I’m only leaving this review in hopes someone sees it and manages things there better. I was seen there for my last pregnancy, in the week before I was scheduled for my c section they found out I was really anemic. Apparently I was at my previous blood work as well but it wasn’t monitored nor really brought to my attention. I was given a panicked minimal explanation and told I needed iron transfusions but only had time for one prior to surgery. I had my one transfusion. I went in the day of my surgery which ended up being traumatic I hemorraged and needed blood transfusions during surgery and a total of 8 bags of blood and in the hospital for a week plus another iron transfusion. I’m guessing my risk of bleeding out during surgery could’ve been reduced had my anemia been properly treated and monitored. The doctors there could definitely work at some things. Bedside manner in some cases, more time to explain things, following up & being on top of patients blood work and tests. I feel as though they’re shuffling people around and things get lost in the mix. Communication could definitely be worked on. The office staff is really nice. The surgical coordinator could definitely work at her people skills.

Morgan and the medical professional accompanying her were great! They seemed to really care about my situation and gave me tons of great information as well as a sample to send me home with. I will definitely be back to her...hopefully soon!!

Ive gone here for years and always had a positive experience with their various providers. They are very attentive to my syndrome and are always making sure I know how best to manage my health from a gynecological perspective.

I have been a patient here since I was in high school, and I only have positive things to say. The front desk is always pleasant, each nurse has been knowledgeable and comforting, and there aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Connie and Anita are!! I travel over an hour for my appointments just so I can remain a patient here.

This place is a joke, I was their guinea pig for new drs and surgeries...not a good mix. One time I was there im disabled and stay at home and dr naymick said to me so what do you all day since you dont have a job? Like really? So glad I go elsewhere now. Even tho the complications I have now are for life, thanks mt view. I see you replied with your professional response. That does not make up for your practices years of neglect. Look at your reviews!!!!!!!

I made an appointment months ago. I got a confirmation call yesterday, and confirmed the appointed. I did talk to someone about rescheduling but there were nothing available until the end of May so I decided to keep what I had. Came in today only to be told I didnt have an appointment, and no one could see me. Really?

Will continue to go with all my pregnancy. I am currently 38 weeks pregnant & this place is absolutely amazing. The doctors & nurses are the sweetest!My OB is is Stephen Naymick and he is just so kind and caring. Answers all my questions and concerns.

Well not me but my gf went there when she was pregnant and the one day she was at work and she has been having this sharp pain in here lower down there areas and she could barley stand and so when she went she saw dr. Nyemack don’t know how to spell it but he says nothing is wrong and it’s normal u can go home and put a heating pad on it then he said or just take Tylenol well u really don’t need that it doesn’t hurt that bad. And not only that I always see like 3 doctors it’s like one minute u see one then the next time u go it’s a different one .

This cabinet is a treasure. The staff are very respectful and really very nice. I was followed by Dr Naymick, Dr Denney, Dr Khosla and others during my pregnancy. The doctors were really very professional and answered all my questions. Dr Naymick is the sweetest.You think its a lot of practitioner for a pregnancy, you dont see the same doctor every time because the person who will be on call during your delivery may not be the person who followed you during the pregnancy. This is why you see several practitioners so that you can know the person who will be in the hospital during your delivery.Thank you so much Moutain View Obgyn.

I’ve been going here since I got pregnant with my first child nearly 3 yrs ago and I love it. They’ve gotten me through 2 pregnancies and all my routine check ups. They are always very informative and understanding. I love it because they are willing to answer every question (I ask a lot) and give me all the info and recommendations, then do not criticize my decision even when they disagree with it. They recognize it is mine to make and let it go. Anita Ashton and Dr. Nicewinder (definitely not how you really spell it) are my absolute favorite doctors there but I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone I’ve seen (pretty sure in 3 years and 2 pregnancies I’ve seen all of them). Even the male doctor I have seen is completely professional and doesn’t make me uncomfortable in the least. They deserve better than a 3 star review, don’t let the reviews scare you off!

