I contacted Jason Imler regarding a minor personal injury auto accident. He directly answered the phone and took the time to provide general legal guidance. There is no need for litigation as the claim is minor. However, he answered my questions and treated me with empathy and consideration. I’m most appreciative of his time and would highly recommend his services.

I cannot say enough good things about Clayton Lingg. We hired him to do a trust for my mother a few years ago and were very pleased with how he not only dealt with her and all our questions but also with the overall professionalism. We were so pleased that we also hired him to do a trust for my father and his wife. Since then I have contacted Clayton many times as both my parents relocated to another state and in dealing with switching everything over to new homes there, they ran into a few issues in the new state. He is always super responsive to my questions and so helpful. I have to say I was rather shocked because he really didnt need to be since their business with him was completed and they had relocated. 2/25/2020 not a lot to update you about Marks paralegal(Beth) moved on to other things and was replaced by Miss Paula who is by the way awesome I havent done a lot of talking to Mark directly with regard to Workers Compensation because mainly its just a paper chase so far I havent had any issues I do what I need to do and focus on my health and well-being.Regarding Jason theres not really a lot to tell you there either its a process its slow but what I can say is that his team is attentive and responsive to my emails other than that I am satisfied12/9/2019 so far Mooney hands are tied until things progress. While Im sure the qualities that one looks for in a attorney vary for each client, honesty was a priority for me. Over the past 30 years John Mooney lll has done all sorts of legal issues for my family, property, estate issues, personal family matters, I would only recommend John Because he gets things done, He is a winner and a pit bull. So if you win money really is not an issue. People winning because he is expensive, go to Florida and then you will see he works for way less with better results.

I personally hand picked Mooney & Associates to represent me in my Workmans Comp Case. More specifically Mark Buterbaugh. The list of my personal requirements due to the nature of my injury was, the strength of the Firm, the knowledgeability & back bone of the attorney who was going to make sure that I received the best medical care.In addition to that, I wanted to make sure my settlement process was appropriate. It was favorably settled in a timely manner.I highly recommend this firm.

They did well to help me in my case but I got passed through a few different lawyers before I had to see one at the location in York to get help with my extensive litigation. One lawyer said it was too much for him to handle because the other party was throwing all sorts of angles. It was expensive and so we ended up mediating before the final hearing.

Attorney Mooney has never let me down. Im sure he is very busy but he has always made time for me and my kids. He is very knowledgeable and is a stong presents in the courtroom. The people in the office are always warm and friendly.

John Mooney and his team spent the last 12 months representing me in a vicious and nasty divorce. Because of their efforts we finally triumphed over a stubborn, pig headed spouse. John and his team were always available to answer questions and settle my nerves. One week John had knee surgery but still managed to show up in court to defend me. His discomfort was obvious but his zeal to represent his clients was evident. This firm is my first choice should I ever need an attorney in the future.

Useful information about a legal issue, felt like I was well informed and at ease when I was done

I hired an attorney from Mooney and Associates and they were horrible. Right from the begining it was bad. The first phone call I made, it took a month to get a response. The attorney blamed it on her paralegal. After that it stayed the same. I probably call 20 times and sent a dozen emails over the course of 3 months and only got one return email. I was to meet my attorney at the courthouse (per her paralegal) and tried to call her over and over again so that I could find out what was going to happen in court and I never got a response. We showed up to court that day and the attorney went to the judges chambers and came back out and said the judge wont budge. That was it. I got no details on what was said. This attorney was horrible. I had to get Mooney involved also, but it didnt help much. I would never refer anyone to this attorney. She was horrible. I wish I would have asked around a little more before I hired her because word on the street is that she is horrible also. Please, Please, Please do your research on the attorneys at this law firm so you dont wind up have to shell out thousands of dollars like I did for a no good attorney!

Worst representation I have ever had in my life. Call up to ask about a payment, get charged for it. Walk in to ask a question, they dont have a clue. Never again will I get ripped off this bad by a small law firm. Would...pick ZERO STARS, if that was an option!

I visited a few months ago. The paralegal isnt all that great at spelling or grammar, or keeping her ducks in a row. The waiting room smelled sickeningly of mildew, maybe due to the a/c in the window. The attorney came out and didnt even shake my hand or make eye contact. When explaining my situation, I got a lot of, thats expensive and this will take a long time. He didnt even offer to take the case, he basically shoved me out the door and told me to think about it and call back. I got charged $100 (first time an attorney has ever charged me that high for a consult). I went another route and had my issue resolved in 3 months for a few hundred dollars rather than the quoted $3,000 retainer they wanted from me.

The attorney I talked to about a guardianship case was really helpful. Took his time and answered all of our questions even though it was past closing time.

Not a very patient attitude. Seemed to just see $$$$
