My visit with Midwest was a positive experience. I felt more comfortable than expected and was listened to instead of left out in my diagnosis and plan of treatment. Was very friendly and down to earth with all I had contact with.Dr Burton and nurses very helpful and informative. I highly recommend Dr Burton, it takes awhile to get in and is accordingly to the care and experience all should have. Worth the wait.

Check in was easy. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and understanding. Made me feel comfortable, and interested about my condition. Doctor Burton listened, and explained in detail my options, very understanding and easy to talk to. Idecided to have knee replacement surgery.Which both Doctor Burton and the nursesexplained everything completely and what my recovery time would be, and what to expect.I highly recommend them. They make sure allquestions are answered and they listen.

The staff was very pleasant when arriving and Dr Basho explained things very thoroughly. He wanted to start with injections to find out where the real problem was before doing surgery if necessary which I appreciate. I will be seeing him for a follow up in a few weeks after injection which I had on September 28 by Dr Glanton.

Dr. Baumann takes the time to listen, answers all our questions and lays out a plan to get me back to a pain free life. Midwest Orthopedics is the best!

After having a failed surgery in Quincy on my back, I called to see Dr. Basho. After a cage was placed in my back and spacers between my discs, I walked out the next morning. Dr. Basho is the very BEST!! I truly believe his hands are touched by angels. I recommend him to anyone!!

I had a 9:00 apt. I didnt have to wait very long in the waiting room. After I was escorted to the exam room I was told someone would be right back to take me to xray. I waited a long time, then finally Dr. Burton came in to examine me and I told him they never came to take me for x-rays. After our visit I then had to wait again until I could get the x-rays taken, then the Dr had to come back in for a consultation.I was there 2.5 hours, which I thought was excessive.Ive never been there that long.

I had an excellant experience with the staff and my doctor. They answered all my questions and my knee surgery went better than the first one I had.In the future if I need any work done, I will definitely come back to this Clinic

Dr. Burton at Midwest Orthopedic in Hannibal, Mo. is always my first choice. He repaired my knees and am walking pain free.This time the problem is my hips and because its arthritis not much can be done. He is going to give me options tomorrow.

Dr. Basho and his staff are excellent. You always feel they have the time to answer questions and address any concerns. Surgery went very well and my husband can see a lot of improvement though still in the middle of the healing process.

I was visiting out of state and fell and broke both arms. My right arm required surgery. Someone in the family mentioned Midwest Ortho in Hannibal. Made a call and explained my situation. They got me in and Dr. Christopher M. Bieniek saw me that day. When I explained my situation and had plan tickets to leave on a certain day, he came in on his day off to do my surgery. To me that shows he does care about people and his work. Now my youngest daughter is a nurse there and loves her job. I highly recommend Midwest Orthopedic.

The dr didn’t even have an mri done on my knee to see if I tor anything just rushed me out to get a paycheck highly unsatisfied with this person

Horrible doctors, great receptionists. The doctors take to long to see you, then once they are in the exam room they dont even let you talk. I had fractures in my hand as well as my elbow, and they didnt even find the fracture in my hand. I was also told putting my arm in a sling was the worst and stupidest thing I could have done.I went to mizzous ortho center and the doctor was amazing, and told me to keep it in a sling for a week or so, and they put a removable cast on my hand and wrist. Do not go to midwest ortho unless you want a hack job.

Tried calling to Make an appointment as a new patient and the secretary wouldn’t even listen to me just kept telling me I needed an MRI before they would see me. Very unprofessional.

2and a half hours late showing up ran everyone through like cattleWould not listen to me or let me speakSeen me for ten minutes topsBasically acted like I was faking and there was nothing wrong with me shoved a needle in my shoulder didnt even tell me what he was giving meTold me I would be fine go back to my regular lifeNothing has changed but why would itDid not even no I had an x-ray or an mri that cost me thousands of dollarsWill never go back dont care if my arm falls off!!!!
