My Godfather had fell and broke his shoulder, We were in a very stressful situation. Where he was not getting adequate care at another center. I went into see Director of Partridge House to tell her what was happeningAnd Shaun Director of Oceanside. Was there. He went above and beyond to help me move him to Oceanside Center. He feels like he is home. Staff from Partridge House have gone there to say hi. And the Staff at Oceanside Center are very knowledgeable, loving and caring. As far as Im concerned you cannot find a better place for rehab. Thank you all for making this transition go without issues. ❤️❤️Thank you!Debbie Cannata

I was never sure about putting my mother in a long term care facility. But we are very happy with Oceanside. I am greatly appreciative of all the staff and the excellent care my mother is receiving at Oceanside Center. Decisions like these are difficult enough but the staff help in anyway they can to make it easier on everyone involved. Even through the pandemic the communication lines were always opened even though we could not see my mother for many months they adapted and we enjoyed the Zoom calls before in person visits began again. Thank you very much Oceanside.

My Mom has been at Oceanside in the Memory Care Unit for a few years now. It was a difficult decision. She has a lot of spunk left in her, and the whole crew on Franceour has been more than wonderful. You guys rock and I am grateful for the care and love you give to my Mom.

It is such a depressing place. My mother was there for sometime until we could get her someplace else. Her room was filthy and never cleaned. Dirty linens with feces on them left in her room on her wheelchair. Most of her clothes disappeared. She had only 1 shower the whole time she was there which was probably more than a month. I would not put my worst enemy in this place.

From Sean to Hayley at the entrance, to Evelyn, Cassie, Maryann, Cheryl, Deb, Sam and all the caring nurses and aides (and Jessy, SW) you won’t find a friendlier and more caring staff. Their compassion and competence will truly lift your spirit.

The Oceanside staff gave my father in law very compassionate care during a difficult time in his life. They could not have been more kind and understanding. Everyone was extremely helpful and supportive for the family as well. The staff made this very painful time in our family as good as it could be.

February 2019 - My mother was at Oceanside for a little over a month before her passing. She was 97. She spent one week in rehab and the remainder in long term care. The Rehab center helped to build back her skills and stamina. The long term care unit afforded her round the clock care and was especially helpful to manage her dementia. The nursing staff was very caring towards my mother and her needs. The facility is large enough to allow for movement and mobility and there are daily activities for the clients. We found the overall facility to be clean and uncluttered, albeit in an environment typical of a long term care facility. The administrative and admissions staff were very helpful. My mother absolutely loved the hair dresser.December 2019 - My brother was also at Oceanside recently for two months. He had Alzheimers and was admitted to the Memory Unit. The Memory Unit is indeed a special place. The staff there was always welcoming and professional, despite the many challenges that the day or night brought. They also did their best to attend to the needs and special needs of the residents there. They tried to understand the unique situation and requirements of each resident. I was impressed by the longevity of the staff in the memory unit as well the staff and administrative personnel that have been at Oceanside for many years if not decades. The daily activities in the Memory Unit provided a needed relief from what otherwise could be a mundane existence. The staff and administrative personnel made a special effort to make my brother feel at home. They greeted him with smiles and enthusiasm upon seeing him. He, of course, returned the smile and often exchanged high-fives. They did their best to attend to his special needs.I also want to recognize those working on the administrative end of things. Their assistance helped me to journey through a myriad of paperwork and applications as efficiently and confidently as possible, allowing me to focus on my brother’s well-being. The maintenance staff works to ensure that the facility is clean, tidy, and has a fresh smell to it.

If you are looking for a facility that can provide your loved one with a continuum of care this is the facility byou should look into. They have an assisted living on campus along with short term rehab, long term care, and a specialized memory care unit. There are a lot of wonderful staff that care for the residents and families.

This place does not provide quality care to its patients. There are a few decent attentive staff but the majority are more interested in chatting with each other while patients are ignored or forced to wait for long periods when they need assistance. My loved one is often still in bed wearing the same clothes from the day before so I know they are not bathing or changing bedding as they should be during the AM hours. The rooms are not very clean & the smell as soon as you walk past the lobby is offensive. The food is absolutely disgusting & looks like it provides little nutritional value.

They Ignore Medical NeedsThis facility has issues in determining when a patient needs serious medical attention. Instead they urge the patient to stay in rehab even when they are no longer making progress- instead of sending them to the hospital. On top of that the doctor there said he would release my family member AMA against medical advice if we took her home when medical insurance coverage ended. How can you NOT send a patient like this to a hospital? Unbelievable! Then they had the audacity to suggest we place my family member in to their long-term care! A few days later after 3 extra days days in rehab guess where my family member is? In the hospital receiving appropriate medical care.

I was on the rehab floor for a few weeks. Ive never seen anything like it, everyone was so nice caring and thoughtful and loving. I really dont want to go home because i find peace of mind with my care i love it. There is not enough i could say to thank everyone here! If you ever need rehab please come here. There isnt enough money the nurses and aides should be getting. They made me feel at home i was treated like a queen. My stay was enjoyable. Thank you all now i need to go to the beach!!

My father was in the Alzheimers wing for 2 years and received very good care. The Staff was friendly and caring and handled their patients very professionally IMO. I would agree with previous reviewer that they could have used more staff, but I never felt he was neglected. The staff as always very upbeat and pleasant when I was there and impressed me that they hired the perfect personality types to work in that environment. The staff looked to actively engage with patients and visitors alike. The Business office was always very helpful with us as well.

My father has been here for about a month and though there are some wonderful people, many workers are rude and inconsistent. they only permitted my father one shower a week, and even on his shower day they forgot about him. they have him medication when it wasn’t necessary/needed yet. i pray that he doesn’t have to be here much longer because i am incredibly unhappy about the service here.

My father in law broke his hip and needed rehab. Exeter Hospital suggested Oceanside as we live in Hampton Falls. My husband and I are very happy with the care he received at Oceanside. Should he need rehab again, this is where he would choose to go.

My mom is currently there and her personal items have disappeared!I have asked several times where they were and all I get for a response is that they will leave a note for the laundry people! I visit every night and have documented things either by taking pics or writing notes down! My mom is a diabetic and sadly I had to write a note and hang it up to remind them of something they should already know! One of my recent visits, the note was ripped off of her board and was face down on her table! Not happy with the cate here at all and will be reporting them!
