I cant conclude if its the Doctor, or his employees; but they are TERRIBLE at communications, & appointment keeping.My mither was due a home visit, however, they never showed up; nor notified us that they would NOT be out. That is nit the first time, but SURELY is their last. The next day, my mother was rushed to the hospital via ambulance. We have called to notify their office _several times; yet have only received a call back from a social worker. I requested records be sent to another doctor; I asked for her to be transferred to the hospital that has dealt with her previously. One which dr.oneal works through. They NEVER sent iver the request. Instead they left my mither to be treated by ppl unfamiliar with her as a patient.I then jad to request her medical records be sent over. They were sent post affective date.Their office also does not have an up to date fax machine. Therefore, that is the reason for the up to 24+ hrs delay in them receiving anything that you may fax over to them. Except THAT is a fact that you will NOT ne told in advance. Instead they will notify you, only after you call _confused_ as to why business, & communication is not transpiring in good timing.Therefore, if you are looking for clear, dependable medical care, with comprehensive communication STEER CLEAR. They NEVER CALLED to check on their patient that he is the. PRIMARY care physician for, & have only offered incompetent help to her family when it came to paperwork, direction, & palatable requests being fulfilled.As it pertains to their patient; they still had not called TO THIS DAY. MONTHS later, five to ten calls & messages later; nothing the family needed was exacted as it should have been.
