This facility was so unprofessional and poorly managed. Upon calling to make a first appointment for my son, the secretary proceeded to tell me how I should contact my sons school about getting an IEP for him. She also wanted to tell me about her experiences with her grandson. Considering she was only a secretary and we hadnt even had our first appointment yet, I found it to be completely unprofessional. The day of the first appointment I made the 40- minute drive to meet with the counselor for the first time. The secretary informed me that they needed to postpone my appointment 45 minutes because the couselor we were supposed to meet with had a doctors appointment. When I expressed my frustration, they had another counselor conduct our intake information. At the end of the appointment, it took the secretary 10 minutes to find an appointment for us. She wrote our appointment down for tuesday but put it in the computer for Monday. So, on Monday the same counselor that had s doc appointment the previous week needed to cancel because she locked her keys in her car. It was nothing but a waste of my time. Ill never go back and I suspect they wont be in business for long.

The staff are well educated, knowledgeable, and caring people.

Only went a few times and the therapist left and when she did, so did we.
