I must say I am very satisfied with my nails, feet & overall service. The staff is friendly, courteous and on point!. My nail tech Q was so good. She slayed my feet & got my ingrown nails out that I suffer from. The owner Christina is so funny & down to earth.The shop is a bit small but it makes it more of an Intimate experience. They offer wine, water ,snacks. This is my new black owned business for my nails! Very well appreciated ladies. Much respect!!

Atmosphere is fantastic. Very professional. The polish from my pedicure lasted 2 days before chipping and 6 nails (dip powder) chipped and broke by day 4). Although my dip powder and pedicure didnt last a full week, the service I received was amazing and I felt at home. Overall, ppl have off days so ill give it one more go. Ive seen pictures and theyre absolutely wonderful so hopefully my next visit, my nails will be great!

Everything here is amazing. I come about twice a month to get hair, nails and a facial. Im thinking about a massage soon! it will be my first one!!! One thing that stand out to me as an older woman is that everyone is so professional there. They truly care about every client. If someone has anything bad to say. I truly believe it is on them and not the establishment. I have been coming and sending people to this place for over a year and I never have heard one complaint from my girlfriends!!! And, it is locally owned!

Loved my manicure by the owner. I will definitely be back for my fill in. However, my feet are still a little rough after the pedicure. Overall experience though was great!

I enjoy massages here. The massage therapist does a very nice job. Be prepared for curtain rooms, which means that you can hear all the sounds of the Spa. If you can relax through that, then youll be fine! If you cant, then it may affect your experience.

Chanel did a great job on my nails! They look great. I think the atmosphere could be better. Not very relaxing, fluorescent lighting, and not the most comfortable chairs for the pedicures. Over all, it was alright. Also, I had to wait about 20 minutes before they even started, and I had an appointment.

Owner and other employees were fantastic. However, the young lady who was doing nails on Saturday the 8th turned me off. 2.5 hours for a fill in? Her nails were super long so I figured if she can work with them more power to her. The paint job was horrific. Gel polish only takes 2 - 3 coats but she put at least 5 on mine. There were lumps all over and she kept painting over them until I said something to her and then she had to start completely over on a few nails. My co-worker had a different young lady when she went and her nails looked fabulous. Needless to say I had to pay someone else to fix my polish. First impressions are everything and mine was not good at all. Will not be returning.

I enjoyed my experience today. Not only was the owner extremely friendly and professional, but she offered complimentary beverages and snacks, as well as great service. She took her time to answer many of my questions, and also offered alternatives that best suited my needs. I will be back!

Krystyna is the BEST and not just because she is my name twin! I have a standing appt to get my nails done every two weeks and she is always professional, clean, and a joy to be around!

I am ex military male and now a pre-med student I went to this Sensual Day Spa back in May 2017 and the owner and staff made me feel comfortable and at home as male client. I really enjoyed the professional and very clean environment. It is hard to find a place as a guy to not feel judged about taking care of yourself and the Sensual Day Spa is a place I will go back too. Hidden gem in Newport News! I had an excellent experience at Sensual Day Spa. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The salon is cozy, modern and clean. Beth was an excellent manicurist and gave me a beautiful mani pedi. Very happy I found this spot, I would highly recommend it.

I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. I had an appointment and did not have to wait. I filled out customer paperwork so they would know the details about me. The chairs were extremely comfortable. Janet made my feet brand new and my nails looked amazing! She was patient and kind and actually took time to talk to me while doing my mani-pedi. This salon has got it right, I cannot wait to come back!!!

Dont bother going to this place. Unprofessional staff. Janet was on her phone the entire time during my mani-pedi. The pedicure sucked, my feet were still rough. Barely put any effort in it. When she painted my nails she did a horrible job. Missing places on my nails. I could have done a better job. Will not go back.
