not check their temperature yet they checked my boys just Horrible!!!

I went to this location in harlingen and have had issues with the office staff changing my schedule and not notifying me. This is not the first time but its more upsetting now because due to covid I cannot take my kids inside. My husband took the day off so that he could watch our kids. When I arrived to the office I was told they changed it to whenever they had available. This is ridiculous... I would not recommend this office if you want to save your self headaches.

I am actually really looking forward to getting all of my teeth done. The staff is really nice , they know what they are doing and they have really reasonable prices.

Had been looking for somewhere affordable to get whitening treatment done for my teeth. This office provided that for me along with an excellent experience as my assistant Erica explained all the benefits about the whitening and convinced me i would see a difference when done. And that I did, I loved it and its something I will definitely be doing again.

This place is ridiculous! They sent me an email saying I have an apt with my name and my email on there. I don’t even live in this area! Someone must be using my information. I called them and they can’t even tell me who set the apt and all they want is my information. I was transferred to 3 different people and no one can tell me what’s going on. Sounds like a scam to me. If I were you I would stay away from this place. SCAMMERS!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Took my daughter in for their free braces consultation and my daughter ended up leaving with her braces that same day.They worked with us on our payments and was able to use care credit. We both happy. The orthodontist and his staff were great to us. Definitely recommend this office.

MADE AN APPT FOR BOTH MY PARENTS OVER THE PHONE. MY PARENTS SHOWED UP AND THEY WERE TOLD THEIR INSURANCE WAS INACTIVE. MY SISTER CALLED ME IMMEDIATELY . Amazing place. Went in today as a walk in, new patient, and I was very well taken care of. The staff noticed I was nervous and they assured me everything would be fine. Had everything taken care of that I needed today. Would very much recommend Brident!

TERRIBLE. I have been waiting for a refund, that was supposed to take approximately 3 weeks, for over a month. When I call to check on it they told me they were waiting on their corporate office to approve it. I called corporate and they told me that they NEVER submitted the forms and now they are giving me the run around and avoiding me. I just got of the phone with them and was told they couldnt ask about it since the manager was at a meeting. That was the last straw and now Im writing this review.EDIT: Ive finally received ONLY HALF of my return from them after 2 months of waiting for them to return the money. I cannot explain in words how much I hated the experience of calling constantly and getting the run around from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Horrible experience! I spent 4 hours at their office for an orthodontic exam for braces and dental appointment for my 6 month evaluation and cleaning. I did not expect the amount of time, the poor customer service skills and the office not having enough time to do a cleaning. After the xrays and dentist evaluation they lacked the common courtesy to notify me that the cleaning was not going to be done that day. They were more concerned about paying for treatment. After making payment arrangements for treatment still pending. I expected to finish the dental appointment with the cleaning. First visit at this location and my last. LOW CLASS PERFORMANCE! NO STAR RATING but had to give 1 star to post!

I highly recommend Brident Dental! I had a cleaning and x-rays taken. Dr. Madani and his receptionist were very friendly and professional. Dr. Madani was very thorough, and it was the least painful cleaning Ive ever had! They even took the time to explain my x-rays to me. I will definitely go to there from now on!

Update 11/18They now filed my insurance incorrectly. After coping all my info they filed it to Delta Dental Arkansas instead of Iowa ... it clearly had the phone number and address on the back of my insurance card. Maybe they need to hire some one skilled.at filing insuranceThe worst experience Ive ever had at a dentist. I felt like I signed my life away just to get my teeth cleaned. The Dentist was not in control nor did he know what the office was doing. Very poorly organized office. Too many office personnel and No Hygienists. When you call them you get California. It was nearly impossible to actually call the office in Harlingen

Too many corporate dental clinics now. why does a clinic even exist that takes your insurance, but the dentist doesnt?i checked on the harlingen location, and there are 99 dentists listed there. 99!.and the carbon-copy responses are a red flag for impersonally run businesses.

Like that they tell you what you need done and that they are really truthful with you.

Dental staff and office staff are both friendly and attentive. Pricing is reasonable and payment plan arrangements are affordable.

I arrived 15 before my appointment , the staff was very nice super friendly , the doctor was very thorough and their prices were very good compared to other places, I love that I was seen right away not made to wait forever .

This place is horrible...i called to schedule an appointment and the scheduled me for 4pm they verified they took both of my insurances Driscoll and dental select. I get there at 3:50pm and Im told they dont take Driscoll the office does but not the doctor which okay understunderstandable so I ask them about my primary insurance dental select that they didnt even have on file after I let them know over the phone and I waiting and waiting finally Im told yes I was covered but then they wont see me without my ID which I explained my ID was left in my truck which my husband had to leave because it was way past my appointment. So I WAS NOT SEEN AT ALL after waiting around for an hour. Ridiculous if an ID was required they could of asked the minute I walked in.

I came to this office 4 days ago because I had a toothache for 2 weeks. Front staff were very friendly and explained to me all my insurance coverage.I got called in for my xrays about 5 minutes after I finished filling out the papers. Xrays and the exam were quick. The dentist explained to me everything that was happening with my teeth. he was thorough and professional. He started my treatment on the same day. Today I have no more pain and my tooth is fixed. Overall experience was excellent , even though some people write bad reviews for them. I am extremely happy with the service I received and definitely will return for my recalls.

I feel welcomed by the staff on each visit and despite having a changing in orthodontist near the start of my treatment I believe it to be going great.

SUPER friendly staff. Dr. Madani is a real sweetheart and the Hygienist, Mr. C., is as well. Theyre both very well informed, helpful, and always throughly explain what theyre working on.I will say Ortho usually takes a while to see you, even with an appointment, and the Dr. doesnt normally talk much. He can get irritated if you ask any questions. But the staff makes up for it. Jenny and Erica are my go-to girls when asking for a second opinion on colors for my braces.The payment plan doesnt suck but youd definitely want to pay more than the $100 a month if you want to finish paying off your braces before actually having them removed.Overall, Im pleased with their service.

Absolutely horrible experience with the dentist Mohammed Khasawneh. My son is 7 and terrified of going to the dentist and was not very cooperative as many children his age are. You would think being a dentist and the fact that they advertise about pediatric dentistry this dentist would have been a little more patient with my son but instead was rude and inconsiderate almost acting like a child himself. He took all but 2 minutes to say he couldnt clean his teeth and would need to be refered to a pediatric dentist so they could deal with him. I was appalled. Why even accept new patients that are children if you cant be patient enough to give proper treatment!

We brought our Mom to see Dr. Madani in the Harlingen office. He treated her with alot of compassion and care. He was very thorough during the exam and went above and beyond what was expected. My Mom was very grateful for the care and professional treatment.

Have had to wait 2weeks for them to process my insurance. Had an appoitment and had to reschedule because of them not getting my insurance cleared, so they rescheduled me for next week guaranteeing that they would have it handled & ready to go at my next appointment 😝😡 well today is that appointment and i am being told once again they have not done a thing and there excuse is we are understaffed! How is that a patience problem? So for all the above reansrons i would give them 1 * and only usehemat last resort.

My experience was great i got seen at exact time as appointment staff was on top of everything my assistant Teresa was great she did my x ray and. Dr. Madani did my filling that same day within a matter of hours she and he were so calm and patient during the entire process. Loved the service defiantly will recommend to others. Had an appointment at 2pm, arrived 30 min in advance with prefilled paperwork, and left at 02:15pm because the dentist was late from lunch. Unprofessional behavior. Went to Harlingen Family Dentistry and filled paperwork and was in front of the doc in 18 minutes! Brident will never get my money. Yes, Im a private paying patient.
