A friend of mine recommended this place for piercing ears and we took our 18 month old to get her ears pierced by Dr. Elena Schepis and Angela were awesome. Office is super clean and inviting. Angela made sure I am comfortable and answered all of my questions from time of making the appointment to the day of the piercing. We dont think our daughter felt a thing. I recently brought my 6-year-old daughter in to have her ears pierced. What an AMAZING experience. The office is impeccably clean (and beautifully decorated!) The woman at the front desk was a delight to deal with and very knowledgeable. When it came time to have her ears pierced the doctor was wonderful. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect and most importantly that my daughter felt ready to go. Very impressed - highly recommended!!

I took my daughter (11 months at the time) to have her ears pierced here and Elena was wonderful! My daughter didnt want to cooperate but Elena was very patient and understanding. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, talk about aftercare, and answer any questions I had. I would recommend her to anyone, especially those with small children.

Elena is amazing. Able to accomplish an uneventful ear evaluation, cerumen removal and custom ear plugs in one uneventful visit. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My brother Bill has been seeing Elena for several years -- she is both a true professional and an extremely caring human being. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and always wants to go the extra mile to ensure that her patients are satisfied and well cared for. As an example, one time we were on our way to the airport and realized that Bills hearing aid was not working properly - we stopped into Elenas office without notice and she fixed the aid without any problem, got us on our way, and we made our flight! She is always cheerful, friendly and is really a master at what she does!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced by Dr. Elena a few weeks ago. She was extremely kind, patient and gentle as my daughter was a bit nervous. After 3 weeks one of the earrings fell out when we were trying to clean it. I emailed Dr. Elena on a Sunday night hoping that she would get back to me on Monday morning. She actually emailed me back right away that night and took my daughter in first thing Monday morning. She pierced the ear for us again and sent us on our way. She really went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciate it.

Super easy to deal with and she takes the time to explain everything to you. Went in on my lunch break and she saw me almost immediately which is unheard of! My experience with Dr. Schepis was awesome! Highly recommended!

Ive had Resound hearing aids for eight years now. These were introduced to me by Dr. Shepis, so when I became curious about what new technology there might be in 2020, I went back to her for more info.Well the answer to my curiosity was that yes, indeed there has been many improvements to hearing aid design. My visit resulted in me purchasing some great Phonak rechargable and bluetooth enabled hearing aids. These are really amazing and noticeably better than my old instruments.ElenaShepis has always been helpful, informed and very professional.I highly recommend her for anyone who is serious about getting the best care and products.Thank you Dr. Shepis. Elena Schepis Tzeng, Au.d., of Hearing Healthcare Professionals is that person. I have been wearing hearing aids for 15 years and I just bought a pair of Phonak Audeos from her.Dr. Tzeng gave me the most comprehensive hearing test I have ever had. And then, rather than just saying “These are the hearing aids to buy,” she gave me a choice and discussed the options. She did not push the most expensive brand or model. As a matter of fact, I asked about a more sophisticated model and she asked me first about my ‘lifestyle’ and then we decided the more expensive model would be appropriate for me.Now that I have them, the Phonak Audeos are absolutely wonderful. (My previous hearing aids were almost 8 years old so the technology has advanced unbelievably.) The Marvels self-adjust to surrounding conditions and I am able to hear in many situations where I had difficulty in the past. And I no longer need to carry a “clicker” to manually change programs discretely. The clarity is unbelievable. I am so pleased. The new Marvels are also rechargeable so buying batteries is no longer necessary.While the price of hearing aids is high, the price includes technical assistance and adjustment for 3 years. Unlike when your eye prescription changes and you need to buy new glasses, hearing aids are adjustable and can be reprogrammed to accommodate changes to your hearing until the technology wears out.My previous audiologist is in a location that is no longer convenient for me, so stumbling upon Hearing Healthcare Professionals was really fortunate. To get the most value from your hearing aids, you need to periodically have your hearing tested and the aids adjusted accordingly. So far I am very happy with Hearing Aid Professionals and the equipment they offer.
