In the past i have not been satisfied with a haircut and i dont like that your just treated like a number coming off a conveyor line. But yesterdays experience was the worst. I had to leave my phone number so they could call me and they never called me and i waiting outside for 3 hours. That is officially the last time i look at their name again. Absolutely terrible!!!

I was hear not to long ago and i asked for my hair to be cut a little bit below my shoulder and the woman with a short buzzed hair cut and glasses said okay that’s fine. so i was sitting in the chair and once she was done she cut my hair ENTIRELY TO SHORT my hair is way to shortand is floating above my shoulders. since the woman who cut my hair had short buzzed gray curly hair i figured she’d know what she was doing because i also have curly hair. but i was entirely wrong after she cut my hair i walked out to my car and cried in there and my mother came out to ask me what was wrong and i told her it was way to short. so my mother went back inside and told the woman she cut it entirely to short and she didnt follow my directions at all, she did not bother to apologize to me or my mother. and i feel as if this is your job you should know what your doing i shouldn’t have to worry about you messing my hair up if your a PROFESSIONAL if this is what your GETTING PAID FOR. i said i wanted it a inch pass my shoulders and yousaid ok and you understand now my hair is sitting at the edge of MY EAR. i feel as though the woman should lose her job. and if you are the woman who cut my hair reading this i hate you.

Just walked in ,No real wait for service granddaughter wanted to get hair cut, styled, and had a picture of the style she desired. Stayed there 1 1/2 hours, the stylist came close to her pictures she showed. Cost was for her wash,cut,blow dry straight styled hair..cost $70.00 not including tip.13 yr old Grand daughter very excited and pleased with results.

Got there at 9 am to get sons hair cut. Saw Pam. She gave my 13 year old boy an excellent cut. As she worked, I noticed her skill. Asked if she could help me fix my hack job hair cut. I put my trust in her and she came through with the best hair cut/style Ive had in years! She is a true stylist, very skilled, and very sweet. Thank you Ms. Pam. Robin and Josh.

I dont know how this place gets good reviews. Ive been there three times.1st visit - I call and verify the cost beforehand. I go there and ask for a cut and blow dry. She cuts my hair and then I have to badger her to dry it. She was going to just send me on my way, with wet hair ... in the dead of winter.So, after I insisted, she halfheartedly dried my hair, without any kind of style to it at all. Just blew hot hair on me. And the price was more than what was listed on the display board as well as from what I was told over the phone.2nd visit - Everything I asked her not to do, she did. I asked her how long she had been doing hair ( not sarcastically, but during casual conversation) she said since 91. But the way she was handling my hair was like she hadnt even graduated yet. During blow drying, after multiple times asking her not to part it the way she was and after having to ask for a round brush multiple times, I said... Not in a rude way ... Its ok. Dont worry about it, Im going to go home and color it anyway. She threw her hands up and said Then why did you want it blow dried in the first place?! I guess she didnt realize that I just didnt want her to finish and didnt want to be rude or cause problems so I told her that so the whole encounter could be over. Then I went to Walmart and it cost me $30 to get a blow dry. ($25.00 plus tip.)3rd visit - The Asian lady at the counter could not, for her life, give me a straight answer on how much a shampoo, cut and blow dry would be even though they list the supposed prices right on the board about the counter. Why even have a pricing list when you dont honor it in the first place?Then, a blonde woman who was also there came over, spoke with me, answered my questions and helped me. She did everything I asked, and I had told her about the other visits. She did a good cut, nice blow dry - and I was almost ready to give this place a rethink until she let me know that this was not her home store. She was only there for a day and then she was going back to her own store. Well, that explained why I recieved good service that one day. She was very nice, cut and styled my hair the way I asked. And I felt comfortable with her ... But, obviously not the norm for this place.Husbands 1st visit - He had gone to Walmart first, because thats where he normally goes since I warned him about Supercuts. But yesterday, he waited about an hour and a half at Walmart, so he decided to try Supercuts. He walked in, put his name on the book and sat down. He was there an hour. Noone called his name, noone acknowledged him.....nothing.After an hour of him sitting there and watching people walk in, get their hair cut and leave, he walks up to the counter to find out what was going on but sees that his name is crossed out in the book. He waited an entire hour!! Noone ever spoke to or acknowledged him! This is not a big place. The waiting area is about 4-5 feet from the counter!He left.So, I called them ... I was angry because I know my own experiences there. She offered a free cut, but we are both done. Especially after she apologized but then added if he had just said something No. Thats unacceptable. They shouldve been doing their job. His name was crossed off and noone had even spoken to him! I told her, we will not ever be back.

Arrived on a Saturday at 10am with 4 people ahead of me. Those 4 got done and 3 more had appointments... three hours later I get up cause I’m next on the list and low and behold ANOTHER appointment shows up.Seriously? 3.5 hours for a lousy haircut and I still wasn’t seen. It literally takes 10 minutes to cut a males hair. Anything longer is just incompetence or laziness.Went to another supercut and was done in 18 mins including the drive time to get there.This place sucks

If I give it ZERO stars I would. Ruined my sons hair. Took 10 mins to give him a cut and it wasnt anything like what was expressed. Very poor service.
