Fantastic! I have had my fair share of massages. This was by far the best treatment I ever had. I have chronic back and neck pain and fibromyalgia. She took the time and actually addressed the problem areas and I felt so much better. She knows what she is doing for sure! Not only was the massage great, I also did the float and it was amazing! The atmosphere is relaxing and they make you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend 😊

I spent a lot of time researching spas in the area before ultimately choosing Sapphire Float Spa since it has gotten so many positive reviews. The reviews dont lie! This place is fantastic! The atmosphere was calm and the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. I did a massage/float combo and it was literally the most relaxing experience Ive ever had. I left feeling like Gumby!

Just leaving after the combo deal (1hr massage + 1hr float). I have never felt more relaxed. Very mellow. Hanging in the car for a bit with some soft music before facing reality. Will definitely be back. Worth the hour and a half drive from home.

Took my fiancé here for her birthday and she loved it! They offered to hold flowers and anything else I wanted to bring before hand to have in the room for her to walk into. Really made our time special and the massage and float experience was amazing as well. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Best massage ever! People are very nice and the location is relaxing. The float is great, youll get sleep even with you think you cant. The massage seals the deal. You go home ready to sleep the day away with no worries. Full, comfortable and worth every penny and more. I highly recommend!

Very nice relaxing place. Sue was very attentive to my aches and pains. I also did the hour float. The combo deal was a great value! I slept like a baby that night! I wish I could afford to do everyday. I will be back very soon!I found out they were under new management as of Nov 2020. The float tanks have been recaulked with the correct gloss white and not the previous yellow discolored as mentioned. (See pic)

I had a really great massage and Im definitely going to do a float again. I felt so relaxed afterwards. The float is such a unique experience, and I think Ill get more out of it each time I do it. I came to Sapphire Float Spa as a moms day out treat to myself, and it was more than worth it!

The entire experience was great! There were some bumps in the road leading up to the appointment (things that just happen, out of everyones control) But the owner found quick solutions and made the experience fantastic. The girls did a wonderful job with the massage. will definitely be back!

Im normally in a ton of pain due to my medical conditions such as RA, Fibro, kidney disease and severe spine issues 24 /7 I did both a massage and float sessions and my pain was gone for hours after I felt like I could run a marathon I highly recommend coming here its extremely relaxing and incredible for pain

My husband and I come here very often. We have had many massages in the past, this is by far the best place weve been. Sucha knows exactly what to do. I suffer from bad sinuses and have had many surgeries. Each time I come in, I am opened up and feel better than I have before. We will keep coming back. I do think they need a receptionist to answer phones and greet people. I saw people walk in and leave because someone wasnt able to help them. Its hard knowing if they are opened or not because the phone rings and you get a message. I dont like the phone to keep ringing while relaxing. Other than that, we are so happy. Great price and very clean. Everyone is so friendly.

We had an appointment set up for a couples massage and I was looking forward to it all week me and my husband had plans for our kid. We set everything up to have a relaxing time. We go in they say they don’t have an appointment and wouldn’t help us at all super rude about it. I do not recommend this place it’s also very sketchy and very cold. I had a very relaxing time in the salt pods. The rooms were very private and clean. I could have stayed in for hours so much fun. I will be bringing friends along next time. The staff is so nice and loved talking with them

I scheduled an appointment here for my fiancé’s birthday two weeks in advanced for us and two friends. I called today, the day before the upcoming appointment, to ask a question and they seemed confused and said I had no appointment scheduled and that they are too full to schedule is in. I do not recommended this place. This whole experience has been ridiculous. We have been to other float spas that are much more professional.

I purchased the 60 min massage with 60 min float Groupon. Massage was a “light” rubdown. Asked for more pressure multiple times and it was not done for me. No knots worked on. The shower in the float room had mold, the float tank had mold and a hair, with a moldy odor. Was told by staff this was glue not mold....it was definitely mold. Will not be back

This is a one of a kind wonderful healing treatment. The one hour float allowed my body to really relax before the one hour exceptional massage. I am so thankful for this place. Definitely will be going back & taking my husband for his chronic pain.

The staff from answering the phone to walking out the door are amazing. We had another spa cancel on us 12 hours before our massage. I anxiously called 3 different places to see if they could squeeze us in for our 10 year anniversary. They answered the phone and were immediately willing to help and make our 10 year anniversary special. When we arrived he knew who we were before even opening our mouth. We were shown around the spa and the float tub which we will definitely be doing next visit. For our first ever massage we are so happy the other place cancelled on us and we were able to meet this amazing group! Cant wait to book our next visit!

After having 2 couples massages here, my husband and I are have nothing but positive things to say about our experiences. Both women administering the massages were clearly experienced and were very attentive to our problem areas and we left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The owner is very nice and the facility is very clean and peaceful. We will be back again in the near future!
