I actually saw NP, Tina Valentine. She took great care of me & took her time in asking about my health.

This is for the hampton office. I had a great experience. Wait time was similar to most doctors offices. The nurse was friendly and explained explained everything to me and listened to what I had to say. The doctor was great.. she listened well and asked really great questions. She ordered x Rays and blood work that was done on location that day.

Dr. Maxwell is the best of the best! He figured out what was causing my symptoms, and did so very quickly. He takes time to explain things and answer questions, and you leave his office with a print-out of everything you discussed, including diagnoses, treatment plan, meds, and future appointments. His staff is very courteous and friendly. I’m so grateful to have found him.

Numerous doctors, 12 years on disability, an awful amount of medication taken daily and wasn’t getting better. Dr. Maxwell actually listened and was willing to work with me to find something that would actually help me. I’m now on my feet and working again with NO major flairs!! 🙌🏻 Wish I had met him years ago.

This review is for the Williamsburg office only. Let me start by saying I was there 2 hours!!! Why remind people to arrive15 minutes early, just to tell people they are early? I’ll tell you why. Because your backed-up! No one should have to wait 1hr 45 mins for a 15min rushed appointment. I was there so long the diagnostic center was closed by the time my appointment was over. So now I have to come back once again for bloodwork (like I don’t have anything better to do). Dr. Swamy breezed through my results and didn’t have the time to be bothered by any of my other health concerns. Riverside is an absolute horrible medical system to deal with. I’ve already decided to take my results elsewhere no matter how good or bad the results. This visit was the last straw for me.