I seen Dr Neiswinder and told her I wasn’t feeling my baby move and she said that because she had a heart rate that there was nothing to worry about because she had flipped and some babies don’t move a lot after they flip ... I lost my daughter 6 days later at 34 weeks and she was the doctor on call who delivered my stillborn babygirl. I feel as if my daughter would be here with us if I would have went somewhere else. She was so rude and being a first time mom I believed what my doctor was saying. Always go off your mothers instinct.

Worst experience Ive had talking to a staff of professionals. Minus Dr. Clymer, shes pretty great. It stinks that her support staff are so awful. In person, they seem great. On the phone I have experienced nothing but bitchy attitudes, and excuses. To say they are rude, is an understatement. I had to call more times than acceptable to have a few questions answered. Pardon me for taking my health seriously, and wanting to be confident my prescription is in my best interest. I wasnt looking to have my hand held. I simply wanted two questions answered. Guess that was too much to ask. I will not be going back.

This was a very nice experience. DR. Khosla is my hero she pretty well saved my life. I will go there from now on.

I had a horrible experience with Dr Naymick at this practice and want to caution anyone against going here.I went to meet with him to discuss my history of recurrent miscarriages and review the treatment plan a high risk MFM and my reproductive endocrinologist made for me years ago.Dr Naymick instead grilled me about my choice of partner--asking how long wed been together, why we werent married and whether Id truly known him long enough to start a family with him. It wasnt in a nice or supportive way. It was extremely judgmental and made me very uncomfortable. I felt like he was applying his morality to how he treated me.Even worse was how he regarded my doctors treatment plan. He literally called the plan shenanigans. Explaining to him what a team of doctors put in place was like talking to a wall. He continually tried to say I needed to see the MFM or go to a fertility clinic to get a treatment plan. I had a treatment plan, made by both, in my hand!The worst part. He literally suggested that I get pregnant, have another miscarriage, and then go to Shady Grove before pursuing more testing. I told him I couldnt go through another miscarriage (Ive had six) because it was too painful. He told me that if I couldnt handle another miscarriage then I shouldnt get pregnant again. There are options!! Test progesterone levels, Vitamin D. But no. The man literally said I should have another miscarriage.This was potentially the most traumatizing conversation I have ever had with a medical professional. He is a threat to the self esteem of any woman he treats. Even worse he is unwilling to acknowledge a treatment plan other doctors set forth. Go elsewhere.

I used to work here, the doctors are very knowledgeable and great at what they do! However the staff is extremely destructive, disgusting, and consistently violate HIPAA as they talk about patients when you need check-in and check-out about what your visit was about. I honestly think this place will never change I would never recommend or tell anyone to go there. I got fired and I honestly am extremely happy I did unless you want your business out in the open please do not send your family here find another facility!

I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. I go to Anita Ashton and she is a wonderful provider. Staff are always kind and I have never had to wait long periods like I have at my old OBGYNs.

I read the reviews and almost cancelled my appointment, Im so happy I didnt. Dr. Connie A Denney was not only highly professional but personable as well. Her nurse was kind and patient and the receptionist and the woman who checked me out smiled and were friendly. I couldnt have been treated better. Im sorry for all the bad experiences people have had but I couldnt be more happy with my choice to join the Mountain View group.

I will never use another office! I love the staff and all of the doctors! Very friendly and always address all concerns and any issues promptly and in a very professional manner!

Visited twice over two years and didnt have a really positive experience either time. It may be a great practice if youre pregnant or plan to be, but dont expect any attention or basic questions answered if youre in for a regular yearly exam. My last visit including exam and lecture about heart disease was under 8 minutes. For the second year in a row the doctor had to rush out the room and didnt address my questions about my prescription or alternatives.Im getting my prescriptions elsewhere and wont be returning.

