I think my favorite part of the Amazing Kids Club is the dishonest staff they have working there. Consistently lying to my face about the help my son is supposed to get, what they say he is entitled to and then refusing to do the job that they signed up to do. When they kicked my son out during the school year because of covid they kept all the supplies that we left there. Those have since been misplaced. They called us back to enroll him into their program for the summer with the promise that he would be going 4 days a week Monday-Thursday. That was THIER plan for the last few weeks. Go to the IEP meeting and the case manager Gina decided that they arent going to have him go 4 days a week. He was lucky to get 1 day a week. I will admit that something is better than nothing at all, but I cant help but feel like maybe this place isnt so amazing at all. That place is a joke and the people that work there are twice as funny. The fact of the matter is these people do not care for your children. They dont care if your kids actually develop the tools and skills to improve their day to day activities. They dont care if your children obtain an education. They just dont care. What they DO care about is their paychecks. What they DO care about is their funding. As long as your child helps them secure more funding for their facilities everything will be fine. Otherwise, your child is nothing more than a liability and unnecessary labor. That is how TrueNorth conducts themselves. If you have a special needs child and are looking for a place to help you help your child I emplore you to look elsewhere. This 4 star rating is as fake as their interest to help. Its flooded by staff reviews. Please save yourselves as well as you children a favor and keep it moving.

Staff was nice but...everything they did there you can find in a church. No different than religion. They teach the trinity, the four elements of balance, meditative breathing, Germanic Tree of Life, and internal external locus of control. Some of the sessions felt like they were manipulated to be rituals, and this Vicky lady attacks everyone and should not be there, not helpful. Ken is iffy too, nice with secret insults.

They had me return for counseling that was not court ordered or any agreements signed. Charging me $110 per session. I had 2 appointments. They would not refund my money. I will be filling a small claims suit for this matter.

The therapists do not seem to care about lgbt people. The social rehab program is fantastic! The partial program needs a lot of work. They dont care about individual people. All they care about is you insurance money.
