They did a wonderful job with my son! He got his wisdom teeth extracted today and we felt welcomed from the time we got through the door. The office staff gave very good instructions on how I should care for my child and what to expect. Best experience ever!

To the office: Do NOT claim that you take and welcome disabled patients, make them wait over 6 weeks ( in pain) for surgery and then drop them because theyre over 90 lb. You dropped the ball and you could have told us sooner. Shame.To the patients: They obviously have no care for the patient, if you need specialized care I do not recommend them. Honestly its just truly unbelievable that they would even do this.

Completely satisfied with my daughter having her wisdom teeth removed and the treatment she was given from the staff. Wonderful experience start to finish!

Dont like the fact they make you appointment. Tell you come 30 minutes early and you still have to wait. My daughter appointment was at 9:00 a.m. We arrived at 8:30 and didnt get seen until 10:30.

The oral surgeon was extremely rude and the staff had us waiting in the room for 20 minutes while they talked about what to buy at the mall completely unprofessional I do not recommend this location at Hanahan oral coastal kids.

Everyone was so nice and they explained in detail what we were to expect.

In person experience was great. Did have issues with scheduling but was able to resolve issue satisfactorily.

Both of my children had their wisdom teeth extracted here at the same time, they did wonderfully. The staff is always calm and caring. They made our entire family experience one of the best EVER!! I would recommend over and over.

Our daughter is treated wonderful every visit she has. The entire staff is kind and understanding. This visit was no different, went fantastic. Michelle is wonderful to deal with about insurance.

First visit, I waited an hour and fifteen minutes before I took the initiative to ask what the holdup was. No one bothered to tell me or anyone else waiting that there was a really long delay. So I rescheduled. Day of rescheduled appointment, I waited about 50 minutes before being called back. Right before my child was supposed ot have his teeth removed, Im told my insurance doesnt cover it and Id have to pay hundreds out of pocket. Literally right before he was to head back. Obviously, I dont have that kind of money, as my kids are on Medicaid. So, I had to walk out because no one bothered to tell me this prior to his appointment. They have had our insurance information way in advance. I was livid walking out of this place. It cost me missing work twice, the gas to get out there as its a 30 minute drive from where we live, and no empathy or understanding from anyone who handled informing me of these issues. If this place is our only option as Medicaid patients, then I dont know what to do. These oversights cost me $20 gas total, and missing out on $350 of my paycheck in total. Im the breadwinner of the family, so this really hurt our bottom line. If anyone from the office reads this and cares to know what to do better, please listen. 1) Your staff has got to do better keeping families informed if theres a delay. Both times, not a single employee acknowledged the long waits and no apology was given. 2) Medicaid patients should be informed in advance if theres an out of pocket cost. Save us the hassle of the long drive to your office, time off work, paying for childcare only to be told wed need to pay over $400 for tooth extractions, or what have you. That was highly insulting, embarrassing, and a complete waste of my time. I missed work for this. Save your patients the hassle by informing us prior to appointments. You had his xrays, you knew how many teeth were being pulled, you knew his insurance, why tell me I have to pay on the spot? Why? Poor service all around.

What a great Experience, I recommend this location not only because of the great service that i received but because of the great experience with the staff members and the Dr. My recovery was very fast and painless and this is important to everyone. I really thank each and everyone of you guys for a well done job and thank you for making me feel part of your family!!!!

This place is awesome. Great patient care and so good with the kids. Staff is knowledgeable and seems to really care. Clean facility and works well with my insurance. :)