Worst place ever you have an appointment for reason and they make you wait an hour later undressed in the room.And all I can say is there running behind one hour waiting in the room. If you are 5 to 10 minutes late they want to cancel your appointment but it’s OK for them to be that late. And it’s numerous appointments that they’re running behind I really did not recommend this place

I would not go here if pregnant, and this place is a walking HIPAA violation. This is the second UPMC facility I have been to in the area, and it is clear that UPMC scrapes the bottom of the barrel.I was lied to and told there are zero complications from a certain surgery. I did my own research, and multiple resources said it is likely to cause early menopause. I did not get the surgery. The surgery wasnt even necessary, but their first reaction was to rip out my body parts.I experienced them trying to give me two drugs I am allergic to, even though its in my chart.The papers they sent me home with were an inaccurate lie. It said I had no neurological symptoms. I actually have a disorder, and I deal with symptoms daily. It also said things were examined that were absolutely not examined in the 5 minutes I was there.When you are checking in, I personally can clearly see the screens of the women on the check-out side. Emails, schedules, etc. Also, I can tell you the exact name of a woman who had a d&c done and how the staff feel about her. They were talking about her outside my room.All I could think of after my visit is I how glad I was that I had not chosen them for any of my pregnancies. I cannot imagine putting a babys life in their hands.

They lose all my labs. They mess up all my tests. I’ve had to redo several glucose tests. I had to get my blood drawn twice for the NIPT. They lost urine samples. They messed up my name in their system twice. The doctors are very rushed and are not personable or caring.This place gives me extreme anxiety.

Im currently 7 months along and had received an electric shock at work and doctor walker completely cut me off was like oh you lived through it, kept trying to send me to maternal fetal medicine which I told them numerous times I cant get to york. Didnt tell me anything else. I start crying and the practice manager came back to talk to me and helped. Do not recommend doctor walker yet others are good

I read all the reviews and was apprehensive to go to Moutain View, but I wanted to deliver my 4th child close to home since my deliveries are quick. I have been going to Mountain View since my proof of pregnancy visit and Im due on Thursday, so Ive had 20 visits probably. Here are my comments:I have never had the receptionists be rude to me. They have always been very kind and accommodating of my husbands work schedule and last minute appointment changes.Until the internal visits, I have always had to bring my 3 kids with me: 6 year old, 3 year old, and a 1 one year old. Never have I been treated rudely because of my double stroller or loud family. The doctors and midwives were very willing to work around me and my children.I have healthy pregnancy that I carry till 40 weeks, so Ive never had the doctors have to say anything potentially hurtful to me (example: you are too overweight, health reasons, stop having babies). The only thing that I found unprofessional was when just one doctor walked in the room, none of my kids were with me, and asked me how many children I already had at home. After I replied their ages she commented, Havent you ever heard of birth control? Well duh...of course I have. I choose to have children because I love them. Her tone was confusing and I think she was kidding, but unprofessional anyway. Besides the comment, she still examined me externally and I didnt have any other problems.Overall, I was nervous to attend Mountain View because of these reviews, but Im glad I did. All the doctors and midwives and receptionists have been kind and accommodating to me. Highly recommended this place.

Today was my first time at Mountainview and I will never be going back. I made an appointment for my daughter, the receptionist who made the appointment was wonderful. I took off work as well as my daughter to made the allotted appointment time.There was a 40 minute wait for Anita...I understand things come up so no big deal. Once they called her back, she was in for about 30 minutes. Once out, after we checked out, I asked her how things went. Was then informed that SHE WAS NEVER EVEN GIVEN AN EXAM! They just talked to her!I can not even fathom why or how this occured. I didnt go back in at that time because I was quite certain I would have caused a scene.We. Will. Never. Be. Going. Back. There. Again.But, I am sure my insurance company will be billed the full amount possible.

Anita Ashton is the only dr I have seen there and she aways makes me feel very comfortable and takes the time to answer all of my questions sometimes they run a little behind but the only problem I have had is getting a hold of the office

Felt welcomed and inviting when I arrived. Very thorough and attentive to my concerns. Would highly recommend them.

Mixed emotions about this place. I will NEVER see Dr. Walker again...he was awful, condescending and just downright rude. I was having bleeding issues (wouldnt stop bleeding for months) and had done an ultrasound and blood work with my regular family PA. She advised I go to an ob/gyn for further testing and suggested I have a biopsy done.When I met Dr. Walker for the first time and explained everything and why I wanted the biopsy, he didnt agree with me. I told him thats what I wanted and felt it was my right to ask for, he told me (verbatim) Well, I guess if youre going to stomp your feet and cry about it, Ill do it. I was appalled! I did the biopsy with him and a followup appointment (only because I wanted to get to the bottom of the issues and get them resolved. We discussed an ablation and, fortunately for me, had to see Dr. Naymick because Dr. Walker couldnt do the ablation.Dr. Naymick is AMAZING! He made me feel very comfortable, listed to what I had to say and explained everything to me. I ended up going with a hysterectomy and couldnt be happier. I will only go back to see him.

