By far the most enjoyable experience I’ve had at a dentist. They are responsive to your concerns and work hard to make sure to explain what is going on. My last two experiences have been 100% pain free and much different than my experiences at other dentists. I highly recommend this dentist practice!

Appreciate that they make and keep appointments! Got in with less than 2 minute wait time. Doc and nurses are top notch, caring and kind. My experience was pain free. I had a tooth that needed a filling. I was was in and out in 20 minutes! My tooth was filled comfortably ( without being numbed!!! What!! Yep you heard me right!) and I was able to go have an enjoyable breakfast afterwards. A dentist appointment doesn’t get any better than that!!!

This was my first visit to Drake Family Dentistry ever as I wasn’t so fond of my previous dentist’s office. This was hands down the best dental appointment I’ve ever had. Beautiful and sanitary office. The staff was so friendly and inviting. The doctor took time to explain my X-rays and exam and Lakyn did a wonderful job with my cleaning. I would definitely recommend Drake Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a first time dental office or a change from your current dental office if you aren’t satisfied.

I had severe pain from an abscess for 2 days due to the holidays and when I called and told them of my discomfort they got me in immediately. Everyone was very competent and thoughtful in my care. The dentist was careful to explain every procedure and what to expect. A very comforting experience.

On time and a bit early by 10 minutes to start..Excellent communication by JED and SONIA.Took care to ease my pain and even found a blanket when I had a chill - was in seat over an hour. They showed me all of the visuals and worked on my teeth until the occlusion was exact. Have photo imaged me for a retainer to help when sleeping.The check out was very smooth. I return in 2 weeks. I can not recommend them highly enough. I have walked out of 3 dentists in the McAllen area - the arrogance and rudeness and hideous lack of respect fo the patients.It is well worth a 45 mile drive and an hour to San Benito in the racing trafficking to have the best experience and trust the dentist!!! These are my teeth and they need the best care from cleaning to repair.In the RGV THERE ARE MANY SHADY DOCTORS AND POORLY TRAINED DENTISTS.Many with cheap degrees and no integrity. BEWARE!Drake family Dentistry is exceptional! 5 stars !

Very nicely decorated lobby. Receptionists were awesome. I went in for a tooth that was hurting me. After several X-rays of all my teeth and $275 later I was given an antibiotic prescription and a $2500 estimated root canal, crown, etc. I received a second opinion for $1300. They also did X-rays of the tooth for $72. I’m sure the material used on the crown may not be high end but...... $1300 is something I can live with much easier.

Dr. Burton is great. I have a lot of dentist anxiety and took a prescribed sedative for my first extraction. It went so well and my recovery was so quick that I just had my second extraction and I didnt need a sedative or laughing gas I highly recommend him. If youre a nervous patient like me, he has a wonderful and kind demeanor that will put you at ease.

I was not established with Drake Dentistry. A cap broke off of an old cavity. Drake Family Dentistry saw me that same day and completed a cleaning all within 2 hours of calling. A treatment plan was drawn up and Im excited to have established myself with a dentist for the 1st time in about 2 years. I was looking for a new dentist as mine retired. I was very impressed from the moment I walked in. The facility is clean and tidy. I waited less than 5 min before I was taken to the back for my teeth cleaning. The Hygienist and Doctor were both very knowledgeable and friendly. This was also my daughters first visit and she did great! They did a fantastic job in helping her feel comfortable. Think we found our new dentist.