One doc. I trust in there. I went for a Iud. I felt like they were takingmy insides out. I look it up on line and they didnt even do it right now im having prob.s walking a week later thanx so much. One doc , doc. casslu I think thats how u spell it shes the best doc. ever shes new and she should be working a diff. office not this one cus shes the best. I wish she put my IUD in cus shes the best. Well I feel like that old lady nurse who did The IUD, needs to be in a office thats under ground and not on the books, She messed me up bad. Now it hurts to pee or have sex. I feel like Im now messed up cus of her I cantr stop crying from the pain

They are NOT very nice people what so ever. I got told congratulations by one of the gynecologist there for having a miscarriage! What is wrong with you!? Everyone employeed there has a major additude. Overall a negative environment. The send me for this blood work 5times for the miscarriage to make sure my numbers are going down and they each time said they would fax my lab paperwork to the doctors office and two times I show up and the paperwork was never faxed.! Nothing but disappointment.

They sent me to Hanover Hospital lab to get tested for STDs and HIV knowing I did not have Health Insurance! $900 bill in collections and making me question their etics, moral compasses& Connie Dempsy who could have told me about free clinics that I would later find better sexual and reproductive health screenings and resources from doctors not getting a kick back for outsourcing their patients to hospitals who will make my medical debt ruin my reproductive needs as Im too embarrassed to say I was stupid to trust a Drs office filled with crooked and inattentive woman who Ive asked to explain to me why I deserve a $900 mistake for going to a place I trusted via an insured friends referral to this hell hole my children will never be taken into their care if its my last choice before my OWN ER NURSE EDUCATION IN PEDIATRICS IS PUT INTO MY LOVED ONES BEST CHANCE FOR ACTUAL RESULTS I KNOW WERE TAKEN AS IM THE ONE WHO IS THE MOST QUALIFIED AT THIS PLACE OTHERS DONT KNOW IF THEY ARE GOING TO GET HEALTHY CHILDREN OR CHILDREN WHO NOW ARE TELLING ME THEY NEVER EVEN HAD THE DRS TREAT THEM BUT MOMMIES ARE PAYING THROUGH THE INSURACE THEY HAVE STATEMENTS OR BILLS FROM MOUNTAIN VIEW WITH OR WITHOUT WITNESSES TO SAY IF YOUR CHILD IS A COMPETANT ENOUGH WITNESS IN COURT! Ill agree with other mothers who may be all to many, pissed off they trusted their childs future and the motherly wombs tested for $$$tds and cant afford a child if bills like this one of mine predicts the cost of having a child free from pre-conception to children born and returning making dr. Connie look like a bad dream your waking up to feel bad you have no one to take responsibility for the incompetent and morally and legally protected (for now) waiters on a list of moms to take a legal attorney to the court room Ill be sitting with evidence that is irrefutable. Im a 100% -star reviewer I hope is taken into mind before you call to schedule your 1st or next appt! Love your fellow mothers and children who cant speak up for this incompetent crew of dr. /extortionists.

Wonderful staff. Have never had any issues with anything at this practice.

My mom hates it here. The receptionist was rude, and my mom went off. It was funny. My mom also, missed important testing on my baby brother because of them. Reckless, careless and neglectful.

They suck.. Go somewhere else.. Staff were rude and controlling to my pregnant wife.

The people are friendly, but a check up visit in the morning and an hour behind already? They are seriously pathetic with their time.

Really bad experience here i deliver my stillborn son Monday morning and the doctor i saw that Friday said i was only 2 cm dilated but she could feel the head and they are saying i lose him due to me falling Monday morning it was not do to that the baby was crowning and now Dr. Neiswerider is saying it was due to my weight
